Its makes absolutely no sense to allow a person walking g to deliver HOT FOOD in 33 degree weather! My food came cold. McDonalds at that!

Three orders in a row from Luong Chinese - satay prawns supposed to be 14 prawns - 13, 12 & 13 I’m a regular customer & my order usually exceeds $60 This is cheap skating No more orders Review reflects restaurant but delivery was late & driver left the order on the footpath outside & did not wait for me to get to the door- pure arrogance

I was a delivery driver for Ubereats you can't really talk to them on the phone anymore and the chat it's a bunch of people that don't understand English my take anyhow they deactivated my account talking about cancellation mind you I did all kind of deliveries for them Imy cancellation was 9% the last trip I did was at Aldi's also I couldn't add my debit card cause a scammer called me so I deleted my card off the app and was using uber pro card ?? They also owe me more earnings I'm happy they did me a favor they are very unprofessional the only thing I like about them is they will tell you your dropped off location beforehand Uber eats I want the rest of my earnings

Uber eats used to be much better than it is now. Food has been arriving cold, why....because its November and a lot of deliveries are on bicycle or scooter. Several times not even in a insulated delivery bag. Just exposed to the cold November weather. There seems to be a disconnect with Uber Eats understanding their own business model. How is food supposed to arrive hot, or even lukewarm for that matter? Turns out, a good portion of the places I order from, offer free delivery themselves, and guess what....they use insulated bags and 95% of the time it gets delivered by car.

I love Uber Eats but they need to get their stuff together. Yesterday I made an order at Starbucks. The driver I had at first was Anthony. It took him like 15 mins to even start driving. Every single driver kept switching to new drivers to get my drink and then by the time they got there. The store was closed. Please get it tg this is supposed to be convenient for customers but it gave me a headache

Waitng approximately 3 after 3 drivers went to the establishment to pickup my order. They canceled. I only got script answers. When you are a service industry worker and this is what you rely on it sucks. Especially when you order before you leave work hoping to have your food shortly after arriving home

Delivery works most of the time, but lately it’s been unreliable. Orders come late or missing items, and support just gives generic replies. The app is easy to use, but service quality has really gone downhill.

I'm a driver so they give promotions and then take them back and not honor them. When you go to support they tell you you'll get an answer within 6 to 12 hours. It's been over 24.

Yes, I had a bad experience not from the driver, but from the merchant then I called the merchant to let them know that they forgot my banana pudding, which is clearly states on the receipt. They’re gonna tell me it was the Uber driver’s responsibility to make sure that it was all there no I gave you the order. Uber eats is to pick it up and deliver it to me JJ chicken and fish in Griffin, Georgia don’t order from them no more I’m tired of inconsistency. Thank you.

Uber eats tells me I can use promos. I try to use them and they don’t apply even though I follow the instructions. I talk to customer service- 2,3 + people try to help me saying the same words and then don’t resolve the issue at all. It’s a waste of money and time compared to other services.

I did a delivery and very unhappy with their system, it needs to be change, how can they give a customer a fare price of $2.27 total including tip when I had to drive 11.48 miles to drop off , only because I had to pick up another order in same place 😡, which as matter of fact the other order was 14 items to a hospital and I have to drive 2.12 miles for a total fare of $4.27 at least gave me $3 tip but fare was $1.27 . I’m using my car wear and tear, miles, gas and my time, the customer that gave me $2.27 they don’t have any consideration that I was doing her a favor to drive all the way those miles, she should of get her car and drive to pick up her food but it’s not convenient so use a delivery person to take advantage and give us a penny for it and get their food in their comfortable home . I couldn’t even know how much it was before I accepted it because they send you just an amount and I thought it was only one order and before that one I had another one close by which I accepted it since I saw it was ok but they merge all 3 rides, Uber use that first ride as part of the ride. It’s not acceptable, not fair and it doesn’t justify the 11 miles to drop off. It sucks that we are not able to see all the information about the ride when they merge it. Uber eats give the customers that opportunity to even lie at first and say they will give a certain amount and then when they get the food they are able to reduce it, having delivery all received and deliverer gets less money for that drive, miles, time and gas, it happened to me twice so far and it makes me angry 😤. They should change the system so once order is given and accepted at a fair rate then lock it up so drivers are not able to loose and be use by the cheap and advantageous customer. Also trying to connect with an agent in Uber and their system sucks , send message and AI keep asking over and over what’s the issue after send you a note about it to read , which it DOESN’T HELP at all. Not able to have the option to speak with someone while I’m driving and issues don’t get fixed at all. I think They use all those tools just to avoid to listen to our complaint and fix our issues, sending the same robot message : we are here to help you , what can we do and blah blah blah . It’s so frustrating and tiring, a waste of time and my money also.

Before starting the order there was an offer for four dollars off $25 order. I selected it and I placed the order. At checkout it automatically apply to $.49 credit for the delivery fee. I unselected it but it still won’t let me select the $4 Off. My purchase was $34+ dollars. Tried to call customer service and they won’t talk to you and tell you to go to their website. Very frustrating. Feels like a scam to me to offer the discount and then disable it

My order was cancelled by restaurant so no food delivery dead order. Went to the robotic chat line that ignored what you text and populated an automated response over and over. I had to go back in six times to confirm I would not be charged and the chat was and endless loop. Once I threatened to go to BBB social media and request corporate phone number that transferred to a live agent on chat that did not comprehend I did not cancel last minute the order is void due to restaurant decline. Same regurgitated text had to close chat and start over since they did not confirm my undeliverable order will be waived of charges. Hour on their lousy unresponsive chat-they want you to give up once you went seven rounds of open and closed chats I pleaded with last agent to read notes for she too regurgitated same copy and post text read my text and waived my order that was undeliverable. This message is for Uber. Do not treat your customers like this. Check how your staff responses to their chats and change your method of horrible and unresponsive customer service. Move to the direction of understanding the situation instead of routine and uncaring platitudes I deal with bad customer service all the time but this-was design to wear you out and not resolve or listen to customer complaints and concern

I canceled my account because 4 straight orders, something was missing that I paid for. I can't get it myself, I'm in a wheelchair. Why use a service that continues to halfway perform.

Drivers don't follow delivery orders. It seems that their drivers either don't read English, can't understand certain things, or just don't care. My instructions are knock hard on inner door. Meaning not the screen door. Being hearing impaired, I depend on that noise to get my dogs riled, indicating to me there's someone at the door. I'm not one to sit and stare at my cellphone to track my order. When I went outside to see if maybe it was left on the porch, as uber eats drivers tend to do, there it was, no longer hot, not even warm. I complained to their cust. svc., no credit, no tip reversal, I'm sorry we can't do that. SO WHAT EXACTLY CAN YOU DO?!! ANSWER THE PHONE AND SAY I'M SORRY??!!! Uber eats, you stink. Never again.

I tried to “claim” my promo twice and it never applied. Don’t send me a dozen emails a week with promos if I can’t use them!

I placed my order around 6:30pm and was told that the driver was on the way. Then after waiting for almost an hour I was informed that they had to get another driver and he needs to make another stop before coming to my house. He arrived at 8:30pm with soggy fire house sub sandwiches 3 total. I need a refund.

I gave them a 2 because I did get my refund. But, the service and customer service is horrible. I came here to encourage everyone that when you have issues with companies like UberEats and are owed a refund, but the company refuses. Please file a complaint with the BBB and your state Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs. Many people don't do reviews on companies. If they do, they don't file complaints with these places. These companies should be held accountable for how they treat their customers. And, no amount of money owed to you should be lost due to their being inept and uncaring to their customers. Every time I file a complaint that was obviously the companies fault, I get my money back or credit. There was only 1 time I didn't and it was because it was partially my fault so I closed the case. These companies do not like getting these kind of complaints from the BBB or Attorney General's office. It doesn't take that long to do. The form on the BBB site is really quick to complete. You just have to be willing to do it. The more it's done, the more likely companies will want to fix issues and addresses problems in their operations. So, I encourage more people to do it. I fight for my money. It's not just the point of the money. It that companies shouldn't be allowed to get away with treating their customers this way.
