Not only are your customer services handling complaints and issues ignorant.. they have a terrible accent and half the time, we cant understand a thing said.
None of the complaints or issues are really resolved.
Q express anyway sucks.
Your reputation and quality is dwindling and you guys need to pull up your socks or very soon you are going to be forgotten, and the competition will swallow you.
I have dealt with other online shopping companies and they excel.. Namshi is by far the best.. there are so many usp's they have picked up in a very short time to make them stand out.
Its a shame that you are longer in the market and still have a long way to go.

Items purchased in one order get delivered by different couriers in different dates which is very inconvenient.
Today I checked the price of one item ( nebulizer omron C28P) it was AED 260, then I went to nearby pharmacy and bought it for AED 199, this is such a plunder”
