I placed a grocery order worth approximately $30 through Uber Eats, but I only received one item—cookies valued at around $5. The other five items were completely missing. This is unacceptable and feels like a case of fraud by the delivery person.
I’ve tried reaching out for a refund, but Uber has not refunded my money or even addressed the issue properly. I expect a full refund for the missing items and a prompt resolution to this matter.
