“it was only midnight and me and my friends were drinking so obviously we didn’t go out and drive to get anything, we were like lets “doordash,” I went onto doordash and for some reason the taco bells were open but it wouldn’t let us place an order for taco bell, so I decided to try uber eats which I’ve never used in my life as a diehard doordash user, and it let me place and order for tacobell on ubereats, so this experience was much needed and so necessary and we’re so thankful for it!!!!”

“I delivered an order to a customer who placed an order and left delivery instructions to leave the food at the front desk. The apartment building had a secured entrance. Front desk Personnel were gone home, Buzz the customer's apartment and no answer, throughout the entire process of the delivery, I text the customer and never received a response, while also providing customer with a countdown for my arrival, I called the customer from my personal phone and did not get an answer. Uber system also makes phone calls to the customer when you arrive if the customer selects hand to hand delivery. Which would make sense if you live in a secured apartment building. Now I'll be the first to admit, there are some problems with the system, but there's also problems coming from the customer's side as well. With a hand to hand delivery the system does not give you an option to take a picture. So I left the food outside the door. Customer chose to use the metric system to bully back by giving a negative rating. That is the customer's choice, I don't care, the fault is the customer's own. The customers are paying for the delivery because they don't want to go through the trouble of picking it up. Make no mistake! I paid for the gas, the tires, the oil, and the car note. What you paid doesn't replace any of that. And my time for waiting on your food, Uber does not pay me for. The least you could do, be at the door to get your food. If it's not important to you, what do you expect the drivers to do. Customers fail to turn on their porch lights, give the wrong addresses, don't list the type of drink (Coke Pepsi Sprite), are missing addresses on their homes, have unstable damaged porch steps, must I go on. The driver does not control traffic anymore than you do when you're driving. So before you start throwing stones in Your Glass House, take a look at yourself!”

“Never order again. They even don't know how to locate your address. My first order was delivered in wrong address. Try to call them back , a crack head was answered the phone. Actually I never recommend Uber eats for my friends and families. Just stay away. Do not waste your time.”

“I saw the Uber Eats robot delivering food in New York — and it was a very cool experience! It rolled smoothly down the sidewalk and stopped right at the customer’s door. It was fun to watch and felt like the future is finally here. A great idea for busy city life — fast, contactless, and just plain fun to see. Looking forward to trying it myself next time!”

“I’m very grateful to Uber Eats. I was about to head into a very long and complicated surgery. I ordered sushi for supper and when delivered the driver had messed up the order and delivered me steak fajitas. I don’t eat red meat so Uber eats refunded ALL my money. Thank you Uber Eats.”

“Very bad customer service! I placed an order on expensive item and did not get what I ordered and they offered me $2 back. DoorDash is way better and apparently cares if they have satisfied customers.”

“Fast ! But I have a suggestion and is that when driver takes an order until they don't pick up food it doesn't gives you the address to drivers. It should said place to pick with address included so drivers can see distance or where is the delivery!”
