Never used uber eats before but I never will because of the treatment to a friend that was at my house and ordered food for us on there. He ordered Popeyes and was supposed to get two chicken sandwich meals but was given a bag full of napkins no food . That’s not even the worst part about it. Contacted support and they would do nothing to fix it . So he basically paid to feed their delivery driver and they didn’t care or do anything to help resolve the problem. That is criminal and they just condone the bad behavior of their employees and give a big middle finger to the customer. I personally would never use them just because of the treatment to my friend . I couldn’t believe that they did nothing to help him get a refund or replace his order . That is theft of service but the service provider . Definitely will be spreading the word to anyone I hear that uses this sub par business

Unsubscribe from UberOne and deleted app. Poor shoppers(drivers) are rushing to be able to make a buck. They replace your items with a different one which is not a problem. But the company(uber)charge you an adjustment fee. Even if the items replaced were cheaper than the ones you had pick. You’re left with the original order fee, delivery fee, tip for the drivers and they have the audacity to add an Adjustment fee. I didn’t ask for this? The driver pick the item that was closest to what I chose. The item was cheaper than the what I chose… Customer service is useless. One of the greediest company out there. I pity the people who drives and shop for them.

I told the customer service rep I felt unsafe eating the food and tried to cancel the order that took almost an hour to get delivered! Had the agent disconnect the chat twice because he said I would still get charged if I canceled, even Tho my order was yet to be picked up! Anyways got connected to another agent who again did not help and when my Order got delivered the bag was open sitting outside! He gonna tell me so show me the picture of ur food opened 😐 I did twice! And he was like well it arrived in the hour time frame! I immediately ended chat and deleted my account.

Absolute scum. Had to cancel uber one as can’t talk to anyone in live chat. In hour in and had 2 comments made with no action at all. Ended up cancelling and closing account. Good riddance don’t waste you time or money with these clowns

Driver didn't wait for a 2 minute order and had to wait for another 20 minutes for next driver. Food was not great after the wait. I tipped the person who did finally deliver well because I appreciate that. Original driver sucked.

I ordered dinner at 6:30 with an estimated arrival time of 45 minutes. After 8:00 I called the restaurant and they indicated they never received an order. Because of this I reached out to Uber Eats help chat and was told that there is nothing they could do to assist. If I cancel I would be charged. I was generating a response back and they thought I had nothing else to say so the person closed the support. I reopened it and before I could make any progress, their system took me out and was unable to get back to the support chat. I can not see myself ever using Uber Eats again after this.

Ordered last week, food never showed up. Wasnt even at a house anywhere on my street. Thought I would try it again because it can't be that terrible twice in a row right? Wrong. Once again I placed an order and it never showed up. It says delivered but the food is nowhere to be found. I immediately called the driver, who supposedly was on a bicycle according to the app, and all there was was heavy breathing. No one said anything. I called to get a refund and spoke to two different people who told me they couldn't do anything for me because it says it was delivered. Someone higher than them finally called me back and tried to tell me first of all that I should've called my driver. When I told them I did call my driver and that he can listen to the recording he then said it was my fault I never got the food because I chose the "leave at door" option rather than the "hand it to me" option. And that I should never do that. So it's my fault I didn't get the food and it was delivered somewhere, even though it wasn't to me, and so they won't be refunding my money. So now I am putting a stop payment on my credit card because these idiots have no idea how to do their jobs

I ordered a pizza from Papa Johns through Uber eats. A driver named Tomecca delivered to a different address and when I sent her a message she argued that it was delivered to the correct address. and I even sent her a message stating what road driveway is on. By the way. my address if off beulahtown road. and these drivers have their head down and turn down the wrong road almost every time .

What a terrible serive, I will never use ubereats again after this. I got an order from ubereats because they were offering me 30% off the food and free delivery. The discounts showed on the checkout page but after payment I saw that the full amount had been charged. A difference of £14 or so. The code that I was sent to give the delivery guy didn't work. it is very difficult to make a complaint when I tried to contact ubereats customer service about the problem. Eventually I found a way to send a message, they want the order number in order to go further but yet there is not order no. on the app or anywhere. So I spent £14 more than I needed to with the similar offer being made by Deliveroo who I will certainly be using in future.

Worst customer service on any delivery app i’ve ever had. Kept sending me through AI representatives that swore an over 2 hour delivery time for a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT 9 MINUTES AWAY. Deleted and never ordering again.

UberEats refusing to refund orders that are prepared incorrectly is an absurd policy. You’re a company that exists solely to facilitate transactions between customers and restaurants, yet you take zero responsibility when something goes wrong. If a restaurant gets an order completely wrong, UberEats still keeps the customer’s money and shrugs it off as “not our problem.” Why would anyone continue using a service that refuses to stand behind the transactions it profits from? Customers work hard for their money, and expecting them to just accept incorrect orders while you continue partnering with restaurants that make repeated mistakes is unacceptable. If you’re going to take a cut of every order, you should also take responsibility when those orders are wrong.

I placed my order at 8:00 AM and paid an additional $3.99 for priority/fast delivery. Unfortunately, my order was delayed and I still had not received it even close to the expected delivery time. When I contacted the driver, he informed me that he was completing another delivery first and would pick up my order afterward. This clearly shows the delay was not because my food wasn’t ready, but because a driver had not been assigned in time. I requested a refund for the $3.99 priority delivery fee since the faster service I paid for was not provided. However, customer support stated they had until 9:30 AM to deliver the order. At the time of the conversation it was already 9:17 AM and the order had still not arrived, which defeats the purpose of paying extra for priority delivery. This is very disappointing, especially because I order through Uber Eats frequently. If customers pay extra for faster delivery, that service should actually be honored. Very frustrating experience.

Absolutely terrible company. No customer support or care for when orders are missing or incorrect. Do not advise using. Took 2 days for them to acknowledge a request about a missing order to tell me they can’t issue a refund. Absolute dogshit.

Very late meal due to the driver getting multiple orders to deliver. Food was in the drivers car for over an hour and was inedible due to the amount of time it was left out of refrigeration. Customer service was bad and only compensated $9.19 for an order over $40 that we had to throw away. Worst customer service ever.
