Uber Eats seems to have no problem promising to return your money for food deliveries that are not correct or as ordered. But, I have never received the actual return of the money to my credit card after they say it was returned to you. . Then they tell you that it's been refunded but the issue is with your credit card company or bank, which everybody else who refunded me, there was no problem. Questionable integrity and work ethic to show you made a return in the Uber Eats app, but you never get that return back. I'm done with using them too.

I normally like to cook or pickup my own food at restaurants, but been extra busy the past few months, and have used UberEats a handful of times. The first couple of times I ordered Indian food and got very timely delivery, but the past two times I've received delayed deliveries, the first an Outback steak and baked potato order, and tonight a Smoky Bones rib dinner with baked potato. In both cases the meat was barely warm, and the potatoes essentially room temp. I'm not pleased with this, especially at the pricepoint I paid, and don't expect to use this service anymore. (food in both cases had terrific taste, no complaints about the restaurants)

It’s Saturday evening. I order food from a local restaurant using Uber Eats and 30 minutes later my phone rings. The caller ID says Uber Eats and I I’m thinking “awesome… foods here!”. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The agents on the phone says the delivery rider’s bike broke down and they won’t be able to deliver my food but, “good news”, they aren’t going to charge me. Why the F* would that be good news? You’re not supposed to charge unfulfilled services. This is a common occurrence with Uber Eats in San Francisco that’s becoming tiring. Fix yourself Uber!

Had an item missing from my order and a wrong burger from McDonald's. Spoke to driver via the app, he said I need to contact the app, I did and they just processed a refund but I want the items I ordered, not a refund! No option via the app to retrieve the items I ordered. Spoke to McDonalds direct who couldn't help as ordered through uber eats so been left with not what I ordered! Very poor service!

This review is 4 the Uber eats APP, not the restaurants that use Uber Eats. I used to get coupons for Uber eats sent to my email and I would get a $20-$30 off coupon once a month and I used it every month. As soon as I signed up for Uber one those coupons stopped and suddenly I’m only saving like $5 dollars with Uber One, Which by the way I just canceled because I’m paying $10 a month to have Uber One, only save $5 (Actually it’s $4 and change, not even a full $5 dollars) & when I wasn’t an Uber one member, I was saving $20-30 off of my orders so never again will I become a Uber one member. They scam you into thinking you’re saving money with Uber One when in actuality you’re paying more money than u were b4! Also every single time I have ordered Uber eats I never ever get any dipping sauces for my kids chicken nuggets, not one single time has there ever been a dipping sauce & It Doesn’t matter what restaurant I order from there’s never any dipping sauces. I’ve even asked the Uber driver to make sure that there’s dipping sauce And again there was no dipping sauce because the Uber driver said he didn’t see it until after he already left. I don’t understand why there isn’t a special instruction spot where you could tell these people “hey can you give me a side of tartar sauce or can you make sure that there’s barbecue sauce in the bag”. I’m sure every single living human being that uses this app will agree with me that there needs to be a spot where you could write special instructions and if one doesn’t show up soon I’m going to discontinue using Uber eats all together and use DoorDash. Period!

When you order thru the app it doesn't give you a choice of no tip since I like to tip in person. I also checked 10 percent but they put thru 15 percent. And all the added fees are ridiculous. Then they don't ask you what card you want to pay with they just automatically put it on my husband's card and I wanted to use mine. App is not user friendly if you have used them before. Last time I will use there service.

It seems every order i get is either missing an item or replaced with something i either changed my mind about or just didnt want. These drivers are not checking the order before they drive off. This is getting ridiculous

Drivers are 70% of the time lazy! They’re not willing to follow directions they bring your food sloppy and cold and couldn’t care less about delivering your food. The don't hold the restaurants accountable for serving you crappy food that wouldn’t even be acceptable in the restaurant. Literally just erase this app I don’t plan on using it again I’ve wasted too much time and too much money for this so-called convenience

I've been a customer around 2 years. I can anticipate hitting the help button on my orders now I got 2 separate orders this morning. A grocery order expected 4 or 5 grocery bags. I got 1 black bag the size that holds candy. I was refunded. I got mcdonalds breakfast for 3 and we are missing 2 big breakfast so only 1 hot all out food. No one checks your order. You constantly will be waiting for a refund from 1 place or another and if the person who opens your request doesnt credit you you cant ho back in and request it again it locks you until its expired. I dobt want credits. I want what I ordered. Until they fix that its 2 stars

You people took my money without my permission I emailed you five damn time the same thing over and over and over again I gave the date I gave the six numbers I gave you the four numbers on my card I sent you a screenshot of the money you took out and you wanna act like you’re stupid talking about you I didn’t get the email yes you did because you keep emailing me back you people are to be the shame of yourself you go around and just take people‘s money you don’t deliver the food and then you wanna act like you can’t see on our account what’s going on I emailed you 16 times I called you twice and then you had the nerve to act like you don’t know what I’m talking about

Taking too long for my food. Im still waiting as I'm typing this.. Uber needs to be sure these restaurants that claim they are 24 hrs are actually that! Especially Krystals , yall may want to remove them from you account they are slow and making yall drivers look bad when in actuality it's really not there fault!check these restaurants about service and time when it comes to yall orders! Waiting almost 2 hrs for a dam cheese Krystal ain't it uber! And it's 30 bucks to boot!!!? Yall high and slow! Tighten up!! Get on these restaurants heels about our food First! We paying extra for convenience!First time ordering in a long time and now I remember why I stopped using these delivery apps!im mad and hungry!!!

I received an email with a promise to get $25 off my order. I applied the code before checkout, prior to the deadline and never received my discount. They will not make it right. Won't use ever again.

When I started using Uber Eats they were great. For one they were the only delivery service that could actually find the house using GPS. But now in the last month or so, the drivers have been doubling up and delivering orders from other customers. So now deliveries are typically "delayed" and the food gets to the house cold. As long as the drivers double up with other customers, I would not recommend Uber Eats if you want your food to be hot when it's delivered.

Ordered from local KFC due to busted ankle. Order missing two large sides: mashed potatoes and gray, as well as de fries. Bucket of chicken picked was only "drumsticks and thighs" - but was still "standard" (including breast which I dislike). I also put in for a sweet tea but it didn't go through. Said deliverer on bicycle...felt bad for her as it was rainy/foggy (not that it really matters but I did add a little more tip coz of that). Come to find out - she was riding with some dude in a car. Not that it matters but that's kinda deceptive! She also seemed a bit rude. Not happy with my first experience with Uber Eats. They did deliver, but I'm disappointed.

I order with Uber Eats quite often because it's easy and convenient, but every single time that I order, there is something missing, wrong substitutions, or it's completely cold.

I ordered many times, but at some point all my payment cards were rejected. I tried to continue to be their client, but they did not want it. Goodbye Uber.
