Uber eats at night is horrible. Especially if you try to get an uber at night. No one gets your order and no one accepts to pick you up so i only use it in the daytime.

Ordered ice cream. 1 sonic blast. Its less than 2 miles from my house. Took them 45 minutes and I was given a completely melted mess. Reported it but ITEM IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUND. THEN WHAT THE HELL GOOD DOES IT DO TO TELL YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER???????? DUHHHHHHHHHHHH

We placed a large order totaling $128, including a party pack of wings costing over $60. When the order arrived, the only items we received were mozza sticks, antojitos, veggies, and dip — the entire wing tray was missing. We contacted Uber Eats immediately and were issued a $6 credit, which is completely unreasonable given the value of the missing item. I followed up again and was told the issue was “already dealt with.” It absolutely was not. I then called Morty’s directly and was told the driver picked up two orders, which raises serious concern that our wing tray may have been delivered to the wrong customer. I have asked Uber to review the delivery photo of the other order to confirm whether a tray of wings was left elsewhere. Mistakes happen — but dismissing a $60+ missing item with a $6 refund and closing the case is unacceptable. We were left without the main item for our gathering and with no proper resolution. Under basic consumer protection principles, when goods are paid for but not delivered, the customer is entitled to a refund equivalent to the value of the missing goods. Instead, Uber Eats issued a $6 credit and then declared the matter “dealt with.” This is neither reasonable nor compliant with fair consumer practices. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I also ordered food with them and the food was deliver on the app but no food was dropped they are pathetic why is uber eats being sued?????

Ordered food for staff 3 hours in advance. Order was cancelled by the restaurant 15 minutes after delivery timeslot when I asked for an update. Horrific chatbot support, no apology or form of compensation whatsoever: Only the advice to give the driver & restaurant a 'negative rating' (which I can't do in their app because the order was cancelled....). Do not order here if your staff relies on you

We ordered from one restaurant and found out they don't deal with Uber or Door Dash anymore. When we tried to cancel Uber Eats sent us something from a completely so restaurant without asking and will not deal with is to get a refund or a credit. We will never order thru Uber Eats again. If I could give a negative Star review I would.

The driver left 2 of our dinners at the restaurant. My husband and myself are ill and needed food delivery. Drivers should be made to go back and correct their mistakes. I called the restaurant and he left the second bag marked for Uber eats on the counter. This is bad service.

I don't give this business one star. I ordered $59 in food and somehow the order was cancelled within one minute and they still charged me the $59 and I received no food. They stayed Chipotle had made the order when in fact they had just gotten the order. They legally rip people off.

I REFUSE TO BLAME MOST OF THE DRIVERS!!!. IT IS UBER EATS AND THEIR USE OF AI WHO FKD UP THIS PLATFORM. THESE SELLOUTS USE AI, WHO USES INCORRECT GPS WHICH MAKES THE DRIVERS LOOK BAD. WHOLE TIME, THEIR BOTS ARE GIVING INCORRECT DIRECTIONS, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT IN DANGEROUS / SEMI-DANGEROUS NEIGHBORHOODS IN BALTIMORE. THEIR AGENDA IS TO MAKE THE DRIVERS LOOK BAD, SO THEY CAN GET BAD RATINGS, AND THEY KICK US OFF THE PLATFORM SO THEIR AI DRONES CAN TAKE OVER!!!. UBER HAS BEEN COMPROMISED LIKE THE REST OF THIS CORPORATION CALLED AMERIKKKA!.

I ordered for my elderly mother. They just dropped the groceries in front of the door. Lucky my mom was sitting by the window and seen. Then when she tries to open the door she has so much trouble because the groceries were there. After she finally gets the door opened the milk was busted over her food. When I called Uber Eats they tell me they have nothing to do with it that I have to call giant. It was Ubers driver why are they passing the buck to the supermarket. But I called giant and they were happy to help me. Giant refunded the money for damages groceries, delivery fee, and of course the tip I gave the driver. Plus a coupon for 15% off next order. So uber should be thanking giant for taking care of what should have been their problem. Needless to say that guy won’t be able to deliver for giant again.

Terrorist delivery driver. Uber eats assumes Zero accountability for the drivers they hire.Driver blocking cars at holiday inn parked with emergency lights on for 20 min. doing delivery….and the Menacinglly stares into lobby at guests who dare to question or look his way !Uber eats says this is a non issue for them😂😂😂

Horrible experience! The customer service is the worse I have ever seen! Zero! We made an order for New Year Eve…. That was a disaster! The delivery guy made a mistake and changed the order! I called him immediately! He said: call to the restaurant! I did! Of course! It wasn’t the restaurant fault, but the driver! I called Uber Eats customer service and…. No one answered! So, I started to chat on the APP! They said they would fund me an amount, 13€ LESS than I paid! I tried for days complaining, showing the receipt…. They didn’t care at all! From now on: Never ever again!

Everytime your delivery driver's come into our store and pick up an order for a customer they never bring in their bag when carely they are supposed to bring it with them Everytime they come in and then the customer gets their food it's cold . I think they need to be retold every time they go and pick up the customers food .
