“Uber eats has helped me time and time again, as I’ve been a member for awhile. Tonight we had an issue with the quality of our food. Uber handled it immediately and refunded us the entire cost of our dinner. I am impressed with the customer service I have received tonight and will continue to be a member of their loyalty program. Thank you Uber.”

“Absolutely 💯 spot on with groceries orders, way superior than the others eg. D.roo and J eat, who constantly never check orders! I've never had money taken from Uber eats and not get my full order unlike their competitors!”

“Every time I order, I get nice friendly people who go above and beyond on the grocery and food orders. Never had a problem but I tip well. if I didn’t tip or tipped poorly I think I would probably have poor service. I didn’t know they didn’t get an hourly wage. One of the drivers said that a lot of people stiff them on tips, and they only make two or three dollars.”

“I am appaul with uber eats because you have o recourse as a consumer yesterday I order one pork spareribs dinner from Thai Barbs they sent me pork fry rice I pY 27.46 it was the wrong food I try calling the restaurant yesterday 6/28/23 o answer icall uber eats not able to ma k e cantactthis is a dis grace thai Barbs resturant onthird street in Los Angeles I need my money back berendo street patrons you will never get my business again”

“I was using Doordash for awhile there, but decided to use Ubereats after having issues with my food being delivered to the wrong address. I've only used Ubereats a few times now, but I am pleased with them so far. :) My orders have been on time. I've had drivers contact me to let me know if they have other orders before mine and what time they would be coming. Good food quality and still nice and warm upon arrival. :)”

“I order a lot from Uber eat since I’m always working and barely have time to cook. And the very little times that a restaurant have disappointed me with the food the Uber eats customer service have resolve the issue immediately and with a 100% satisfaction on my behalf. I really appreciate Uber eats and the great job they do. The customer is priority for this company and this is something you don’t see a lot now days and because of this I only use Uber eats for my deliveries.. Thank you Uber”

“UBEREATS customer service is the best. They are prompt and understanding. I don't understand the negative reviews. They respond within couple hours and are generous with refunds. I had a order that the carrier had my food on the floor of the car and paper bag that the food was in was somehow wet. I complained to ubereats and they refunded me for the food + service fee. I have been using ubereats for the past 5 years and always have been great! No complaints at all.”

“I am sad to say I am a delivery driver for doordash from the west coast and relocated here to Danville Virginia and not working for them at this time. That being said their drivers in this area are horrible so I discovered Uber Eats was in this area and decided to give you guys a try. Stellar job guys! My food arrived hot, in one piece, the drivers have been courteous and the order has been here on time or a little before. Thank you over eats drivers in Danville Virginia way to go guys!❤”

“Jalal is a very very very awesome delivery person. It was around 10pm when I ordered the pizza and the temperature outside was about -20 C degrees. The restaurant was kind of slow in preparing the order and the delivery person kept on changing because the wait time for the order was too long. At last, Jalal was appointed for my order and he waited in the cold wind for at least 20min before he delivered the pizza to my hand. I really appreciate how he respected his job and the customer. I think his spirit should be highly rewarded.”
