Just dont Honesty. Its just throwing your money in the garbage. Food is cold and soggy before it gets to you. Completely crazy prices they charge. Never in a million years will I use this service again. How it is allowed is beyond me.

My order was never delivered. I contacted customer service and they were horrible! I explained the order was never delivered and no photo proof that I was received it or where is was left was provided. They responded by the driver showed that they arrived so I did not qualify for a refund. Complete BS! I will not be ordering through them again after using them for years!

Less than a star. My son was playing with my phone last week and doing fake shopping. My Face ID glitched and he managed to put through a $325 order in at 7-Eleven. I was beside him and noticed right away. The order was cancelled within 10 seconds but because 7-eleven accepted the order uber is saying I’m responsible for $309. They said that they can’t provide the order nor can they give me my money back which I’m pretty sure is against the law in BC. Not sure why the cancellation button exsists if this is the case. Do better uber

Driver accepted order then drove past my house (presumably to complete other orders far away). Arrived over an hour late and the bag was ripped and boxes inside smashed (like it had been stomped on). My husband is often away with work and it’s was just me and my daughter - so I didn’t feel safe confronting him or leaving a bad review. When I complained to Uber Eats they gave me an £8 refund but my delivery cost me £22.52. When I questioned it, I was sent the exact same response three times, saying my refund had been processed and none of my questions answered. This night was a treat for my daughter and it left me in tears - I cooked dinner and she had to eat long past her bedtime since none of the food delivered was usable. I’m never putting myself in this position again. I’m canceling my UberOne membership, deleting the app and posting my experience online to warn others.

I contacted uber eats 5 times about an undelivered order providing the errors below made and amazingly they have said their driver did nothing wrong. Appalling service. Avoid them, deliveroo are so much better. Mistake 1 - It wasn't a save location. Everybody who walked past would have seen them. A safe place would have been behind our hedge. Mistake 2 - I called the rider who said he would deliver it in 9 minutes, but he didn't. Mistake 3 - the rider didn't knock on the door. Deliveroo always knock on the door.

This is the last time I'll be using Uber Eats. I ordered a loaf of bread from a supermarket through the Uber Eats app. When it arrived, around a quarter of the loaf was missing. The packaging was sealed at the top, but there was a significant hollow space inside, making it clear that part of the contents had been removed. This isn't just about the missing bread—it's a serious food safety concern. An opened or tampered food package should never be considered safe to consume. As a customer, I have no way of knowing when, how, or by whom the contents were removed. Despite reporting the issue through Uber Eats, they refused to issue a refund and simply asked me to leave a rating. That's an unacceptable response to a potential food tampering incident. I paid Uber Eats, placed my order through Uber Eats, and they should take responsibility for ensuring customers receive safe, untampered products or provide an appropriate resolution when they don't. This experience has completely undermined my confidence in Uber Eats' customer service and their commitment to customer safety.

Uber Eats overcharged me by £14.96, refunded only £9.79, and left an unexplained £5.17 difference. I opened three tickets, and two were closed without letting me respond. Even after repeated attempts, they still didn’t understand the issue or explain why the full amount wasn’t refunded. It should not take multiple tickets to resolve a simple billing error. The lack of transparency and the refusal to escalate the matter makes it feel like they simply stole the remaining £5.17. Very disappointing customer service.

They made mistake on my order, never received my order, we texted and called the driver never got back to us. I complained to their costumer service which is just online chat( they don’t have customer service hotline), and it put in a loop for talking to the app agents and they avoided all the errors they made and no shame for it, took my money no refund. I complained to Better Business Bureau, the same result, they didn’t answer any inquiries I had in the complaint letter just said talk to their online app agents. It’s a closed loop trap that set up for people who wants cheap deals to fall into. I have a coworker that has been using them for their discounts and deals, I warned him not because my experience but he didn’t listen until they failed his order and he made complaints, guess what? Uber blocked his account!

Driver was fine and delivery took little longer than time. However, milk inside was leaking. On Ubereats, I addressed the issue as prompted by them - sent photo, wrote description but they insisted on downloading Ubereats app to register issue which I did..By that time it was 48 hours and they refused to resolve the issue. You cannot call them either. Had I read reviews beforehand, I wouldn't have ordered through them. Over the years I have used Uber's cab service and they didnt bother to resolve my issue even though it was related to safety!

I have my address put in. I have the name of the hotel put in there, and I have the drop off pin directly on my building. And they take it somewhere else and I called the driver twice and he doesn’t answer so I asked for a refund as somebody else got $50 worth of pizza And I’m not eligible for a refund and no one will contact me. I feel like that should be illegal. I will never use the service ever and I don’t recommend anybody does.

I ordered the same items from the same restaurant using UberEATS for maybe the 5th or 6th time. One of the items had the buy 1 get 1 free offer as always. I ordered as usual, and they sent only one. The disaster started, after 6 hours, I received the first response from the customer service. The response was a ridiculous excuse; they told me that there was no problem on their side, and I should have clicked twice. I did the same for the test, and I got 4 items in my basket. Their App is awful, and they don't take responsibility for their problems. Expect no refund. It was the end of my story with ordering on this APP.

I just got ripped off by Uber Eats Yesterday for $38. I wished I would have read the reviews Not only did the driver "Antonio in a Tesla Model 3Keep my food and never delivered...he gave himself a $7.440 Tip? Called Uber Eats and like everyone else is posting they refunded 1/2 my money, pit the rest on Uber Cash (I've never used that) and refused to refund my money back to my card! I'm posting this as many places as I can. This is a "very shady operation".

The driver literally stole my order. Have him ON camera. Took a picture, then took the order with him. Reported to Uber immediately and they not only didn't care, didn't want the video. Who keeps drivers with video of them stealing their orders? Yes, Antonio in Woodstock, ga. I'm talking about you.

Be cautious be careful. When you create an ad and you try and use your credit card or debit card they are going to require you to authenticate it to verify the card. They will already have your credit card number then you're going to hit authenticate card. Then it's going to tell you to go to your credit card app or the bank. They will send you to small amounts usually it's $0.30. then you are supposed to take those two go back to the Uber eats app and put the amount in the two amount slots and then you click go verify verification. The problem here is nine times out of 10 it's going to say it's the wrong number so then you're going to do it again and again and again well this is July 29th. Uber eats still has not verified my credit card or authenticated my credit card so I could order they have stole five bucks out of my credit card account. THE KICKER IS HERE IT IS WRITTEN AS YOU'RE DOING THIS THAT THEY ARE GOING TO PULL THE AMOUNT BUT IT'S GOING TO BE A CREDIT. THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANYTHING OUT OF YOUR CREDIT CARD OR YOUR DEBIT CARD TO AUTHENTICATE THE CARD. THIS IS A LIE. JUNE 29TH STARTING AT ABOUT 5:00 P.M. THIS IS WHAT THEY PULLED AND STOLED OUT OF MY CREDIT CARD. THREE AMOUNTS OF $0.36 three amounts of a $1.11. three amounts of 41 cents to amounts of 76 cents. I am on an extremely tight budget fixed income. It is just me in this whole big wide world. My beginning balance on my card was $25 by the time they got done trying the authenticate authenticate and they did it 11. I still cannot use the credit card on Uber eats they have never authenticated it. This is a scam I started off $25 now I only have $20.83. I know that's hardly anything to most people. But that's a lot to me! Yes I have called customer service they don't care I have did multiple texts where you do help. No response I have asked to speak to a supervisor still haven't gotten a call back yet! I am horrified they can do this and get away with it!!!
