They gladly took my order for a food delivery with no problem. Then after my driver that picked up my food l, they proceed to send the driver to another establishment to pick up another order where he way 17 mins before he left there to finally deliver my order. Much to my not surprised reaction my food was cold. I was literally less that 2 miles from the restaurant. A simple 2 min delivery. Corporate greed at its best. Don't use them they are a rip off!

Please be aware Uber eats CA over charging on rides leaving the ride on and eats using some minimun scale. There are other more series app.

Uber is charging outrageous fees. My order was $72, plus tax $77, yet they charged me $106 before tip. With even a minimum 15–18% tip, that’s about $130 for food that costs $70 — almost double the price. This is because of Uber’s excessive service fees, which in my opinion is a scam. I placed the order, saw the $106 total, canceled immediately, and they still charged me. I explained that the order hadn’t even been prepared yet, but they refused to refund me. That’s why I deleted the app. If Uber keeps overcharging like this, it needs to change its policies or lose customers. As an American consumer, I won’t support a platform that treats people this way. I have been using uber eats for a long time. Lately they have been providing horrible service. The worst was today. I ordered food for a sick patient. The food was never delivered and the was no way to contact anyone except to try to resolve the issue with dumb technology they use to talk to customers. The order from 825 West Higgins Road, Schaumburg, IL 60195 was never delivered. I am donewith uber eats!

Hero certified hurger 6065 creditview road has been shut down from months . I order on august 12 2025 . From uber eats. After placint the order message pop up as store closed . Do you have aht to cancel it . I click yes . And looking for refund then uber said merchant accepted the order so no refund. And i told them that store is shut down months a go but they not listen . Check aarachment chat with them

I ordered uber eats from my home July 5, 2025 and it went to my Job 25 minutes away!!! When I placed the order it had MY address and some how got switched to my job!! When I called them they REFUSED TO SWITCH! Today I received a call stating they were following up to tell me the same bs story that it was nothing they could do!!! Talk about adding Insult to Injury of my $45 wasted!!!

I had the worst experience tonight. After placing so many orders through them I was shocked by the terrible customer service I received. I do not recommend using Uber eats. They don’t care about their customers and that was clear tonight.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is absolutely the worst possible food service app to ever exist. I ordered food and cancelled it in less than 2 minutes. They charged me for my full order and refuse to refund me. Continuously hang up on the phone, and end the chats via text. I will never use this app again and suggest that no one uses this app. I am beyond in disbelief of how they treat their customers and their refund policy. The merchant did not “prepare” my order in less than 2 minutes. This app is an absolute joke.

It wont allow me cancel my order a second after I placed it. I was trying to see the total amount, but without showing that it placed the order. Customer support also did not help

Utterly useless. I tried changing my address on there. Utterly useless. Totally user unfriendly. Every item of food is cold. No simple way to change the address that this utterly useless company has "decided* is the correct one. I hate this service

Uber Eats claimed that my situation was “not legitimate” for a refund. I ordered and asked for accommodations on my burger. I asked that ONE beef patty be removed as comes with TWO….to be specific a Big Mac..in person, it’s obviously never been an issue..but it had happened more than once and my order has been messed up constantly in the past few orders, but I never did much about it despite the quality of what I received..I was told they had proof that a refund was not ineligible for a refund..when I asked 3 times for the so called proof as I had proof of my own that clearly showed I was in the right, I never got a response because I was clearly in the right. Proof of receipt and a picture that shows there’s no meat in the burger..if I wanted a “burger” that just came with bread and sauce and pickles, i would have just made it myself….but after persistent message they stopped responding to me..great professionalism..I will no longer be using Uber Eats nor will I order from them even if someone else offers to order something through Uber Eats and will have no problem telling them why. Appalled at how they treat their customers..

If you have too many refunds on your account even if they are all legitimate they could give you the wrong item, have it take 4 hours to get there, the driver could eat it in front of you and throw the trash at your face and you still wont get a refund.

My order was not delivered. The driver took a picture of it on the seat of his car and they accepted it as proof of delivery. There was no way to contact them to tell them it wasn’t delivered; my only mode of contact was with the driver who obviously wasn’t answering/responding. I contacted the restaurant and there was no way for them not to charge me when it is contracted through a third party.

If I could offer -5 stars I would. I live 5 minutes from the fish and chip shop. I couldn’t be bothered to walk down and get two Kebabs & chips, to much alcohol 😊 Was going to order from rip off merchants uber eats they added £6.10 to the order. I walked down and collected. Rip off uber eats 😡

I hope this company goes downhill and becomes obsolete. As of a few months ago they will no longer refund you if your order is missing an item, if your order is wrong, or has any issues. You can only make a complaint through the app and AI. They no longer let you speak to anyone and when you do your complaint you always receive an automated message saying “sorry this is not eligible for a refund” What!!!! So I’m just out of money?? Make this make sense!

Well to no surprise uber has not responded to my review. My food was never delivered ( guess the driver was hungry) thank goodness the restaurant refunded my money because they said it happens all the time. Never use this so called company

Do not use this company. I beg you. Use GrubHub or door dash. Every time I have a problem and they forget food or there's missing food. They never ever ever help me. They say I'm sorry we can't refund you. We hope you understand. Well I'm done understanding. I've lost over $100 to them this year because of their bait and switch promos. Please do not use them and turn them in to the better Business bureau if you experience the same issues.

I have ordered several times through Uber Eats and didn’t have an issue, though the fees are ridiculous. Yesterday I ordered and spent almost 70 dollars for my order and it was absolutely horrible. The chicken on each meal was so over spiced and over cooked it was inedible and several of my items were made the wrong way or missing things on them. This was a birthday meal I ordered for my sister. Everyone threw out their food after 2 bites. I tried to call customer service and was routed back to the app. This AI generated customer service is so awful!! I kept getting regenerated replies that the issue has been resolved and closed out! I asked for a number to speak to customer service no response. How can UberEats treat their customers this way!! I’m cancelling my account and will NEVER use this app again!

HORRIBLE! PLEASE don't eeeva spend your money with Uber eats. This food delivery service rips you off in thee worst way. If your food totals up too $23....your gonna wind up paying $60 something. Just probably because you haven't chosen there promotional deals.

I placed a grocery order worth approximately $30 through Uber Eats, but I only received one item—cookies valued at around $5. The other five items were completely missing. This is unacceptable and feels like a case of fraud by the delivery person. I’ve tried reaching out for a refund, but Uber has not refunded my money or even addressed the issue properly. I expect a full refund for the missing items and a prompt resolution to this matter. Please investigate this immediately and get back to me with a solution.
