How is this company still in business?? You have terrible!! reviews. Do you vet or do any back round checks on your drivers?? They don't deliver your customer's food and your company doesn't refund the customers money or do anything about it. My driver was suppose to be a women but was clearly a creepy dishonest jerk of a man. Here's an idea, you don't pay the driver if they don't do their job or you charge them back the cost of the order when they don't deliver it or keep it for themselves, since they clearly enjoyed our meal!! Or how about not letting them work for your company anymore. In my world we fire employees that display creepy and dishonest behavior toward our customers.

Pourquoi UberEATS ne rembourse pas ses clients quand il y a un problème? Ma commande n'a pas été livrée car le chauffeur n'avait pas l'autorisation de la ramasser et l'application driver ne fonctionnait pas... Même si j'ai appelé le restaurant pour dire que c'était moi qui envoyer cette personne, il ne pouvait pas donner la commande??? donc j'ai été facturé et je n'ai pas eu la nourriture. C'est vraiment stupide et mal organisé. Uber EATS sont des fraudeurs. Le chauffeur ne sera pas payé non plus donc tout le monde se fait rouler dans la farine. Que pouvons-nous faire?

Is this an MLM? An honest to goodness con? like this a hustle where you accept peoples money and then do not deliver on your service and then make it absolutely impossible to get a refund or speak to a real representative not a chat.

How are you guys still in business! You guys don't hold your thieving drivers accountable for not following instructions! Clearly you guys created your website, so you guys has it that the paying customer can leave their specific request online for you to instruct your incompetent driver ! Phil of DC ! The only response is the paying customer must call another number to make a compliant so it could be looked into! When placing the stolen order was it a process of call all these people , no you guys just collected $29.00 of money and said its nothing take could be done

• What should I do next step!?? If in the past my complaint has failed after writing a problem report and sending it to the email below several times but no response! Only one email was replied and refused to refund!! khosrowshahid@uber.com, krawczykt@uber.com, dara@uber.com, and email to Ubereat team support customer service. • I was in a lot of pain when Ubereat refused to take responsibility. I have written a problem report to the Ubereat team over 15 times I tried to email them!! Until today I still haven't received my money back!! • Issue from from restaurant name: BARBEQUE KING CITY Order number: #A073E On date: 6 July, 2021 Amount Charged on my card three four digits number: 667 $ 117.00 and $ 5.00 = all Total: $122.00 >>> when an order is delivered to another location That's not my home! I received a confirmation email about the order being delivered to this address. (Unfortunately, the address in the delivery confirmation email is not my address.) That means my food delivery driver is wrong address. !! >>> I'm requesting a refund when I haven't received my food!! But Ubereat was silent and refused to refund. >>> Ubereat causes pain, creates anger, creates hatred. to customers!! And most embarrassing when Ubereat refuses to take responsibility!!!! I'm still waiting for my money back from Ubereat and hope Ubereat sees my message!

My order was not delivered, after calling the restaurant I was assured it had been collected over an hour before and to contact you. I have already msged you, as yet no response. I am waitin* for a reply and refund by return. This is a famous fish restaurant in Weston-super-Mare UK. Thank you
