I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using Uber Eats. I placed an order, was charged in full, but never received my food. There was no clear way to get in touch with a real person for help, and the app’s automated “support” process was frustrating and unhelpful. It feels unacceptable to take someone’s money without delivering the product they paid for. I’ve lost both my money and my meal, and this has shaken my trust in using the service
