Uber Eats claimed that my situation was “not legitimate” for a refund. I ordered and asked for accommodations on my burger. I asked that ONE beef patty be removed as comes with TWO….to be specific a Big Mac..in person, it’s obviously never been an issue..but it had happened more than once and my order has been messed up constantly in the past few orders, but I never did much about it despite the quality of what I received..I was told they had proof that a refund was not ineligible for a refund..when I asked 3 times for the so called proof as I had proof of my own that clearly showed I was in the right, I never got a response because I was clearly in the right. Proof of receipt and a picture that shows there’s no meat in the burger..if I wanted a “burger” that just came with bread and sauce and pickles, i would have just made it myself….but after persistent message they stopped responding to me..great professionalism..I will no longer be using Uber Eats nor will I order from them even if someone else offers to order something through Uber Eats and will have no problem telling them why. Appalled at how they treat their customers..
