uber eats offered me a $20 voucher via email as a new customer. I tried to use the voucher to order food, as I checked out it said voucher not available for this order. it even told me my charges would only be $4 dollars, after checkout it was over $30. I then went to cancel the order and now it's charging me $22.50 I contacted their customer service and of course I get the lone winded speech about policy.....buddy! your committing fraud! I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

Unable to download app. Used their website to order. Never received order and the driver did not speak English! Contacted Uber Eats through their website and they kept asking me to contact them and request refund through the app. Numerous times via chat and email I told them I COULD NOT DOWNLOAD THE APP and they then refused to refund me almost $50.00 for the order. They are scammers and disgusting. Buyer Beware! I will be writing their CEO and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Will never do business with Uber again!

In the Dominican Republic, if your Uber order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you may be denied a refund even after contacting support. Cases can be closed claiming everything was handled properly, leaving customers without compensation. With an added 5% tax, prices are higher and service feels riskier. It may be safer to buy directly from restaurants or consider other alternatives.

I ORDERED FOOD FROM MOES RESTAURANT THIS MORNING AROUND 10:30 A.M, SO I WAITED FOR MY FOOD FOR ALMOST AN HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES. TO WHERE THE DRIVER CALLS ME AND SAYS SHE IS ON HER WAY AND THEN TELLS ME THAT SHE IS AT MY ADDRESS NOW. 3 MI TUES PAZSED BY AND NO FOOD ORDER, I CALLED THE DELIVERY PERSON BACK AND SHE TELLS ME IT WAS DELIVERED. THIS IDIOT DELIVERED MY FOOD TO A WHOLE DIDDERENT ADDRESS. THEN IBER EATS TRIED TO SHORT CHANGE ME ON THE CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT I SPENT OVER 56 DOLLARS INCLUDING THE TIP AND THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME $49.50 back. The driver didn't care and Uber EATS IS ALL ABOUT GETTING THEIR MONEY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME NOR THE SECOND TIME. UBER EATS IS NOT ABOUT INTEGRITY AND DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMERS. DRIVERS STEAL FOOD SOMETIMES AND THEIR ARE NO REPERCUSSIONS WHATS SO EVER. JUST BE AWARE PEOPLE.

I live in Puerto Rico about 10 minutes away from my local restaurants that I usually order from yet they always take no less than an hour long. 99% of the time they forget part or most of my order. Uber does t give me my money back for it either. I pay cash a lot and TWICE a driver stole the cash and uber did absolutely nothing so I had to cancel my account because I refused to pay for the thieves they hire. I use door dash faithfully now. Uber needs to either do better on their end by paying people back or making sure the drivers aren’t little thieves. And if a restaurant is constantly leaving out items either because of laziness, stupidness, or just carelessness, then take them off the app! GET IT TOGETHER!

Trash straight garbage they stole my money from an order they say i cancelled and didn’t. Luckily Denny’s still had and gave me the order no thanks to Uber. I use Doordash now. The day Uber crashes “pun intended” will be a better day for the world.

Sucks at estimated times How does it take an hour and a half for a delivery that's 15 mins away. And then tells you they will still charge you for order even though they keep changing delivery times. I have kids to feed how do u go from 30 mins for delivery to an hour and a half and won't let me cancel order without charging me for the entire order. Use door dash Uber sucks

Don't use Uber eats app to order from dominos it only puts in half your order and throws out the rest . Just had that happen in moord Oklahoma won't be using them again for food

If I could give my driver a “O”, I would. We ordered food 1.5 hours ago and she delivered the wrong order. We tried contacting her and “crickets”. Now we’re starting from ground zero placing the order again. The WORST customer service ever. Don’t fall for a “discount”. If you do, don’t expect your dinner to be delivered. UBEREATS. DO BETTER.

Ubereats are thieves and scamers who are taking advantage and over charging people of they money!!! And I will be reporting to better businesses bureau!!! I placed a order at a restaurant but I accidentally ordered the wrong items i wanted stake not stake salads they didn't have a edit order option only add to the order but I didnt want to add so I canceled the order so that i can remake it with the correct items within 4 mins of placing it!!!, no food was made no food left the restaurant the order was only accepted. Now uber is telling me they going to keep the entire amount i paid which was $68 because of this "cancelation fee"...excuse me? I under understand maybe keeping $10 as a cancelation fee but the entire amount??? They said the restaurant had the money and that the restaurant would be losing out,how?! If the restaurant didnt make or send out any food so how could they be losing out? I called the restaurant they said this was all uber eats doing and they had no control uber eats is stealing people money! And then I asked to speak to a manager and they said a manager would call me havnt gotten a call back yet!

I live in Florida, but the app sent me to order in Nashville. I did not recognize the address and I hit cancel before the order was accepted. Due to a delay on their end, the order was canceled about 60 seconds after “acceptance”. Uber Eats charged me $78.75 telling me the order was accepted. The problems were on their end. I’ve never lived in Nashville and I hit cancel, but their app delayed the cancellation. If I had paid with a credit card, I would have taken it to my credit card company. Instead, I had paid for Uber Cash and they stole my money. I tried their “help” and was told twice they would not refund. I called and about 60 minutes later told the same thing. THIEVES!!!

WORST app ever. False advertises promos. Their drivers take forever. My food was cold because they took 40 minutes on a 5 min drive. Do not recommend Uber.

The worst customer service!! Delivery was 2hours late and the food was cold !! I think is so sad that you cant communicate with a live agent as well !! I will keep my service with DOOR DASH 😌

I would give zero stars. They hire people who can't speak and understand English and send them out to deliver orders. I never received my order because the driver didn't speak English. He didn't understand the address, etc.. I ended up calling the restaurant and they had to get him a translator to tell me what happened to my order. He left it in a building by the elevator because he had to go per the translator. So I never got it. And Ubereats has declined to return my tip fee.. I have been jumping through hoops for my money back for an order I didn't get. BE CAUTIOUS

Uber Eats Switzerland has a major integrity problem. Drivers are 'completing' deliveries by taking a photo of the food in the hallway, then immediately stealing the order. To make matters worse, their support is just a loop of chatbots claiming the 'issue is resolved' without issuing a refund. They didn't just lose my dinner; they lost a customer for life.

I'd give 0 starts, or even negative, if I could. I had ordered from uber eats and thought it went through but didn't receive any confirmation email about the order. I checked my app abot 30 mins later and it wasn't working and said something like "oops, something's gone wrong" and it wouldn't refresh. Checked my email again and no confirmation. I went and physically picked food up because it hadn't gone through. I woke up the next morning and an email from Uber eats had been sent at 2:38am saying my food was delivered. I still had no confirmation email. The food was sitting out on my porch all night. I called the next morning and they said because the food had been delivered, there's nothing they could do for me. I asked to talk to someone higher up and they said expect a call in 48 hours. I didn't receive a call. I finally called back and they again said there was nothing they could do for me. Holy smokes, in my 40 years of being alive I've never experienced worst customer service. Anyways, would not recommend and will never be using Uber Eats or Uber again.

Why is uber eats still in bussiness with all these complaints I ordered 2 meals from McDonald's Penrith supposed to deliver at 4.36pm found food on door step at 5.10pm no door bell rang and no door nocked onfood was stone cold and damp rang McDonald's up nothing they could do had to ring uber up so did and got no help and was told it's not in there policy to have to nock on door or ring door bell so I rang McDonald's back up and the manager couldn't believe it he was going to ring uber up .McDonald's did replace my meals but I had to pick them up

Order a meal for pick up. Restaurant accepted the order and when I arrived said oh we are out of what you ordered. I asked them to cancel it so I wouldn’t be charged they said they couldn’t. Had to wait online 30 minutes to get Uber to address the issue.
