I ordered food from Uber eats and the delivery person claimed that they delivered it to the wrong place. The picture was just a blob of something claim that they delivered it to the wrong house. Uber eats excepted that covered it up. The delivery person stole my food said they attempted to call me when they did call but didn’t say anything. They told me that they had a hard time finding my location. They refunded me my money, but then left the tip on their app. I talked to three or four different people from the customer service. I did get a refund right away, but like I said, the tip is stuck in their amp. I will never be using them again. Also the last customer service person JAYA decided to terminate our conversation Due to not wanting to answer my questions. I wanted to leave a review for the driver I am not able to do that on the app. I’m assuming because they refunded me but there’s nothing on the app that I can leave a bad review for the driver that stole my food. This company covers up their bad drivers. I also requested a supervisor to call me so I can get my tip back in my bank account. I was told they would call me within two hours. They did not do that but they contacted me at 1 AM. This place has the worst customer service. I’m actually surprised that I got some of my money back
