The digital product key didn't work so, we contacted Newegg immediately with screenshots. They refused to offer us any help or compensation. Told us to go check with Microsoft. It's not Microsoft's problem, they didn't sell this key to us! Even then, we contacted Microsoft and they said that the product key Newegg sold is fake. Newegg simply stopped replying and is not giving us a refund.”

“I’m an Uber Eats driver and I’m very professional and when my customer orders a drink and the restaurant doesn’t inform me I will go out of my way and out of my pocket to make sure my customer gets a drink. We do not get paid much taking these meals to our customers. We live off of your tips if you don’t leave a tip we do not get paid. When we verify the order we can not look in your bag because it’s sealed and unsanitary. So if food items are missing I would call the store directly and complain. There are Uber drivers that do not care and possibly steal food. Which impacts tips on all of us. I also think that when your food arrives go through it to make sure you have everything if not ask your Uber driver if they are kind enough to take the food and go back to the restaurant to fix your items”

“This was my first time reaching out to Uber Eats support, and I spoke with four representatives before Fazil Aksham. Unfortunately, none of them could resolve the issue but they ended the conversation as “ resolved” I was so mad. However, Fazil Aksham was able to fix the problem, and because of his assistance, I will continue using Uber Eats. Otherwise, I would have stopped. Please ensure that your team is trained to resolve issues from both sides – not just for the company, but also for the customer.”
