Ordered from Chilis a little after 5:30. The uber eats driver kept saying he was having car trouble. So i told him i would go meet him. 4 hours later he was still having " car trouble" I followed the map on my phone to where he was located and messaged him to let him know i was coming i rolled up to some people eating my supper. At the same time recieving a message that he was "returning" my food to the hostess at the resturant. So I left and headed to the resturant. They were closing, had no hostess, and no returns had been made!! If i could put a lesser star I would!

Terrible customer service, 0 accountability, need to leave a review here cause you can't anywhere else another human will see it. Drivers are rude and always in a rush. Chat bots and follow-up customer service is a severe joke

I have been ordering through UberEats for a long time. Its always hit and miss. This time I ordered from this Bubble Tea place and attached a code to my order for delivery. My order was never delivered and customer service says they saw no problem and denied my claim. I never received my order. Driver didn't take a picture nor did I give my code attached to my order. Im really getting tired and frustrated with this app. I pay my monthly subscription, pay for my order and tip drivers on every order; therefore I expect to have my order delivered on time and correctly. Im really thinking about leaving the app and just use Uber for rides only.

Worst. We ordered sandwiches from our local Wawa. Driver got there and food was picked up by someone else. He said he would ask them to remake and then just cancelled the order. No communication from the driver! Now, we have to wait 3 to 5 to get our money back and have no food. Uber Eats has no phone number and chat people dont care just disconnected us . We wanted to share information from store manager. Its a scam. Use Door Dash. We only tried Uber because of coupon. Not worth it. Pay full price with Door Dash and get your food!!!

They are ridiculous. I canceled my food order within seconds of ordering and it never cancelled. When I went to help in chat boys I hit cancel and because I cancelled I got charged for the whole meal because the merchant would have prepared the food. It was fast food it’s not like chef Ramsey is cooking it!!! I understand a cancellation fee but to charge you the whole meal? That is absolutely absurd!!! This app sucks I tried them 3 times and I will delete them off my phone! Door dash is so much better!!!! I will make sure my family and friends does not use Uber eats and

They kept my $31 for a cancellation which was cancelled in less than few seconds. Their excuse was that order was already picked up. They are making money from lies.

Customer service is basically impossible to interact with. There is no phone support team; you can only contact customer service via chat. When chatting, agents respond only with pre-generated responses. If their pre-generated responses don't address the issue you're having, they'll simply end the chat and you'll have to begin again. I spent hours trying to resolve an issue that no one would help me resolve.

Place an order while I was out of town. Tried several times to change the address and cancel the order. Would not allow me to cancel the order they still delivered the food to the wrong address. Had another friend order the food to get delivery so we can eat. Made it Uber purchase over the weekend that I also had to cancel cuz it will not let me put in the new address. So a month later Uber eats takes $82 out of my bank account from the transaction in September with NO warning now my bank account is in the negative and I cannot pay my mortgage payment. I will stick with doordash. I will never use Uber eats ever again. Will be reaching out to BBB.

Stressful horrible experience, I ordered food through this app my food was jumping from driver to driver 3 drivers kept my food going back and forth and at the end of the day I didn't get nothing delivered, oh but Uber eats was smart enough to charge me $89.49 for food I've never received and now that I call their useless customer service representatives who are answering out of the United states don't know what to say to customers to be honest ridiculous service unprofessional where is my money Uber eats 🖕🏻🤷🏻🤬

Bad, bad, bad and very bad Uber eat delivery service. First driver is NEVER on time and very recently and repeatedly for the last my TWO orders, I received none of my orders and money was totally wasted and upon calling and trying to reaching out different ways, no luck because there's no one to take call and they don't even bother to reply in the chat. So pathetic. I lost almost my $150.00 in these orders and never got delivered and no one ever contacted or try to resolve the on going issue.

I will not pay a service fee it's ur way around taking money from drivers if I have to pay a service fee that means a less tip for the driver I'll just go pick up my own food just like with doordash u guys keep ripping customers off with added fees

I was missing an item in my order. The driver did not check the order. This would have been easy to do since the ticket was on the outside of the bag. The driver also refused to go back and get the missing items. Instead I was told to call Uber. I could not find a number to call but did the text chat. This was very impersonal. They replied back with only stating they were refunding the item. I then went to change the tip. However, I could not tell if this went through and had to send another chat. I received a message back indicating that I already received a refund. Everything is automated and I don’t believe anyone cares about taking their customers seriously. This will be the last time I use Uber Eats for delivery service.

I ordered and was missing my drink items. The delivery driver refused to go back and get the missing item. He told me that I would need to call Uber. I could not locate a number was able to do chat. The chat was very impersonal and did not give me full satisfaction. I will never use Uber Eats again.

Our order was was late getting to us , and originally the driver would not update the location but noted it had been picked up and headed our way . By the time it got us the food was cold and they only had half the order . They forgot the rest . Uber eats only wanted to refund us for the items missing not the entire order though it even said our delivery took longer to order . Refunding the items is not enough to cover the cost of even reordering the food if you want to . The food we did have was cold and over 45 minutes late getting to us . Customer service I dealt with was dismal . Uber eats just made me life long DoorDash fan . Never again will I order from them .

I have used them many times and many times I would say most times not only do they (the company not the drivers) rip you off but they play games and the food is delivered super late or cancelled after 1 hour after the promised time. If you can pick up the food I would just pick it up.

Never order again. They even don't know how to locate your address. My first order was delivered in wrong address. Try to call them back , a crack head was answered the phone. Actually I never recommend Uber eats for my friends and families. Just stay away. Do not waste your time.

Nearly every time I use this service for a meal, the driver takes in 2-3 more orders along with mine. It happened again last night-I ordered a $200 meal…she had 2 other orders too. I received my cold food order 1hr & 45 min later. This is unacceptable. Uber should force a timeframe on when drivers accept an order & when it’s delivered or their pay is affected.

Uber driver delivered to the neighbor's house. The wrong house number is literally in the photo he took. The ghetto neighbor's stole our groceries claiming they don't have them.
