I had an issue with a order and I went to the form that needed to be filled out and completed, and that form didn’t even work or function for me to make that complaint about the food! I’m sadly disappointed.

If l could give this app a zero l would. I cancelled an order and Uber Eats kept the money would not refund me! Please STAY AWAY from this app. These people are corrupt and has no kind of compassion.

I ordered lunch at work at 10:45 am. Come 2:30 pm I still had no food so I decided to cancel the order. Upon speaking with customer service he told me he was charging me $19.99 for cancelling because my order was already accepted. 4 hours ago. So I tell him I would like a full refund since it's not my fault that they do not have any drivers to pick up my order. He basically told me to go F myself and ended the chat. I will NEVER use Uber again in any capacity.

have used Uber Eats for a while now but will no longer do so. I will be deleting my account as soon as I complete this review. There have been times when I was waiting for my food, it was late and I was unable to drive to get food. Bad customer service received wrong item of missing order

Food delivered soggy. Driver was on a bike, had a few deliveries to make. By the time he arrived, food was inedible. I threw the package out. IMPOSSIBLE to reach UberEats. All their phones are disconnected. I tried the HELP button. They wanted a photo of the delivery. I did not have it. I will hesitate to use UberEars again.

Very bad experience to talk to the customer service, they did not care what is exactly the issue, continue blaming the issue is customer issue. There is no 0 star, so pick up the 1 star.

You can’t speak to a live person and your chatbot system is horrible, and drivers changed mid transaction. Long wait times and if I could give your company a 0 I would.

Uber eats first time promotion is a scam they will say you get a free credit you use it the out you delivery time back then never send any food (as I say on my steps them min they said my food left nobody even drove on my block nevermind come to my house) the they would not let me change the $4 tip I gave when I order the food with they then charged tax on so I got hours of time wasted , to late to get food elsewhere and robbed for $4 and change from my bank account witch they refuse to return and obviously no pics of the food that was supposedly delivered. They act like they give you free credit but it is a scam to steal money from you. Smh

I ordered some food but wanted to use my credit card instead of my bank card so I immediately cancelled the order. I looked on my bank account and I was charged. It was over $100.00 order. I called Uber Eats and they said that the restaurant had already placed the order so I couldn’t get my money back. I called the restaurant and they said because the order was cancelled within seconds the order was not received. Uber Eats lied. I ask for a supervisor and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I put in a fraudulent claim against Uber Eats . I realize there is no integrity with them. It’s sad because they are dealing with so many people’s accounts. I will never use them again. Oh before I was told it was a lie. Uber Eats said if I order again and call them back after I place the order they would give me my money back in my account. Don’t trust this company!

Awful service they employ African immigrants who can’t speak English and scan you as your food doesn’t get delivered however shows as delivered on the app

LETS CANCEL UBER ESTS! I ordered food at 5:41 Pm. With in less than 1 Second I canceledI.Still with in the 5:41 time frame. I then noticed that I was not refunded my $39. I called and was told that my order had already been received and processed and they will keep the entire $39!!! Please tell me how anyone received and processed my food order in less than 1 SECOND???? Both cancellation receipt and order show 5:41pm

I am extremely disappointed with how Uber has handled a serious data protection issue. My personal residential address was publicly attached to my company listing on the Uber Eats platform without my authorization. This is a significant privacy and safety concern. After formally raising the issue and clearly explaining the risks involved, I received a response redirecting me to file a copyright or trademark complaint - which is completely unrelated to the problem. Since then, my follow-up emails have gone unanswered. Publishing someone’s private home address without consent is not a minor clerical error - it is a data protection failure. The lack of urgency, accountability, and direct resolution from Uber’s support team is alarming. I expected immediate corrective action and transparent communication. Instead, I have been left chasing responses while my personal information remains exposed. Businesses should be able to trust that their personal data will be handled responsibly. Based on my experience, that trust has not been earned. I hope this review prompts the appropriate team to take this issue seriously and resolve it without further delay. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in Uber’s ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Worst service EVER! Delayed two hours! I had to wait over the maximum time limit to get my order cancelled without repercussions. Driver wouldn’t answer. Wouldn’t respond. I went through 5 representatives. Wouldn’t allow me to speak with a supervisor. Expected me to wait over 2 HOURS FOR A PIZZA!

When my credits run out, I'm done. Delivery times mean absolutely nothing. Cold food is delivered warm and hot food is delivered cold. Almost 100 percent of the time. I feel badly for the drivers whose pay (tips) are adversely affected by the actions of the company they deliver for.

Worst experience ever! Made the mistake of tipping before my delivery so I wouldn’t get my food spit on. Deliver driver took almost an hour for a 17 min estimated delivery and then delivered the complete incorrect order. Nothing I ordered was delivered and what was ordered was close and unedible. Contacted Uber Eats immediately and received a credit for the food but when I challenged them on tip refund they stated they couldn’t do that but would issue Uber credit. With this experience, why would I want credit to use your service again? Worst customer service and reliability. I hope they go out of business!

I made an order for over $61.00 to J & R DimSum. It took an hour and a half to receive it. It was absolutely the wrong order of about $25.00. I could not eat the cold food and dim sum was already hard. Try to connect to Uber Eats for satisfaction is near impossible. This is the second time I ordered through them and I question their commitment to delivering food in a timely manner and get the order delivered appropriately.
