The driver left 2 of our dinners at the restaurant. My husband and myself are ill and needed food delivery. Drivers should be made to go back and correct their mistakes. I called the restaurant and he left the second bag marked for Uber eats on the counter. This is bad service.

I don't give this business one star. I ordered $59 in food and somehow the order was cancelled within one minute and they still charged me the $59 and I received no food. They stayed Chipotle had made the order when in fact they had just gotten the order. They legally rip people off.

I REFUSE TO BLAME MOST OF THE DRIVERS!!!. IT IS UBER EATS AND THEIR USE OF AI WHO FKD UP THIS PLATFORM. THESE SELLOUTS USE AI, WHO USES INCORRECT GPS WHICH MAKES THE DRIVERS LOOK BAD. WHOLE TIME, THEIR BOTS ARE GIVING INCORRECT DIRECTIONS, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT IN DANGEROUS / SEMI-DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOODS IN BALTIMORE. THEIR AGENDA IS TO MAKE THE DRIVERS LOOK BAD, SO THEY CAN GET BAD RATINGS, AND THEY KICK US OFF THE PLATFORM SO THEIR AI DRONES CAN TAKE OVER!!!. UBER HAS BEEN COMPROMISED LIKE THE REST OF THIS CORPORATION CALLED AMERIKKKA!.

I ordered for my elderly mother. They just dropped the groceries in front of the door. Lucky my mom was sitting by the window and seen. Then when she tries to open the door she has so much trouble because the groceries were there. After she finally gets the door opened the milk was busted over her food. When I called Uber Eats they tell me they have nothing to do with it that I have to call giant. It was Ubers driver why are they passing the buck to the supermarket. But I called giant and they were happy to help me. Giant refunded the money for damages groceries, delivery fee, and of course the tip I gave the driver. Plus a coupon for 15% off next order. So uber should be thanking giant for taking care of what should have been their problem. Needless to say that guy won’t be able to deliver for giant again.

Terrorist delivery driver. Uber eats assumes Zero accountability for the drivers they hire.Driver blocking cars at holiday inn parked with emergency lights on for 20 min. doing delivery….and the Menacinglly stares into lobby at guests who dare to question or look his way !Uber eats says this is a non issue for them😂😂😂

Horrible experience! The customer service is the worse I have ever seen! Zero! We made an order for New Year Eve…. That was a disaster! The delivery guy made a mistake and changed the order! I called him immediately! He said: call to the restaurant! I did! Of course! It wasn’t the restaurant fault, but the driver! I called Uber Eats customer service and…. No one answered! So, I started to chat on the APP! They said they would fund me an amount, 13€ LESS than I paid! I tried for days complaining, showing the receipt…. They didn’t care at all! From now on: Never ever again!

Everytime your delivery driver's come into our store and pick up an order for a customer they never bring in their bag when carely they are supposed to bring it with them Everytime they come in and then the customer gets their food it's cold . I think they need to be retold every time they go and pick up the customers food .

Really terrible customer service, our pizza took 90mins and arrived stone cold & rubbery. We couldn’t eat it. After finding the complex route to complain we were refunded £2 on a £57 order!?!? Utterly ridiculous. Really poor company, terrible service, complete lack of integrity

I ordered food from #haroldschicken through Uber Eats and sat here one and a half hours and it turns out #ubereats never sent the order. At one point they insisted the order ones done and ready. To compensate me they just canceled the order. HOW CAN YOU CANCEL AN ORDER YOU NEVER SENT AND THEN LIE TO ME AND SAY ITS READY AND IT'S NOT. I can tell you when #doordash makes a mistake they give real compensation not ooh well i am sorry you wasted an hour and half of your life for nothing. I get mistakes happen but its how you respond to that mistake. #uber is a big company but not big enough to admit they made a mistake and compensate fot that. In the last week i spent around $100 with Uber. That business now goes to Lyft and DoorDash

Yesterday was my first time using Uber Eats to order food and a bouquet with a cake. I was just exploring the app and accidentally selected the wrong items. I was trying to review everything and add more items, but somehow the order got confirmed without my knowledge. What shocked me was that there was no Apple Pay confirmation or any payment authorization, which every other app usually asks for before placing an order. The order was placed automatically. I immediately tried to cancel it, but there was no proper cancellation option. It was asking me to pay 80% of the order amount just to cancel, and there was no direct way to contact customer support. Since I couldn’t cancel, I let the order go through. Later, I noticed that I was charged three times with different amounts for the same order. Now I’m trying to reach customer support, but Uber Eats makes it extremely difficult. There’s no direct call option—just a message saying “type your issue and we’ll contact you in 6–12 hours.” It’s been hours, and I still haven’t heard back. The app is confusing, time-consuming, and frustrating for first-time users. This whole experience feels very unfair and honestly feels like customers are being exploited. Extremely disappointed with Uber Eats. 😞 #ubereats

Ordered a meal for my granddaughter and myself. Food was over an hour late and I watched on the map to see where the driver was. Driver had two other deliveries ahead of mine and couldn't apologise enough, but by the time my order arrived it was freezing cold and had to go in the bin. I complained thinking I would get my money back for the binned meal but they gave me only a goodwill gesture of a fiver back on a thirty quid meal. Rip off company, I will never order with UberEATS again!

Dreadful. Waited over an hour. It arrived cold and in an open bag. Threw it straight in the bin. Did not get a full refund. Deleted the app.

Its makes absolutely no sense to allow a person walking g to deliver HOT FOOD in 33 degree weather! My food came cold. McDonalds at that!

UberEATS in Farmington Maine sucks!! As both a potential user and restaurant owner, I could not be more displeased!! The UberEATS salesman offered improved sales, stickers for the doors, a printer for orders, etc, etc, etc. NONE was provided. I have spoken the sales reps numerous times and now the rep will not even return calls. Not very professional and not what I expected from the Uber company. Will be recommending DoorDash to all customers and plan to stop UberEATS as soon as the startup period expires!

I placed an order through Uber eats and it was supposed to be to me at a certain time. The driver contacted me and said they had been sitting there 15 minutes and it was still wasn’t ready so they left. I could no longer wait so I called Uber Eats to cancel the order they refused. I called back told them that I was recording the call and then I’m requesting the cancellation because the order still wasn’t ready and I had to be somewhere. , and to cancel the order, they tried to call the driver. She wouldn’t pick up, so I had to message the driver through the app in order to confirm cancellation of the order before they would even consider canceling the order and refunding my money. This is such bad business all the way around 20 minutes on the phone the second time to fight with these people to get my money back for order that wasn’t even made yet bad business will never do business with this delivery system ever again. We’ll see if I get free refunded. If not, I recorded the whole conversation will be disputing the charges with my bank.
