The person over the chat was making assumptions that I wanted compensation because I asked why my driver was sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes.

Tried to upload pictures of the cold pizza missing cheese from the center but somehow it’s not working. Uber Eats driver tried to convince me that I only ordered a cheese pizza, but I pointed out the 2 other large pizzas he forgot at the top of the receipt and the dipping sauces that we paid for. We did not accept delivery for the cold pizza and canceled. Now UBER live chat with AI Bot or a live person, don’t know because both kept giving me a scripted response that I documented. Apparently, because we canceled UBER, they took $77.37 from us to pay the merchant and money for the driver for my bad experience. Who would make anyone pay over $77.37 for this service and no food? UBER. Little Caesars told me UBER does this to their customers regularly. So when does Little Caesars step up to make sure that a person who paying over $90 for 3 pizzas to be delivered, gets their whole order when UBER shows up? Uber is refusing to refund me.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered food, the driver called to say items were out of stock and cancelled the order, yet I was still charged the full amount for food I never received. I have not received a refund and support has been no help. Basically stole my money. Avoid!"

I could write a paragraph about how horrible Uber eats is and how their customer service is even worse if that’s even possible I wish I found a detail but sure answer is they overcharged? Do not use them save your money.

Ordered stuff today. Out of stock and only got one item which was my red bull energy drink. My money hasn't been refunded. If I could give zero stars I would. Never using them again 🙄

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Uber Eats extremely higher costs than need be the delivery drivers will only select your order to pick up if you put a tip before even earning a tip. Most of the time they screw up your order or steal from your grocery order. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with them even after trying out the membership in hopes of better service. Even after taking most times over 2 hrs to deliver they did not do anything to resolve or help their loyal customers. THE WORST APP TO GET CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEYRE NO GOOD!!!!

Horrible service and horrible customer service. You won’t get what you order and the company can’t even keep track of its own deliveries. They steal your food and your money. Stay far away.

There was a mistake in the delivery address. I texted the driver to let him know so he could go get the order back and deliver to me but he didn't even though it was only a couple of doors down. I contacted customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do, no refund, nothing. The first representative was extremely rude. I am sure this has happened before and a little bit of flexibility and willingness to help would have gone a long way

Uber Eats are the WORST company in UK. They frequently cancel orders, their drivers lie through their teeth about orders and when orders do not arrive, Uber tell you it's not eligible for a refund. This is corporate THEFT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It is very sad to hear that I was charged for service & food that I didn’t even receive, when I immediately cancelled my order ( not like 5 or 2 minutes later) immediately as soon I saw it was wrong address for delivery and I will definitely cancel my Uber Eats account for good and will definitely erase the Uber Eats app from my Cellphone for good too( means no more ordering from Uber Eats) will put a review about this whole incident by Uber Eats / Restaurant Arun’s Indian Kitchen in Boca Raton Florida.I will definitely write a review on Arun’s Indian Kitchen in Boca Raton Florida too , it’ is very sad it came to this point losing my business for no service and was I fully charged for service & food( which both I did not receive!!!).Thank you for the email of warning me being charged by the Restaurant Arun’s Indian Kitchen in Boca Raton Florida for something I didn’t not receive, I hope someone would look into this incident on a customer got fully charged for something customer didn’t receive!!! It took almost 2 hours to get my food,I did a bundle order, the main dish showed up after an hour and a half cold its now been over 2 hours and ive yet to recieve my dairy queen ice cream order which someone has been driving around with for 40 mins now, worst inflated price service ever

My experience with Uber Eats this past weekend was highly unprofessional and may be my last order. The food arrived over 2 hours late and was cold, and I still haven’t received my refund for unknown reasons. I’ll be leaving negative reviews across platforms.

Please teach your drivers hygiene and manners.They have angry attitude towards people as if the word owes them something. They cant be ganging up against people just because they think they are stronger.i am a customer on uber and in-store, how they handle themselves in restaurants i dont know why restaurant managers allow this,you find them making noise and shouting where they collect the orders,how is an employee supposed to feel and work under such conditions??? If we as customers interfere it will be xenophobic. These foreigners have anger and when delivering you will hear them smelling alcohol.dont take advantage of other people at their workplace,they are dirty and smelling to be on duty for that matter

-They do nothing to appreciate their loyal clients -They never issue credits or take accountability for their mistakes -they will hire "anyone" and then expect you to tip the absolute worst customer service -They won't let you manually accident orders placed by kids--even when you contact "help" immediately after placing the order they lie and say it is on the way so you have to pay -People should be able to return things they don't like and get money back or credits for mistakes made, extended wait times and poor food quality due to the lack of care of the driver -All these "bikes" are bringing cold food DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS--THEY ARE GREEDY, SINFUL THEFS THAT DOUBLE THE PRINCE OF EVERYTHING YOU BUY -SWITCH TO DOORDASH --Go buy your own food or learn how to cook because UBEREATS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. THEY ARE ROBOTS JUST HER TO STEAL ALL YOUR MONEY WITH ZERO PERKS, INCENTIVES OR APPRECIATION.

Second time this has happened I’ve been with Uber for when they first started. I order food almost every day sometimes two and three times a day issues come up not often, but this is the second time that I’ve canceled the order immediately after seeing my mistake making the call less than 30 seconds and they still said they were taking my money I will not use Uber again. I’ve been a loyal customer and whoever was answering my questions was rude and seemed non-caring so you can have Uber I’ll go somewhere else where they appreciate my money and I call on all my friends that know me and family members to stop using UBER EATS.

Absolute nightmare. Git the entirely wrong order on about a $50 order. Offered a $17 refund. Actually got a $5 credit then $7 refunded to my card. THEN Uber went back into my account and took out $2 for some reason. They literally stole money from me. When I complained, the guy said there was nothing he could do.

I canceled an order within 30 seconds of ordering it because I realized I wouldn't be home in time and they still charged me off of a technicality. Immediately deleted the app. An absolute excuse to rip off the customer. Used a fair bit wont be using it ever again.

I ordered Wendy's, never showed up. Called the guy delivering it, never answered, called instacart and Uber eats, they hung up on me too. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! It cost me $150.00 for 2 meals! STOP HIRING NON AMERICANS TO DO THE JOB
