Well I enjoyed this beauty delivery, this service did not allow me to order exactly what I wanted. I ordered from Chipotle which as we know tops burritos with guacamole. I had to pay over $4 for exactly the amount that should have been on my burrito for free. I can order from GrubHub and doordash and I get guacamole on my burrito but Uber eats does not offer that option. Why continue to order from them? What does that say

TERRIBLE NEVER AGAIN DONT ORDER FROM HERE EVER. WORST SERVICE OUT THERE. Was not clear about where to put your address details or phone number. Driver took a photo of out food on the street and proceeded to take it away and drive off. No food recieved. Unable to get a refund, apparently we are not elligal. The driver is called Damian reg. RV58 WZT. Absolute thief. Never use this driver or thus company for that matter. Absolute scam. Horrible service. Should shut down

Their driver refused to follow the directions that were given to her. She sat at the address that was given and I made it perfectly clear. That’s not exactly where I was. It’s a big property. It’s a Race track. I’m on the backside to go to a certain security shack she refused. She ended up being able to keep my $28 meal and I was left with nothing. the restaurant said that they would have no problem refunding the $28 but Uber says they won’t give it to me because the meal was already made but speaking to the source that made the food said they would credit it so I’m no longer using Uber

Terrible company, very hard to reach if you have an issue with your order. The delivery time on my order kept getting extended so I canceled through the app. I was charged a $20 cancellation fee and was not reimbursed. The order was originally scheduled to arrive in 45 minutes after an hour and 25 minutes of waiting it still had not arrived

Always have cold food never get warm or hot-!!! how can they get away with this when complaining they said there’s nothing they can do so what a waste of 40£ just eat is better. Your better off paying more and getting your food hot off just eat if you use the mc d’s app it will be uber who delivers it

Just had a meal stolen by the driver, along with the tip. Went to support and "Twinkle Saini" was the person that I got. Needless to say, nothing got done and I now have "UberEats credits" that cannot be used anywhere, no food, and someone named ROBERT just got $10 FOR STEALING FOOD! THIS COMPANY IS FLOODED WITH INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! DO NOT USE IT! EVER!

I would leave a No star review if could! First time we have tried a food delivery, we decided on uber eats. Worst thing could of done! The "delivery" was at least 20 minutes longer than we were told ( which was fine... things happen and we understand we are receiving the food without going to pick up) But the food Never showed up!!! we put a refund request in which uber refunded (Great) But They have Still charged the cc for the drivers tip!!!! There is No way that we should have to pay someone for something we Never received!!! Why Uber eats thinks that it is okay to still charge cc when the driver did not do their job! No way should they be paid for not doing the job they are hired for!! Will never use again! Highly doubt that uber eats cares about the overcharging for non performance...... But will let people know that even though you will not receive the food that you pay for, But it will Still cost you Some money even though you Never received the food you ordered! People should Not receive money for non performance!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. After being an active member even prior to Uber One. Uber Eats denied a refund when my order was 2 hours delayed, and pass their own allowed time for delivery. They credited $11 in uber cash on a $57 order. 1. store delayed the order, 2. for over an hour I watched on the app their driver missing every turn making a 20 minute drive into an over an hour trip. I cancelled my uber one membership, not using again. Cudos to their "help" when I asked to speak to a supervisor their rep kept spamming the same scripted message and ended the chat. App also uninstalled.

I’m sure this is fraud!! They tell you a near delivery time …. Then you pay…. Then they don’t find a driver…. So your food sits in the restaurant for an hour… then when you eventually get your food it has to go straight in the bin as it would be dangerous to eat it! Uber Eats are the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with… Their customer services are the most inept I have ever dealt with. Uber Eats do an incredible disservice to the restaurants that they deal with… And I don’t think they care about the damage they’re doing to restaurants.

Driver admitted he tried to deliver to the wrong house, kept the food, and refused to bring it to the correct address. Customer service is terrible and refuses to see the problem with this. Will never be using them again

Worst food delivery service around, charge for food even if it doesn’t show up and uber eats refuses to give a full refund. Use anything else but uber eats, complete joke

My past 2 orders have taken over 1 hr and a half to receive. And the food is cold! I am noticing drivers are Dropping 2 deliveries in one run, so the 2nd one delivery is late and Food arrives cold. This is probably due to the new Priority fee delivery. What used to be one pick up and drop off now has multiple deliveries so the wait is longer. Food isnt any bag to keep it warm either.

Just a heads up driver by the name of Daniel came into hotel and first started staring at me then five minutes later he said I’m a driver with a drop off then he said are you confused I’m like no I’m not but you seem to be he provided no information no room number no name do I can’t help him with just that then he stared again at me he creep me out please talk with him about he is creepy.
