I ordered $60 worth of food for my aunt who is visually impaired. I made sure that they knew that she was visually impaired. So they gave me a pin number for her That way when they hand her the order she can give them the pin number Well, the person didn’t even knock Much less give her a pin number So she never got the order it was sitting outside the next day I complained and I wanted my money back And I got nothing at all. The workers were like robots. That one person would help me not one person would help me because if she didn’t give the pin Then why the hell would I pay that was the whole point and I even wrote that she was legally blind And 90 years old Isn’t that the whole point of having a pin number? I swear I want my $60 back so bad Never again

My house is in walking distance with the business I own and within 2 minutes of the order they couldn't change the adress they told me it was outside the delivery service. I ordered twice already that day using the service. Im glad you save the texts so do i.

i was charged for a food that i never received because the restaurant was closed since the day i order it, and 13 days triying the same with a costumer service they say i dont qualify to a refund .

AWFUL service, they don't care no matter what happens, if you are lucky enough to get any compensation for an issue, it is hardly anything. All my food came cold, spent £40 nearly and I got £7.50 back... But ALL of the food took ages to arrive and was freezing so didn't eat it. Stopped replying to me now for asking for what I should get in refund, not only for poor cold food arriving but for their abysmal service.

Uber Eats consistently takes 40 to 60 minutes to deliver our restaurant orders. Even though most times the restaurant locations are 10 to 15 minutes away. They make multiple pick ups and deliveries with our food before they deliver ours. Of course we got tired of eating cold food, so we canceled our membership and deleted our credit card info. Last, we can't forget to mention how outragiously expensive Uber is with inflated menu prices and numerous mystery fees. I would not recommend Uber eats to anyone!!! Hope this was helpful. I’ve had several frustrating experiences, but this one was the worst. I placed an order after seeing a 10-minute delivery estimate, went through checkout, paid, and tipped—only to immediately see the delivery time jump to 50 minutes. I cancelled within a minute of ordering, yet I was still charged the full amount. Very disappointing experience and not what I expect from a delivery service. I will know close my UBER ACCOUNT completely even for rides - spend a lot of money on those for conoay airport drives - LYFT, my new preference.

I had a meal that came from Chili’s and by the time it arrived it was cold and the chicken had tendons or muscle in it & it was very tough to eat. So I wasn’t able to eat my food and texted an agent who informed me they were going to credit $25 dollars out of $48.03 dollars spent. I called back to find out what happened to credit because I wanted a decent order at this point and the guy was acting like he didn’t understand why they gave me a credit in the 1st place. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. UBER you have lost my business not only as a customer but as a driver too.

I have tried to like Uber eats but the truth is most of the meals delivered to me from them were inedible and very expensive. I could've had a weeks worth of groceries for what I paid for one Uber eats meal. I gave up nothing could entice me to buy the stale food, cooked in old grease.All the nice photos they have of the foods isn't what shows up. I throw out my garbage and I refuse to pay for some one else's garbage. They have no shame. Cook your own and/or keep tv dinners and deli meats on hand for a quick safe meal. Urber eats won't change until we stop enabling them to get away with delivering low quality food

The driver left my food at someone else's house. I tried to contact Uber to let them know that I had not recieved my food but they said it was to late. The driver had just delivered my food to someone, since I got the notification. It was not too late. I also tried to get ahold of the driver since it was the drivers fault. I could not do that either. I tried to contact their Customer Service by phone and website, but they hung up on me before I could even speak. Uber Eats is the WORST company I have had the displeasure of working with!

wrong item delivered. then he refunded one item without asking due to which i lost my promo and paid $20 extra on this order. chat support did not help and transferred my chat to somewhere else without asking where I have to wait 6 to 12 hour to get response

I will never order from Uber Eats again I bought fish from Fortino‘s which on the package says $30.39 an Uber charged me $63 when I tried to talk to customer support about it. They told me that everything was right and they weren’t gonna refund me anything I understand there’s an up charge for using Uber Eats but over double to buy fish. I will never use Uber Eats again not for rides not for food.

DONT ORDER FROM UBER EATS!!!! I sent in an order and it was brought to me. I was missing an item. I contacted Uber Eats through the Instacrt app as that is where I ordered from. I started on Friday after my order was delivered and on Sunday there is still no help for my missing item. They wanted a copy of the receipt because they couldn't see or find it. It took 3 calls before I got an email that would let me send the copy of the receipt. Then they emailed back and said We see you received you order so we can not give you a refund. I did that's want a refund for the order just the missing item. (and yes I called the restaurant and the manager said they have a lot of trouble with Uber Eats deliveries and Uber Eats customer service.

My order was supposed to be a fun early morning delivery from Dunkin. It was supposed to make our Friday morning easier too. NOT. The driver took 1.5 hours, I tried to cancel but the app wouldn't let me. I had to leave to take the kids to school, and the driver tells me he finally made it to my neighborhood. He marked the food as delivered even though I never saw him or the food. I NEVER RECEIVED my order. But Uber still made me pay for it bc THE DRIVER marked as delivered..even though I spoke with him on the phone. It's a joke and the 3rd time I tried it. It hasn't worked for me. The one time I did get my food it was an hour late and cold and the driver looked very disheveled and gross. Never again. My bank wouldn't refund bc Uber wouldn't let me dispute it further. This company is worthless.

Was in contact with the driver via message tried to call several times they never picked up I seen the individual was using Google translate tried to inform urber eats representative but I was told I had 8 minutes to resolve the problem couldn't receive a refund I'll never use the eats side of urber again be aware

U suck. Placed order for the wrong location immediately called the location they had no problem canceling it called Uber eats they said there would be a cancellation fee I said okay what's the fee full price. Fu. Got rid of the app and them

I am frustration over poor reliability and lack of accountability from Uber customer support when orders was cancelled right away due to incorrect delivery. I was charged $35 for cancellation and they said that the merchant was the one that charged to contact the merchant. After contacting the merchant came to the conclusion that they never charged anything it was Uber. Contact Uber customer support again they it was all BS he was telling me. Their response: I suggest next time if there are issues with your order, please reach us immediately instead of canceling your order. We can't process a cancellation with no charge, most especially once the order has been accepted, though support may be able to assist you further, so we can find a workaround. Sat, Apr 04 at 5:24 PM I hope I could do something but as of now, I can't provide any sort of compensation for this order but don't worry, if you face any kind of issue in the future, please reach out to us immediately and we'll help you with the best possible resolution.
