DO NOT TRUST! PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED ON SAID DATE. MISSING ORDERS. POOR COURIER COMMUNICATION. WORST SERVICE. POOR REFUND SYSTEM.
It has been 1 WEEK since I ordered from souq. Website tracking says "DELIVERED" but i STILL haven't received my order. I have followed up several times with their customer support- it seems like nobody is taking action. Not to mention order is "FULFILLED BY SOUQ".
Truly disappointing. Better trust another website.
