Paid 30 dollars for a 13 dollar order. It was delivered but when it arrived the drink was spilled all over the bag and food. Uber Eats customer service is pointless they refused to refund for their damaged drink and food. Will never use again. Buyer beware

I ordered from Panda Express and the smart mouth delivery driver left it at the wrong address. I called her as soon as Instacart said my order was delivered and she canceled my call twice before answering. During our conversation I was told her gps told her to deliver at 50## instead of 51##. I continued to resolve the problem but she became rude at the mouth and hung up on me and proceeded to not answer. Had the nerves to say I’m headed to another job what do you want me to do.. I told her deliver my food like you were paid to do😩 tf!!! STOP HIRING THESE HUNGRY DRIVERS THATS STEALING PEOPLES FOOD CLAIMING THE ADDRESS IS ALWAYS INCORRECT! ##BUMMImmm

I’ve now ordered through them a couple of times. And every time, the delivery is very late and the food is cold. The explanation is that the Uber courier delivers to several customers on the same trip and picks up from several restaurants on the same trip. When you then message Uber via their chat, you get a rather dim-witted member of staff who simply tells you to be patient. If you want to avoid frustration and cold food, steer clear of Uber Eats.

So bad. Promised delivery at a specific time but then changed to 35 minutes later. Reason: they pick up other orderd on the way. Result: cold food. Will use other platforms

Uber's customer service feels designed to make complaints so frustrating that customers give up. Missing or incorrect items require multiple logins, photos, barcodes, and endless steps to resolve. Meanwhile, Apple and Google Play ratings look great, while independent review sites like Trustpilot tell a very different story, with ratings often hovering around 1–2 stars. At this point, doing the shopping yourself is faster, easier, and more likely to get you what you actually paid for.

I placed a grocery order. The driver marked the shpping as delivered but never dropped off the merchandise. Uber eats refused to reimbursement of my never received merchandise. This was shopping done in DR in Plaza Lama. Never again

Servicio pésimo de Uber Eats. La comida te la entregan en casa 9 de cada 10 veces por una persona que no corresponde con la que aparece en la app. La calidad del servicio es muy baja en comparación con Glovo, y la atención al cliente es ¡RIDÍCULA! He recibido comida caducada y en algunos casos incluso en mal estado. Hice la reclamación inmediatamente enviando fotos, y solo me reembolsaron una pequeña parte del pedido (una cantidad inferior al valor de los productos en mal estado que pagué). Además, la otra mitad de los productos llegaron incorrectos: pedí un producto específico y me entregaron algo completamente diferente. También quiero añadir que desde atención al cliente me pedían fotos de los productos en mal estado; las enviaba… y su siguiente respuesta era volver a pedirme las fotos. Esto se repitió 4 veces (las imágenes eran perfectamente claras). Me hace dudar que el chat esté gestionado completamente por bots. Finalmente decidí eliminar la app y no volver a usar nunca más este pésimo servicio. NO DESCARGUEN NI USEN ESTA APP.

Order jimmy john thru the jimmy john app. After 3pm it goes to Uber Eats. Terrible drivers stealing people order claiming they your address is incorrect. How jimmy John confirmed address is correct and my app says it correct, so how are you seeing something different and the driver had a bad attitude and telling me the address is wrong. He even said it was delivered. Shame on the customer service uber provides to the folk the make there business.

I placed an order and after the driver allegedly picked it up, the delivery time kept changing. I asked why she was moving farther away from my home according to the map. She literally texted me that she had so many orders, she got confused, forgot MY order, and was on her way back to get it. I told her to forget it, I no longer wanted it, it had already been almost an hour and 15 minutes, (30 minutes from the original delivery time). She said no, she wouldn't be long, I insisted I did not wish to pay for cold food. Just as I thought, an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered, she dropped off cold food. I couldn't eat any of it. I finally got in touch with customer service vis chat this morning and all they could say was "we take feedback seriously" but could not refund my money. I was extra irritated bc I tipped her well pre-order. I canceled my Uber One membership and am disputing this charge with my credit card company. I will never use them again. I should have stuck with Door Dash.

If I could say zero stars I would. Delivery person wouldn’t respond about what was taking so long and sat in same spot for 10-15 min when food was already ready. Chat agent offered no solution and wouldn’t refund my rush $ I paid for and it was over an hour delivery. Agent Ended convo before helping. Food was late, cold and wrong fries. Second agent I tried to talk to (first one said to message if food is cold so I did. And he basically said sorry and asked if I wanted more help then ended the chat with no solution. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Uber Eats with no help and I’ve canceled Uber one and going to social media regarding this all.

Horrible nonexistent customer service! Overpriced with service fees! Uber charges me often for membership fee that I never asked for! When a company forces customers to interact with AI bots, it proves they do not truly value the consumer experience.

It is very strange that they are still in business. There are so many complaints, and the bad outweighs the good by a million to one. Receiving a correct order is a gamble, and sometimes the food is in such bad condition. You should really level up your service and quality - there are many delivery services today to pick from.
