UBEREATS customer service is the best. They are prompt and understanding. I don't understand the negative reviews. They respond within couple hours and are generous with refunds. I had a order that the carrier had my food on the floor of the car and paper bag that the food was in was somehow wet. I complained to ubereats and they refunded me for the food + service fee.
I have been using ubereats for the past 5 years and always have been great! No complaints at all.
