My food arrived over an hour after the original delivery time. It was ice cold and saggy, and they refused to do anything about it.

I bought pizza from the wrong domino's on the 21st of April, after realizing the address was incorrect, I canceled the order and immediately disputed the transaction. Now when I follow the transaction after not getting the refund, I'm told I cannot get refund. This is daylight robbery, scams. I will never use this system again to place an order. We work hard to feed our families and you come with all types of excuses steal from people. All I want is my refund, you can take your cancelation fees.

Me and my husband were stuck in Philly due to our previous flight being delayed. We got on the App placed a order with Uber eats for some Oakland Philly Cheese steaks. We paid left a very generous tip and our order never showed up to our hotel room. Euber eats says they are nothing they can do. Because they can't confirm we didn't get it. I asked for the picture all delivery services take of the product after they deliver. I havent heard anything back. If I don't hear back soon from Uber eats south Philly. I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. I will never again use Uber for anything. I hope the driver enjoyed our cheesesteaks.

UberEats make it easy to order food but when the order isn't delivered they make it impossible to inquire where the food could have been delivered. To add insult to injury the driver refused my call too. UberEats response is to refund the order minus the tip. So the driver didn't do his job but I can't rescind the tip. This makes no sense to me. I will not use UberEats again. I can't leave the office to get lunch, so thanks to this driver I have have to wait till 5 pm to actually eat my lunch.

I ordered delayed delivery. I requested for it to not be delivered until close to 5:30. I turn in the order and they start making the food right away and sending a driver. It's only 4:15. I contact support and there is nothing they can do about it. They say cancel the order and then reorder but I'm out the cost of 2 orders! It's your ordering platform that is screwed up. You gave me an option of a late delivery but are not honoring it! This SUCKS!! Now we will have soggy food do to your incompetence to comply with my order request. I selected the button for late, slow delivery. This type of service is unacceptable. Bye, bye Uber Eats...there are other ordering apps.

I still got charged for the food even though I canceled the order 2 minutes after I placed it! I was not going to be at the address long enough to get the delivery!!

1-star is generous. UBER EATS does not deserve any stars. This was the worse experience. The driver picked up our order for 9 people, and never delivered any of our food. No attempt to deliver at all. When I called the restaurant, the manager said the driver was rude to his staff when he picked up. Then, the so called Uber Eats "customer service" was no help at all. They did nothing, they did not offer to reimburse or even re-order the stolen food. This was absolutely ridiculous. Never again!

I was charged for food.I never received. I will never order through them again.I deleted my app. Talk 2 representatives And neither were willing to help me.And you cannot talk to a person! All garbage. We'll never order through them again! I will stick to doordash. Where i'm treated like a person.

I placed an online order for food from a restaurant about 8 miles away. The delivery person took 1 hour and 21mins to deliver the food. I reached out to Uber eats customer care and they said it’s well within the delivery window timeline (which it was not) and that they cannot do anything to help and closed the chat on me. Not only are they unhelpful , they’re also rude and wouldn’t do anything to put the customer first. Terrible experience after using their service for so long. I’d not want to continue doing business with them and I wouldn’t recommend them for any online food deliveries

Paid $24 for a chicken bowl that. had no protein on it. They only offered a $2 credit without my approval, then said because they gave me $2, there was nothing else they could do and they will not allow you to talk to a manager. I paid $22 for rice and beans...SCAM

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. Following an order of six items from Tatte Bakery, a partial delivery was received with notification of two unavailable items. A subsequent refund request submitted to Uber One was denied. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable. I'm done dealing with a company that openly steals customers money!😡

I've ordered from UberEats three times, and twice I received someone else's order — mine never came. The third time, I didn't receive anything at all. I contacted support, sent them photos of the wrong delivery, and told them my order never arrived. They asked me for proof that it didn't come — which is ridiculous. How can I prove something I never got? They should be proving that it did arrive. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Terrible experience overall. I’m sharing this to warn others: be very careful using UberEats. You might pay and end up with nothing.

The customer service is terrible! I ordered $16 worth of food and drinks from 2 different places and put a $10 tip for the driver, but saw $16 in tips after the fact. I called about 2 hours later and was told there nothing they can do. The fees included were also ridiculous. I’m switching to DoorDash. This company takes advantage of you any way they can with all the fees and don’t disclose the tip info when ordering from multiple places. If I would have picked up the items on my own it would have been $16, but paid almost $56 after all the additional fees and tips that they didn’t disclose. .

Their customer service is HORRIBLE!! I placed an order the other day and received the wrong sandwich. I ordered chicken and got beef, which went in the garbage. I reached out to get at least a partial refund, and all I kept getting was a computer-generated message that they can confirm that my order is not entitled to a refund or a partial refund. I asked why since I didn't receive what I ordered. Rather than answering the "why," they just kept sending the same message. I reached out to the restaurant, and she IMMEDIATELY apologized and said of course, I should received a refund. She can't give it to me, though, so she reached out to Uber Eats to refund my money, and they're still refusing. As someone noted below, when you call the phone number to talk to a human being, you get the message that it's disconnected, and you have to go through the electronic version. Will NEVER use Uber Eats again.
