We ordered food with priority, the driver Called and i told him again my adress. He just left the Order on the street 700 Meters away from My Apartment. I would Not recommend Uber Eats at all!

On 5/5/24 I ordered 2 Nacho BellGrandes (it was a BOGO offer), 1 beefy 5 layer burrito and 5 bean burritos. I received the 2 Nacho BellGrandes that were soggy, and 1 bean burrito. The beefy 5 layer burrito and 4 bean burritos were missing. I attempted online thru the app to report and request a refund. I uploaded and sent both the pic of what I received along with the receipt. Still was informed my order didn't qualify for a refund. So I called on 5/5/24 customer service. I was told I'd get an email. When I pressed her when she told me within 24-48 hours. Which never happened. I called customer service after the 48 hours expired on 5/8/24. I was told I'd get a call back within 1-2 hours. That never happened. Later on 5/8/24 I called customer service back and was given the same BS responses. I called again on 5924 and said I'd get an email (which I never received). When pressing him for a supervisor above him he told me there weren't any. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Just like they ghost customers, I've ghosted them. Never again will I order through Uber Eats. I hope they get caught at some point with their scam

I placed an order at 7:30 and after the 3rd delivery driver asking Popeyes where’s my order was. They finally advised someone picked up my order and cancelled it . So they basically stole my food.

Just a warning ‼️‼️ I ordered a meal for my family off Uber Eats for $43.53 to my home with specific directions and the delivery driver dropped my order off somewhere else. I never arrived my order!! The deliver said they delivered it but they never tried to reach out to me. Not sure if this is a common scam but the order is not eligible for a refund according to Uber eats! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THERE SCAM 😞🫠

Hopeless customer service They do not text or email that the order has gone through and the food will be delivered Called the customer service to cancel the order The girl said that manager will call I have been waiting from 4.30 pm to 12.30 midnight but no one called and they charged me two times for the same order Stop using Uber eats delivery Totally mismanagement and freud

Uber eats has now two times provided sorry delivery and refused to refund my money...my food has come to cold they stated that was too bad then I had missing and spilled items and again that was not good enough for a refund I paid almost one hundred dollars for each order and have no reason to lie about my order but Uber eats has stole my money

UberEats scams their customers. I ordered UberEats on my birthday to treat myself to my favorite tacos and skip the cooking. HOWEVER, my food was never delivered to my house. I immediately files a claim for a refund and they refuse to refund me because they say the driver dropped it off and provided a photo. HOWEVER, the photo they provided is NOT my house its someone else’s random house, probably the drivers. I told them to look at previous photos from previous drivers and they would see its not the same house. But they refuse to take the time to look into it. Called several times. Trash company. Never using this app again.

Trash business. Base fare in WI $2 and some change no matter where your delivering to and tipping is an option. I quit, I'm not driving 40miles(20 miles there and 20 miles back)for $10, deliver the food, jump on the highway to get back to my town and an hour later the tip was removed. No explanation what so ever and now I'm wrong for asking "Where's my money".

Three times in a row I get missing items from my order and Uber eats refuses to refund me for those items. Their customer service is a chatbot who just repeats the same BS every time. No way to escalate claims. Zero help from them. Absolutely terrible company.

UberEats steals from their customers. I made a mistake on my order. I canceled the order right away. We reordered and went to the restaurant for pick up. They reassured us we would get a refund in a few days as the order didn't come through on their end. Called 3 days later and what do you know. You need to call in 48 hours. They won't refund my money. I asked for them to get me the food I paid for. They can't do the either. So basically they are stealing from the customers. I will tell everyone and never order from you people again Also they kept ending the chat and not letting me finish and calling them was just as bad. They just keep repeating that you need to call in 48 hours. There is no head office and they won't let you speak to a manager.

When ordering delivery directly from a restaurant instead of using Uber eats it's way cheaper. Uber eats changes more on menu items then up charges you over $8 in unspecified fees. I don't know how they can get away with changing menu priced items from restaurants and charging you more than what the restaurant itself would charge you. How are they allowed to change the prices of these restaurants menu priced items? Brussel sprouts from PF Chang's only cost $10 if you order it directly from PF Chang's delivery services but when you use Uber eats it wants to charge a heck of a lot more, $12.75, the ribs menu price is $15 but Uber wants to charge 17.75. It's like highway robbery, do those stores even get the money that Uber up charges for? They charge an extra $2.75 per item is that money going to the restaurants and do the restaurants know that Uber eats changes the price of their items? We already have to pay almost 9 bucks in fees using Uber so why an additional 2.75 per item on the menu?

I ordered us food through Uber eats on mothers day. It was very expensive so I checked the restaurants actual page and it was about $30 cheaper. I went to Uber to see if you could still cancel. I had just placed the order so I thought I would check. It allowed me to cancel. I assumed that it was okay if they allowed me to cancel my order. I never saw anything saying I would be charged or I would have never done it!! The next day I noticed that the charge was still on my bank account but it was pending. I figured oh okay it will drop off before posting. Yesterday when I looked at my bank account it had posted. I went immediately to Uber eats website and tried to see what was going on. I clicked on some help stuff and it basically said it had been more than 2 days so they can't do anything. I contacted them through a chat message and they told me the same thing. I let them know why I waited for two days because I didn't know I was being charged and by the time I noticed it posted it was past the two days. They continued to say well we can't fo anything because of the 48hour rule. Then disconnected himself from the chat. I spoke with 4 more people that all did the same thing. I asked them all to let me talk with someone higher up or give me a phone number and they all just kept saying we can't help you. Go to the help section in our app. I have never dealt with a company that just truly could care less. No one was willing to help me and they basically just kept my $100 because I didn't contact them sooner. I will never order from Uber eats again.

The worst app ever. No customer support. And if you have paid mistakenly, they'll not even help you out neither understand your situation. I've been trying to mail them, but they're not responding at all.

Uber Eats is 100% garbage. They are tip baiting, and stealing our tip money. Customers if y’all are not getting your orders it’s because Uber takes our money, the drivers take the food on the next delivery to be paid what Uber just took from them, so Uber eats gets paid, the drivers, customers get shafted. Terrible!!!!

Received mouldy groceries from Uber eats and they refused to refund me. The customer service is terrible and impersonal and they just copy and paste their messages. Deliveroo is so much better.

This app is waist of money, help desk does not help, plus help desk lies a lot, I canceled order within 5 seconds because of wrong address, plus I could not find any help to change my address, help desk said they can not do anything because merchant started preparations for order that i cancelled, after that help desk said you can pick up your order from restaurant, I contacted restaurant and they said they did not received any order from Uber, and help desk was saying they started preparing the order. Seriously.
