Food was left on the streets!!!!!. The driver texted that GPS was taking him to the streets. I texted back confirming the address ( I have received deliveries many times, from same restaurant). Calls were never answered. He just decided to leave the food on a bech, god knows where. Uber driver's name Hugo.

Hola: Soy Repartidor, créanme , procuro hacer lo mejor que puedo mi trabajo, y tengo buena calificación de los clientes. En cuanto a Soporte Uber, es una verdadera frustración, cero interés por apoyar a la flota de repartidores, en todos lo sentidos. Le han dejado el trabajo a las máquinas, Puede resolver la IA los problemas reales de los humanos?

I’m a merchant with Uber Eats. Their customer service is horrible. Call all their available numbers and most of them doesn’t work. Once connected we are put on hold for more then 30 minutes. Hang up and called the same number and it no longer works.

So I have tried Uber Eats 3 times . Only 1 of three orders were without errors . The past two they have been 0/2 . 33% success rate isn’t that stellar. On my last Potbelly order it was missing 2 Of the four meats on the sandwich and was on wrong bread. On my last wings order 2/3 flavors were correct They added bbq in stead of sweet heat . I submitted a wrong item and didn’t get a refund 5$ off but I tipped driver 7. Point is orders were wrong . They should advocate in a more professional manner for their customers. Scott

Missing items. When I asked customer service about it. They have me a reply and asked for the item by name and after I have them the item name they waited 4 days to replay and tell me I need to take pictures of the items I received as well as a picture of the paper copy receipt?... It's been days I obviously ate what was brought to me and the garbage is gone. Pretty cheeky move by then I got to say well I'm done using their services forever now. Can't wait until they go out of business honestly it's only a matter of time.

Extremely disappointed with Uber and their pricing system. Every time I place an order they keep adding so many extra charges under tax and other fees that the final bill becomes much higher than expected. This time I noticed almost $15 added in extra charges, which honestly feels unreasonable and misleading. Some items should not even have been charged that much tax, but still they added random fees without proper explanation

The app processed the order and location without me doing anything. When I tried to cancel it won't let me and now they're charging the whole amount.

Uber Eats sucks. Ordered one thing and they changed the product to something of less value. Worse yet ther non existent customer service was no help in canceling order. Uber Eats sucks, don’t ever use this service.

UberEATS is garbage. I'm sick and tired of dealing with people who can't get an order right (misdelivering and messing it up for two customers at once). Never get my business again and I strongly encourage others to avoid them.

The worst customer service out there, which is a remarkable achievement.in the current consumer marketplace. I reached out for help because my driver appeared to have lost consciousness-he hadn't moved on the app for 30 minutes. First I got bottom feeder AI that couldn't think itself out of a wet paper bag, and then, after being persistent I was blessed to get "live" chat agents that seem to exist only to rage bait hungry customers. After being offered a pitiful coupon for food that would likely never arrived, I took my refund, told them to pisss off and happily deleted the app. Good effing riddance.

I ordered a salad from Uber eats, gave the girl detailed instructions. Never arrived an Uber eats won’t refund my money. They’re trusting her saying she delivered it. I walked everywhere on my building and she did not deliver my food. I am getting rid of this app.

Their app picks up random addresses doesn’t used the saved address delivers there and does not compensate for no delivery and charges you instead

I use Uber eats I go through find the food that I want. I place the order. Go through the tip. Then as soon as I try and place the order it says that the promo was not added at checkout. This has been happening for 4 months I'm done with Uber eats I will not use them ever again!!

You pay for priority and the driver runs all over the city delivering food first and 1hr later delivers yours cold. Uber has terrible customer service and says dont worry your soggy food is still warm in the bag....what a joke they should be bankrupt....why don't you deal with your drivers being dishonest? Or are you juat a dishonest company?

I WAS CHARGED FOR A CANCELLATION WITHIN 1SEC OF ORDERING , UBER TELLS ME THE RESTORANT ACCEPTED IT , NO REFUND POSSIBLE , OBVIOUSLY THEY ACCEPTED IT IT TAKE 1SEC TO PRESS A BUTTON ON A I PAD , YOU GUYS ARE THEIVES ALL I WANTED WAS TO CHANGE MY ADRESS , I M NOT PAYING 45$ for a 18$ poulet rouge plate . NEVER ORDERING UBER EAFS AGAIN . I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGES , AND LEAVING A BAD REVIEW ON THE POULET ROUGE FOR DEALING WITH YOU THEIVES .

Shoot, Uber Eats is the worst. And if they could be rated a 0, I’d give it to them. For my Mother’s Day gift I was gifted to dine at my choice restaurant and being the time I received my gift, I ordered on Mother’s Day night from Bad Daddy(the worse food). Being at closing time, I waited the following day 5/11 to take the cold food back. The manager in training told me I’d be refunded through Uber Eats and she presented me a $20 off coupon towards a next purchase. Today I attempted to reach out to Uber Eats and the notice I received was, they do not issue refunds because the time had lapsed. That I should have reached out two days( I did not have any knowledge of this) so in actuality they have my money. This is lowest of the low. I WILL NEVER order food to be delivered again and especially not from Uber Eats.
