I ordered food from Uber eats and the delivery person claimed that they delivered it to the wrong place. The picture was just a blob of something claim that they delivered it to the wrong house. Uber eats excepted that covered it up. The delivery person stole my food said they attempted to call me when they did call but didn’t say anything. They told me that they had a hard time finding my location. They refunded me my money, but then left the tip on their app. I talked to three or four different people from the customer service. I did get a refund right away, but like I said, the tip is stuck in their amp. I will never be using them again. Also the last customer service person JAYA decided to terminate our conversation Due to not wanting to answer my questions. I wanted to leave a review for the driver I am not able to do that on the app. I’m assuming because they refunded me but there’s nothing on the app that I can leave a bad review for the driver that stole my food. This company covers up their bad drivers. I also requested a supervisor to call me so I can get my tip back in my bank account. I was told they would call me within two hours. They did not do that but they contacted me at 1 AM. This place has the worst customer service. I’m actually surprised that I got some of my money back

I ordered food from a restaurant and the driver delivered to another restaurant that sold the same food. I called the 1 st restaurant and they said the driver picked it up and the 2nd restaurant said it never made it there. The driver never called me about instructions. Uber eats said they would give no credits and they followed all there guidelines. I will NEVER use UBER EATS AGAIN!

I usually never do reviews and I won’t get into this, but Uber eats has caught my attention in so many ways that I need to get out there and warn anybody and everybody that I physically can. They may not get you the first or second or third order but at some point, they will start to scam you and it will be small and slow. With my experience, I was charged additional cost on my card that I did not approve of and when I tried to go back and get them removed, I got no help from customer service and they would end the customer service chat help without me resolving the issue

This is not a food review or driver review this is straight up Uber. The ordering process is awful. They offer promotions and when you choose redeem, put in order and it says total before promotions or discounts you push continue assuming the promotion and cost will show up on next page only to receive a notice you paid the full price not ever seeing a breakdown. The real problem is when you try and cancel within 1 minutes and it says if you cancel you will be charched 2/3 if the order so you call thinking there is some mistake and they refuse to do anything but read their scripted answers. I do not recommend using this scam of a business.

Driver left order at the wrong place, photo proved it was left at a different house. Called driver immediately and they refused to help. Contacted support and refused to help as well. It was a 100$ order.

The worst customer service.... Empty "sorrys" really mean nothing. After a complete waste of my time and life hoping to resolve an issue, I've become a cold dark shell, and dread the future of humanity. That, and the increasing exorbitant fees have made it easy for me to say ADIOS (and flip my best, beautiful bird.... May it reach every lousy Uber exec). GFY

HORRIBLE! Their driver delivered me the wrong order. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. You’re nothing but thieves and crooks. At this point you guys shouldn’t be allowed to run a food delivery app. If a customer doesn’t receive goods they are entitled to a refund and not giving one is stealing. Your drivers don’t know how to pickup or deliver food or read apparently and you have no real customer service for your customers. Many people have kids that we need to feed and now our days inconvenienced because you guys can’t run a business right. You need to start making changes because this is not it.

After trying to cancel within 2 minutes of ordering I messaged support and was still charged 2.49 for the drivers time when I let him know within literally 20 seconds, your app is a scam and I guarantee that fee doesn’t go to the driver, lastly your customer service is a joke you outsource it to another country and they don’t even hear out the issue let alone the app doesn’t let you cancel so it take a few minutes to figure out how to cancel- your company is a scam

My friend ordered food an hour ago. And uber will not give her a refund… there wasn’t a single uber in the small town. And they still refused to refund. Go to door dash. They aren’t greedy

This is the worst way to get food. As a customer I always got cold food with missing items. As a driver I'm getting less pay than if I were to work min wage .how they are allowed to get away with this is beyond me

Very shocking shops aren't even open when uber says they are will let u make an order tell u it's open till 2 but the shop shuts at 12

Stop using these guys. Placed two orders by mistake. Cancelled both orders within 30 seconds. place the third order for what we really wanted. They charged us for all three orders. They say it’s because the Restaurant had already accepted the order and when I explained that we Cancelled within 30 seconds and they confirmed that we did nothing they can do because the Restaurant excepted the order. If you make a mistake, you have less than 30 seconds to correct it. I deleted my app for both Uber eats and Uber. I believe if they continue with these ridiculous policies, people will stop using them.

Tried this service, the driver dropped my food all over the driveway and left! It was spattered everywhere and I had to clean it up with a shovel. They said they voided the transaction and to wait but it’s been 3 months. I have been robbed.

After waiting for my breakfast over an hour Uber cancelled it for no real reason but drivers are tied up. WTF that is your. business Uber and you need to be better than to wait over an hour to inform someone of a problem. You need a good kick for sorryness
