The site is very confusing. I ordered delivery and somewhere in the process it was changed to pickup. If I could pick it up, why would I use Uber. A pop up said 1st delivery free. I wasn't expecting a charge.
I connected with the restaurant who said to contact Uber. UBER refused to do anything to help, even after I explained, asked it to be delivered and I would pay a fee. I hope my food does not go to waste but is given to someone who might be hungry.
They are not sorry!
