I AM OLD OLD & MORE OLD!!! I DON'T KNOW WHY WE HAVE TO PUT IN SOME STUPID CODE, THAT YOU SEND US??? IDK HOW TO FIND THE CODE & THEN, BACK TO THE PLACE WHERE I HAVE TO PUT IN YOUR CODE!!! WHY CAN'T I JUST ORDER MY FOOD??? THEY EVEN CALLED ME AND GAVE ME THE CODE OVER MY PHONE!!! I IMMEDIATELY PUT THE CODE IN, AND IT SAID THAT IT WAS THE WRONG CODE!?!?!? PLEASE HELP THIS OLD OLD GAL!!!

I ordered 4$ worth of food, and the delivery fee was 10$. I didn't notice because I order from this place a ton, and it's always been 2$ delivery fee. When I realized what the price was immediately after my overly-speedy finger clicked the place order button, there was no option to cancel it. Like no option anywhere unless I chatted with the bot. The bot said it'd connect me to a real person, but then took 10+ minutes to do so. By then the driver had already completed the shopping, destroying any chance I had of getting a refund. It's like they intentionally made it difficult to cancel so they wouldn't lose money. I also went through the online website to submit a complaint. No luck there. Now I'm on the phone trying to call them and I've been waiting for 20+ minutes for a representative.

The driver couldn't find my address I went up and met him and he turned around and left then said that delivery was successful. Then took me hour to finally figure out how to get a refund well support was useless. Don't use uber

I ordered food that was 5 minutes away. I waited for the driver for more than 20 past the latest delivery time, then cancelled the order. The driver had already picked up the order and became lost. The scumbag company refused to give me a refund because the restaurant had started the order.

My order wasn’t completed!!! Only received a portion of my food and one item missing was my child’s frozen coke… So of course I just gave him mine! I called the store to pick up the missing products I never received and complained to find out my driver was in such a hurry he only grabbed half of the order! It should definitely be checked especially making sure you have the right number of drinks based on the receipt! I cancelled my membership! I refuse to use Uber Eats for anything and sad part is… This is the first time I’ve ever used them! I’m Done! Only gave a star because I needed my review heard!

It seems that the quality of service from Uber Eats has declined. I recall a time when customer service was more attentive and effective in resolving order-related issues. These days you just get ignored completely, and you get an automated response saying no answer is needed. Nothing gets resolved, and they just excuse themselves with stupid excuses. Try Just Eat or Deliveroo instead, you'll definitely get a different experience. AVOID THESE SCAMERS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH

Orders from village cafe & grill, in the east village, and they have a $6.00 delivery fee, which is crazy. The delivery guy from Uber Eats didn’t bring my food upstairs', he comes up and when he I ask him where is my food , he runs down the stairs. I end up following him, and finally get my food. He doesn’t understand English.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced I will never use them again. After waiting longer than estimate received a photo from driver of someone elses address saying we didnt answer. Called driver and he hung up. Tried calling uber and kept getting cut off. Eventually got an answer on app chat to say not eligible for refund as we didnt answer door. Sent them a picture of my door to prove it was wrong one and got response to say we didnt answer door again and that driver had called us which was false. Eventually they said would refund as a gesture of goodwill. Never acknowledged they were wrong and said I should complain against restaurant but it was nothing to do with restaurant. Asked to make complaint against uber but just went round in circles with copy and pasted answers that didn't even make sense. Stay clear

The driver brought the wrong order and said he was going back to get it and he is nowhere to be found! I tried making a complaint and it said that it was resolved and not eligible for review. I can’t contact the driver and now I’m without my order and my money!!

when I order it will take so much time restaurant is only 10 min by car it will take 1 hour and 3 4 time lost my order when i call in restaurant they already hand on driver but I didn't get any order ..it was very frustrating. rather they don't pick up or else reach at time with perfect order. It is lost of my time and restaurant too. they are making order twice.

Ordered 12 items, 5 the same as there was a offer 5 for £6, 4 of them were not there, message the driver, minimum communication not that I was surprised when I seen Mohammed as the drivers name, contacted customer support, says they would contact me, never heard anything from them, then got a refund for 34, absolute terrible company, first and last time il use them.

UberEATS just took $5.00 of my card when no order was made and TIPPED a driver with it. I call Customer Service were the lady to me that this situation was above her pay grade and that there was nothing she could do. They never transferred me to a manager they said a manager will contact me via email I have yet to receive one. All over $5.00. Team DoorDash it is then.

Ordered 5 items through a restaurant site’s Uber Eats account called Chowly that bypassed my Uber Eats account. Received 2 of the items. Spent 3 weeks back and forth with Uber Eats support in a non-sensical string of miscommunication. Using DoorDash going forward.

It's generally a substandard version of DoorDash: today, they say "You can bundle your orders" but they never explain how to do that (meaning that I have to pay extra "delivery fees").

I only give one star because I can’t give zero. This is a joke of a company. They have an automated customer service. I understand today’s world is all about AI but if I order something and three hours later, it gets canceled, this is a joke of a company!! It’s a joke!!!

No food turned up! Driver would answer there phone! No proof of delivery and won’t refund the money. Pathetic customer service. Will not use again and report to my credit card. Avoid at all cost…

Twice now our food delivery showed the driver had intermediate stops before delivering our order. And guess what, our food was less than lukewarm when it arrived. UBER Eats needs to find a way to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. In the mean time they need to make dirct food deliveries with no intermediate stops.

I ordered two pizzas from Papa John’s and the Uber driver delivered them to someone else and tried to give me the other person’s Sainsbury’s order instead. Uber marked the delivery complete even though nothing had been delivered. Papa John’s order #82221589
