“Your services were better before Amazon took over. Not only are your customer services handling complaints and issues ignorant.. they have a terrible accent and half the time, we cant understand a thing said. None of the complaints or issues are really resolved. Q express anyway sucks. Your reputation and quality is dwindling and you guys need to pull up your socks or very soon you are going to be forgotten, and the competition will swallow you. I have dealt with other online shopping companies and they excel.. Namshi is by far the best.. there are so many usp's they have picked up in a very short time to make them stand out. Its a shame that you are longer in the market and still have a long way to go. Ordering from Amazon directly here is killing the shipping fees are ridiculous... I would rather order from India direct.. and have it carried here..”

“Paid for an item, waited for 5 days for it then I got an email stating that a refund will be issued. So sorry no explanation :-(”

“earlier, it was good , when our orders were delivered at our place name Al Qarya al ulya, KSA. Now they have stop the shipping to our place, hope it get started soon again. Thnx”

“Ordered two items. The first one was delivered on time. The second one however was not delivered at all. After a couple of days checked that the order is cancelled. I'd just like to know why was it not listed as out of stock if you didn't have it. Good thing they have probably refunded the money. Waiting for it to reflect on my account.”

“Within 2 weeks 2 orders cancelled !!after payement!! done as looks items advertized and not available. 3rd order received different item and instead giving me the item requested they returned my order and i hv to re-order item!!!!. Where is amazon mgt from all this??? My experience with ebay, amazon is far more prof.”

“Long time for deleviery to Abu Dhabi. Items purchased in one order get delivered by different couriers in different dates which is very inconvenient. Today I checked the price of one item ( nebulizer omron C28P) it was AED 260, then I went to nearby pharmacy and bought it for AED 199, this is such a plunder”

“Very bad experience. Some items ate fake and some werent working . And it takes long time for the refund . Customer service are also poor they dont know how to deal with complaints.Bad idea to order online here in souq.. i would never order again to this app..!”

“I thought after acquisition from Amazon, Souq will have some major changes as to how they deal with their customers. But I'm sad to say, their customer service is still pathetic, atleast in KSA.”
