Uber Eats is the worst. I ordered food and just before it arrived the driver canceled the order and I was charged for the food I never received. Uber Eats provided no explanation or apology.

Ashley picked up my food and never deleted my order. She decided to keep my food for herself after waiting an hour. No picture, didn’t answer phone. A real fraud that they continue to use. Then when I requested my refund, I had to call to get my tip back. They wanted to let her keep the top!! Terrible service! No integrity or accountability!

My food arrived to me FREEZING cold. I don’t mean room temp. I mean the metal container was chilly to the touch and some of the cheese on the nachos was clearly unmelted. Support refused a refund. Absolutely honkers to lose a customer over one of the dumbest policies.

Where to start? My company provided $140 vouchers for the holidays. However, when trying to order, I am met with an error every single time. And good luck opening a support case and getting that resolved. So I have $140 sitting in my account that expires tomorrow. My company has reached out to their support and have been met with no assistance whatsoever. Imagine having a client pay thousands of dollars for a service and then not delivering the service. Use DoorDash or PostMates or just walk to the store before using Uber.

This was a terrible experience. The customer support was completely useless and unprofessional. Because of wrong and misleading guidance from Uber Eats support, my order was canceled, and I was still charged the full amount.

I ordered Taco Bell @1am my order was suppose to be ready by 1:40am. My delivery driver changed 4 times. Here it is 3:30 no food & a 10$ off next purchase. Uber it’ll be a next time. After reading these reviews I hate I put my card they app. DO NOT ORDER WITH UBER. If y’all don’t have enough driver to get the food out in a timely manner stop taking orders and ppl money

We ordered ubereats delivery for dinner because we didn’t want to drive with the amount of snow on the road. Our dinner obviously arrived cold because our delivery came by bicycle. They do not have a temperature policy so they basically could care less. There should be a NO BICYCLE DELIVERY policy when the weather gets cold. Very disappointed. It also took forever with their customer service. Long waits between notes. Terrible service in every way.

We have recently experienced an increase in rude and aggressive behavior from some Uber Eats drivers. Unfortunately, it appears that Uber does not sufficiently screen its drivers, allowing virtually anyone to sign up without proper checks to determine their suitability for the role. This lack of oversight negatively impacts restaurants’ reputations, as some drivers mix up orders or, in certain cases, even remove items from orders. We strongly believe that Uber should implement a more thorough hiring process, including interviews and background assessments, to ensure drivers meet professional standards.

THIEVES!!!! I ordered food 40 minutes before a restaurant closed!!! Uber Eats did NOT send a driver. I called the restaurant 15 minutes before they closed and they informed me that my order was ready but no one has picked up. I called again 2 minutes before they closed and they instructed me to cancel since Uber Eats did NOT pick up my order and they needed to close. Now, Uber Eats is charging me an almost $15.00 cancellation fee. THIS IS ROBBERY!!! Why should I have to pay because Uber Eats could NOT fulfill the service they offered?!!!!! Then I waited almost 30 minutes for a customer service rep who was extremely unhelpful and had the nerve to try to instruct me on how I need to speak to him!!! Who the hell does he think he is especially when the company he works for is stealing my money!!! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE and I will NEVER order from Uber Eats again!!! And until I get my money back, I’m going to be here and on every media outlet to expose them!!!

First off 0 stars isnt adoption unfortunately When you order something and they ask if you want something g to replace and aren't given an option and it takes you 20 minutes to cancel then when you finally talk to someone they charge you for a delivery fee for something they didn't have you weren't given a replacement option other than one said that's what you were getting

On Friday December 29, 2025 we did not receive our two orders of large fries, extra cheese and and unwanted mayo on one sandwich from Charleys. We called our driver who said he was not responsible for orders being wrong. I tried calling Charleys on 19 but the phone number doesn't work. I will never use this app again. Uber eats just is a rip off.

Rip-offs diver cancelled my order and insured me ill get a refund in 3-10 calendar days, I've waited 14 days later i finally got ahold of someone through fb messenger, and was told its too late because i didn't request a refund because 48 hour window, I'll never use their service again!

Horrible. Charged 75$ for turkey with a price tag of 32.79....crooked thieves. Also had numerous charges for taxis in another city...not mine App is not secure.

On the last three occasions that I’ve ordered from Uber eats the driver, takes on multiple orders to deliver, which pushes my delivery back by an hour at times. My food comes back cold or my ice cream is melted because the delivery drivers take on more than what they can take.. I will be looking at other services to use in the future due to this complication has come up.
