Twice now our food delivery showed the driver had intermediate stops before delivering our order. And guess what, our food was less than lukewarm when it arrived. UBER Eats needs to find a way to keep hot food hot and cold food cold. In the mean time they need to make dirct food deliveries with no intermediate stops.

Uber Eats Usually is great but, every now and again you get an A-H@#$ who isn't right. The guy spends 20 minutes @ 2am outside your house stocking our yard only to decide to leave it on the neighbors porch and text me " I was afraid to deliver the food because your house looks like a drug house". I'm not sure what a drug house looks like but I do know what a house with disabled people and unemployed (poverty) looks like. Sorry I didn't mowe the lawn and my 13 cats stink up the yard, but Screw you my mom needed that order and now what to do? Don't assume we are drug addicts. Thank you.

Well I enjoyed this beauty delivery, this service did not allow me to order exactly what I wanted. I ordered from Chipotle which as we know tops burritos with guacamole. I had to pay over $4 for exactly the amount that should have been on my burrito for free. I can order from GrubHub and doordash and I get guacamole on my burrito but Uber eats does not offer that option. Why continue to order from them? What does that say

Super disappointed in UberEATS customer support. No easy way to navigate the chat bot, no easy way to speak to a human agent. Agent stated they could not give a full refund despite a delay of over one hour with cold soggy food. When a company no longer cares for their am customers, it’s time to part ways. Was a loyal customer and an Uber One member. Canceled everything.

I was deceived by an online scammer which took my hard-earned money through falsehoods. I lost cash that I had worked tirelessly for. They wouldn’t let me withdraw a single cent and kept insisting that I pay taxes. Fortunately, A friend of my introduced me to ππžπ§π’π­π¨π πšπ›π«π’πžπ₯πŸ’πŸ’πŸ—@𝐠𝐦𝐚𝐒π₯.𝐜𝐨𝐦 π–π‘πšπ­π¬π€π©π© β€”- +𝟏 (πŸ“πŸŽπŸ“) πŸ’πŸŽπŸ-πŸŽπŸ•πŸπŸ’ and I was able to recover all my investment back.

Uber eats literally pays there employees 5-12 bucks an hour. They don’t even cover gas expenses or anything. I have a few friends that do it. They will get 10 dollars for going into a mall and getting two orders. After that 20 minutes, another 25 minute drive to the first stop. After that dropped off which would approximately be 15 minutes. They then drive another 24 minutes with an approximate drop off of 10-15 mins. This is by far against any human rights code I have ever seen. Equal pay for everyone working.

It took 30 minutes longer than the original estimated delivery time, and the food was cold, and the drink was watered down with the ice.

Uber eats did a great job. I was disappointed in Outback Steakhouse. I had a wonderfully prepared meal. Once again, no fork for my food, no napkins, and no salt and pepper. I’m at work and don’t have access to these items.

I was happy that I didn't need to travel to pick up the food but I was under the impression that I didn't have to pay a delivery fee if I spent over Β£15, but not only did I have to pay a delivery fee but I was charged a service fee of just under Β£3, which was added afterwards. I did not see the additional expenses at the time of placing the order. The app asked if I wanted to tip the driver but if they are charging a 10% service charge, that means I don't have a choice of whether I want to tip the driver. It also means, had I agreed to tip the driver, I would have been charged twice! It was my very first time of using Uber Eats. I knew nothing about the pin number I was supposed to give them and not could I find it! That wasted a lot of time. In the end (after about ten minutes he took a photo of the house number.

UberEats was just a shade better than DoorDash on an order from Miso Sushi Restaurant in Kingston NY. Couldn’t find 10 piece sashimi offering that is supposedly an offering. At least the rep bore with me as I ordered piece by piece and didn’t hang up on me like the rep at DoorDash

Uber priority is a fares and an outright lie!!.. shame on you arrogant drivers.. they spoke to me with absolute rudeness!… DO NOY USE PRIORITY IT IS NOT ENSURED AS I WAITED 52 minutes for a 15 min. Delivery Tops!!!

Is it an Uber eats policy to drop food at door leave. No text no way for customer to know foods getting cold. This happened before a few times. I try not to use Uber. Even with deliver instructions (ring Doorbell) same they just leave at door drive away. $54 and Im microwave my dinner again. Tonight 3star for fining my address being n time. My dog got up went to door. My food on step driver leaving my driveway. Ugh come on every driver does this why??? Twice before Uber eats left food at wrong address. Or They don’t knock foods been left at my door -0 they don’t contact customer I didn’t log in and I don’t have the app so can’t write review on Uber website.

My wife and I both have Uber eats and will not use it ever again! They screw up the offer every time - We are βœ… done- Will order direct from restaurants from now on.

Used to be great. Now suck! Very poor customer service. Food over one hour late lately with 2 orders. Uber eats Cancelled a pre-ordered meal with 5 minute notice prior to a business lunch they were supposed to supply. Uber eats purchased Postmates and we experienced similar issues. Hoping they don’t buy out DoorDash. Lookin like a anti-trust issue.

The way they display the map with a rectangle on top, it is impossible to see where the driver is. If I accidentally close the map, there is no way to reopen. They send me emails about discounts, but on this order I got a discount of less than one dollar

The delivery drivers are great, but I never get the food I pay for. Something is always wrong, missing items I paid for, incorrect sauces, etc. I called the restaurant that I ordered from last, and they said there is a problem in how they receive the orders from Uber. I don't know who is to blame here, but they need to get it together on both ends. I'm also still waiting to hear about missing items that they emailed me about weeks ago. Supposedly they opened an inquiry, but I've never heard back. Will stick with DoorDash since they are reliable. Bye Uber!

I had a delivery driver issue with my order and wasn't able to resolve it through the app but I contacted them on several other avenues and they refunded me and also are investigating the complaint! I appreciate them for actually helping me thank u

My recent experiences with Uber Eats are a refund for an undelivered order and a pending one for an order canceled by the driver. I will not be using Uber Eats in the future. The fees are hii you get and the delivery is sketchy at best. On several occasions I’ve had to wait over an hour for a meal to arrive and it’s often incorrectly. Uber Eats customer service is abysmal, giving you only a live chat option at best. I’m going to order locally from now on.
