“One thing I never hear mentioned which is important, is that Uber Eats driver have to show registration and insurance documents, whereas Door dash just wanted a drivers license. Not saying these delivery drivers do not have them, but it is one thing to keep in mind if you want assurance that your delivery driver has not only a drivers license, but all the other documents for a smooth delivery.”

“Today I ordered food and only half the order was left at our door. We immediately called the driver and was informed that Hakka legend gave him only one item and to call them. The phone is not being answered. The item delivered was chicken with noodles which was awful. Noodles were in lumps and chicken was just dipped in cornflour and half cooked . We had to just throw it off and sleep hungry. Very very disappointing”

“So many negative reviews compels me to take a second to say that UberEats has always performed perfectly for me. Big orders or small, they've always delivered on time, even EARLY. The food is always hot, the order has always arrived correct, and not one driver has ever acted like he or she was doing me a favor. As for the tipping debate, I go with the suggested amount. But when it arrives early? I always give extra cash to the driver. And they remember me. The best attitude to have is asking yourself how much money you can spend. If it's that time of the month when money's tight, pick it up yourself. Celebrate payday by having it delivered and spread some wealth around. I do not work for or invest in the company.”
