“As a driver for Uber here’s some tips Be helpful to the driver make sure you order with 5 mile radius so you can get your food hot leave a tip don’t be cheap If you live in a complex with 100 homes or more use your common sense and meet the driver outside or direct him to you dont depend on gps along But unfortunately a lot of you just because you payed for the service you want everything to be so easy and to be at your door step I hope this will help some of you Treat people the same way you want to be treated just because you payed for something doesn’t make you special”

“Ordered bday meal for my son, almost 100$ we only got a side salad delivered. Restaurant manager confirmed my food was not picked up, gave me his number and email, supported it was not and uber would not refund said they couldn't they are thiefs”

“Driver here! Let me be clear.... The driver CAN NOT OPEN THE FOOD TO CHECK IF THE RESTAURANT PROVIDED EVERYTHING. We can ask but the staff always said "It's in the bag" And btw we all do appreciate the $5 tip!”

“Uber eats has helped me time and time again, as I’ve been a member for awhile. Tonight we had an issue with the quality of our food. Uber handled it immediately and refunded us the entire cost of our dinner. I am impressed with the customer service I have received tonight and will continue to be a member of their loyalty program. Thank you Uber.”

“Every time I order, I get nice friendly people who go above and beyond on the grocery and food orders. Never had a problem but I tip well. if I didn’t tip or tipped poorly I think I would probably have poor service. I didn’t know they didn’t get an hourly wage. One of the drivers said that a lot of people stiff them on tips, and they only make two or three dollars.”

“I am appaul with uber eats because you have o recourse as a consumer yesterday I order one pork spareribs dinner from Thai Barbs they sent me pork fry rice I pY 27.46 it was the wrong food I try calling the restaurant yesterday 6/28/23 o answer icall uber eats not able to ma k e cantactthis is a dis grace thai Barbs resturant onthird street in Los Angeles I need my money back berendo street patrons you will never get my business again”

“I was using Doordash for awhile there, but decided to use Ubereats after having issues with my food being delivered to the wrong address. I've only used Ubereats a few times now, but I am pleased with them so far. :) My orders have been on time. I've had drivers contact me to let me know if they have other orders before mine and what time they would be coming. Good food quality and still nice and warm upon arrival. :)”
