souq.com sucks its a 3rd class website.I would not recommend to use this website, the products delivered are in the worst condition you can ever think of. Don't waste your money on souq! just use a better website.

Bring back the old souq.com not the amazon! Suppliers are all diffrent now,, where are you dod_uae? i been tracking you for almost two months now!😥 cant find you anywhere.

Was promised a delivery time, waited 13 hours, called 3 times to check where my order is, was told it will come before 9pm. Spoke very rudly by the agents, “day has ended, and we cannot do anything” Never will shop there again!

I would love to give the ZERO stars - the worst platform ever. Arrogant and lousy support staff. Amazon has no ethics to take over such a lousy company - just greed.

Souq is a joke. I ordered a lamp and it arrived broken. I said i want it replaced and they picked it up and said they would replace it in 2 to 3 days. After 4 days I followed up and they said don't replace items. When I said give me my money back they tried to be evasive before finally caving and offering a refund. Then they said I can order a new one. HAHAHA not a chance! Pathetic! There's only one way to handle these fools: don't use them!!! If you want to see these unprofessional, incompetent, clueless, lazy, inconsiderate, dishonest, lying, scammers and every other group like them disappear, JUST DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Thats all it takes. They depend on us: THE CUSTOMERS. Don't give them your custom and they will crumble and they know it! WE DESERVE BETTER!

People don't buy from here..they r cheating people..i had purchased mobile from ur website.. u had snd the damaged one. And wen we told to replace it,u r telling that stock has been finished.. and when we told to refund the amount.u r telling this is not available..

I’m a seller on Souq.com Worst experience I’ve ever had, and most of the product they sell on Souq.com are fake. I buy original Anker accessories and I tried Selling them on souq but i was shocked by the seller who sells the same product. Their prices of the same product were so low even lower than wholesale. I decided to order one and see for myself that it was original, but unfortunately it was fake, what’s more shocking is it’s fulfilled by souq !! You would expect everything fulfilled by souq to be original but it’s not. Also they charge the buyer and seller for shipping!! Never had tha happen when i sold stuff on eBay or Amazon!! For example, I paid 45 for wholesale, I sell for 60 to get profit, souq take 9 for shipping! And 7 referral fees which means I’m left with 44. Which also means souq took all my profit + 1 riyal. And if I decide to sell the item with high price i find the same item already being sold for less than 60 ! Which says the item is 100% fake and was bought with maximum 10 riyals

Your services were better before Amazon took over. Not only are your customer services handling complaints and issues ignorant.. they have a terrible accent and half the time, we cant understand a thing said. None of the complaints or issues are really resolved. Q express anyway sucks. Your reputation and quality is dwindling and you guys need to pull up your socks or very soon you are going to be forgotten, and the competition will swallow you. I have dealt with other online shopping companies and they excel.. Namshi is by far the best.. there are so many usp's they have picked up in a very short time to make them stand out. Its a shame that you are longer in the market and still have a long way to go. Ordering from Amazon directly here is killing the shipping fees are ridiculous... I would rather order from India direct.. and have it carried here..

I will never ever recommed anyone for your products. I always preferrd to buy from souq but i was so disappointed. Especially their courier service from Q express who never deliver the product on time. Even after raising complaint there customer never give a damn! The courier guy asked me to come nearest metro station at 5pm and i waited there for couple of hours but that guy finally switched of his phone and when i raised complaint their customer service person said they cant do anything. I was so tired and sad follwing up for my product which was so urgent. From now onwards ill never ever buy anything from souq. It really broke my heart. Thanks for your great service souq and Q express.

RIDICULOUS , poor, pitiful, miserable, wretched, , insubstantial, unsatisfactory, worthless, absurd, and MUCH MORE WORST company SOUQ.COM ITEM WAS FAULTY NOT WORKING, FIVE TIME I COMPLAINED FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN BUT NO RESPONSE WASTE OF MONEY TIME

Don't buy anything, they cheated and took my money, I ordered a mobile phone from souq.com on 26th November, after 5 days I received my mobile phone delivered by qexpress, the package was a sealed with a plastic cover and it looked like a new original one,it was a cash on delivery so I paid him and he left, after opening the box I am disappointed because at first look I spotted too much dust inside camera lens when I chek clearly I have seen that not only that dust inside camera glass was also scratched, when I observed more I spotted back cover has also not clean and it has some marks on it so I am sure that that phone was a used mobile phone and they packed very well and give it to me, so I decided to return and I contacted them and file a complaint about defective item, I have done that within 2 hours after delivery, first seller message me and ask me to check for any kind of plastic protective sheet on camera glass, I check that and send the pictures as a proof to show scratches and dust inside, it was clear in the picture that is a problom they accepted it and agreed to return. On December 2nd, 2018 same man who delivered it came for returning, I turn on the mobile phone and show him what problems have, he checks and assured that everything inside was in the box and left with the item for return, I didn't get any update since so I contacted them after 5 days, they said maybe its delayed because of holidays, few more days passed contacted them on 8th, 12th, 16th 18th, 21st, 23rd, 26th in the month of December each time different customer care executives picks up the call and holding call for 5 to ten minutes, apologise for they're mistake and promised me within 2 days time amount will be credited to my souq wallet, every single time they did this. on 28th December It's been over a month spend more than 1 hour speaking with them I started losing demanded them to speak with the manager, they said that their manager will call me within 24 hours so did wait and expected call from their side, they didn't call, I waited for 1 more day expecting call, No they didint call me, So I decided to call them and call them said my problom and he put my call on hold and ask me for same old 24 hours time, and I said " I want to speak with manager right now" he didint say anyting he just hang up call its been over a month contacted them via phone calls, emails, twitter, and facebook still no help, if you dont want to lose money and time stay away from souq.com, such an awfull experience with them Do not buy

Have receieved an empty box!! It was supposed to have a brand new samsung s9 mobile phone inside and the box was empty! Left it with reception when in fact i was waiting in the apartment itself. The worst exeperience ever! Now they can’t even answer us about what had happened!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ORDERING FROM SOUQ RECENTLY. THEY KEEP MISSING THE ITEMS AND CANNOT REFUND STATING THAT THE ORDERED ITEM MUST FIRST BE RETURNED TO SUPPLIER BEFORE REFUNDING AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE PRODUCT IS. BE CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING. I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS STILL NO DELIVERY. QEXPRESS VERY BAD IN ANSWERING CALLS. ORDER DATE IS JUNE 28 2018.

I've ordered 12 different items from souq.com, and delivery was in five times!!!! Every time I hope this is it, but again something is missing to be delivered later. Also, they don't want to come on your timing, the delivery guy says i can come tomorrow at the same time only (10 am) but cannot come at (3 pm) !!!!! What the hell is this?? This is my first and last time to buy anything from souq.com.

I am surprised how Amazon, the most successful online shopping in the world to be a partner with Souq.com? Does Amazon have minimum qualifications standards to apply before they partner with such companies? Impossible to return a product Wrong product advertizing Wrong or poor product description Inaccurate deliveries They refuse to publish poor reviews for any product and send a feedback that your review is a complaint not a review. I wrote a poor review about what is assumed a brand Black & Decker sprinkler which was a poor quality and broke after the first use and they replied this is a complaint not a review; how on earth can you let buyers be aware of a bad product? same has occurred with other products. Obviously they do partner with their merchandise sellers rather than their customer! I had my trust in them for being an Amazon company but in fact they are a disgrace to Amazon; NO MORE BUSINESS !!

Everything is outdated here. From product to after sale service. You will die of following up with these people but you will not get the refund or they wouldnot return your product. Such a disgusting staff, dont know how to talh with customers. Please dont ever by from here. Thanks

Ordered something. Carrier company suspended delivery So I email souq.com service centre. Their suggestions for the solution is , I call carrier to follow up. They should take responsibility until it arrives to the customer. Apparently this company doesnt care if it arrives or not Once you pay. The worst online shopping experience ever.

I bought a phone for a week, worth 2550 dirhams, then the phone malfunctions, does not charge, call customer service, the customer service number does not work, I sent a message, no one responds to this day, very, very bad service, please do not deal with them 😡😡😡😡😖😖my money lost 😭😭😭

مرتين شراء مرتين فيهم فشل خدمة عملاء سلبيه بخلاف امازون لا اعرف كيف يديرون شركة تتبع امازون بهذا الاسترخاء واللمبالاه من خدمة العملاء فان كان يوجد اقل من نجمه لاستحقوها بجداره لان سياساتهم نحو العميل سياسة احصل علي المال وربنا يسهل من عنده وان توفرت السله كان بها وان لم تتوفر نستخدم فلوسك لمدة شهر وزياده وبعدين نقوم برد المبلغ
