“I ordered my food and the guy didn't even deliver the food when try to phone him he just hang up on me I try to contact uber eat but they just say sorry about that but they can't refund my money back which I feel I just got Rob because I pay for food I didn't even receive am gonna try take them to court about this which they will have to pay me alot more wot they own me”

“I just checked the menu of a restaurant I regularly patron. Uber Eats prices the items at $12+ AND then they charge delivery fees as well as taxes. So they are making at least $25 extra off of each order. I thought it was strange that you advertised buy 12 wings, get 12 free from Smokey bones, and with my added Bones salad I was charged $88 including the tip. 12 wings are $24 on your advertisement. The numbers don’t lie, your company is just stealing from people.”

“I placed an order with Uber. Received messages that food was being prepared then on the way, time of delivery. Time kept being extended until after 15 mins I was told delivery person had problems and order was canceled. I reordered and it was a repeat of the above events. I have to believe their service is a big JOKE !!!!”

“I’ve used them multiple times not only is it ridiculously expensive but you can only speak to customer service through an AI service that messes up and when you want to change a payment it’ll end up canceling your order and then charging you for your freaking order that you’re not getting anymore Because they’ll say that the restaurant had already received the order and started making your food even though it was less than 30 seconds from you accidentally hitting submit, worst customer service ever absolutely rude and horrible will never ever use Uber Eats again and probably not even their service just because it’s in the name absolutely horrendous service”

“Uber eats does not take care of their customers. I ordered food twice through Uber eats and both times the restaurant messed up my food, contacted Uber eats and they said it's nothing they can do. I will stick with Door Dash for now on.”

“I order for Barcelos engine garage benoni at 14:00 it now 16:28 I haven't receive my food that I already paid for. I was sent the picture that it has been delivered but I don't know where. I've phone the store they said they don't know why my food was never delivered. The gave me the number +27672920102 for the driver who is denying everything according to him he's not the driver .”

“I'm started using Uber Eats just a few months ago. Until this week, I was satisfied with the service so I began to place more orders. A couple of days ago, I placed a lunch order. There were no issues with the driver however when I received my order, I found several strands of hair in one of my items. I immediately reported the issue to Uber and requested a full refund. Of course I didn't want the order at all after finding hair in my food. Rather than offer to refund me for the order, they only refunded me for the item that was reported. I told them I would no longer be doing business with them and that I would be disputing the charge with my bank. Needless to say I was pretty disappointed in the treatment that I have. As a result neither me personally nor my job will be doing business with them again”

“I had an order that supposed to arrive in 10-25 minutes, but it keeps getting delayed longer and longer. I have now been waiting over an hour for it. The agent I chatted with had given me $2 in Uber cash for the delay but I didn’t agree to it, I told them that I just wanted to cancel but they told me that I’ll be charged a fee if I cancel because of the $2 Uber cash that given, I didn’t want the Uber cash to begin with, I just wanted to cancel the order. The order is still ongoing and I seriously doubt that it will be delivered. This is definitely the last time I order through Uber eats”

“Absolutely everything went wrong! My order was late! On opening the Burrito crunch, it was cold. One of the contents of the taco had spilt out into the packaging! Both tacos were cold and stale and the brown bag given to me was wide open!!! I spend over £19 on thos much looked forward meal and Uber Eats deemed a £2 refund was appropriate!! Absolutely disgusting service and customer care!”

“On 5/5/24 I ordered 2 Nacho BellGrandes (it was a BOGO offer), 1 beefy 5 layer burrito and 5 bean burritos. I received the 2 Nacho BellGrandes that were soggy, and 1 bean burrito. The beefy 5 layer burrito and 4 bean burritos were missing. I attempted online thru the app to report and request a refund. I uploaded and sent both the pic of what I received along with the receipt. Still was informed my order didn't qualify for a refund. So I called on 5/5/24 customer service. I was told I'd get an email. When I pressed her when she told me within 24-48 hours. Which never happened. I called customer service after the 48 hours expired on 5/8/24. I was told I'd get a call back within 1-2 hours. That never happened. Later on 5/8/24 I called customer service back and was given the same BS responses. I called again on 5924 and said I'd get an email (which I never received). When pressing him for a supervisor above him he told me there weren't any. I had to dispute the charge through my bank. Just like they ghost customers, I've ghosted them. Never again will I order through Uber Eats. I hope they get caught at some point with their scam”

“Just a warning ‼️‼️ I ordered a meal for my family off Uber Eats for $43.53 to my home with specific directions and the delivery driver dropped my order off somewhere else. I never arrived my order!! The deliver said they delivered it but they never tried to reach out to me. Not sure if this is a common scam but the order is not eligible for a refund according to Uber eats! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THERE SCAM 😞🫠”

“UberEats scams their customers. I ordered UberEats on my birthday to treat myself to my favorite tacos and skip the cooking. HOWEVER, my food was never delivered to my house. I immediately files a claim for a refund and they refuse to refund me because they say the driver dropped it off and provided a photo. HOWEVER, the photo they provided is NOT my house its someone else’s random house, probably the drivers. I told them to look at previous photos from previous drivers and they would see its not the same house. But they refuse to take the time to look into it. Called several times. Trash company. Never using this app again.”
