I have been using uber eats for a long time. Lately they have been providing horrible service. The worst was today. I ordered food for a sick patient. The food was never delivered and the was no way to contact anyone except to try to resolve the issue with dumb technology they use to talk to customers. The order from 825 West Higgins Road, Schaumburg, IL 60195 was never delivered. I am donewith uber eats!
