I have NEVER had my food arrive when it was supposed to. I have had drivers say they could not find me. But yesterday took the cake! I ordered from a favorite restaurant. It said arrival 25-30 minutes. My order was picked up quickly but did not arrive for an hour and a half. My drink was warm and my food cold & soggy! Never again Uber Eats!

Their customer and driver support is terrible. The fact that they don’t have an email address or a way to reach out shows they do not care and it is reflective in their stock price. Given a choice between competitors, there are better options

Ordered a pizza, opened the box, found the pizza mushed into one side of it as if carried vertically not horizontally, no defined pieces, more like a casserole, not happy.

For everyone that rejected my orders and left them til the next day gotta be the dumbest people that exist because I’m the one that gives $10 to $40 tips depending on the priority but it’s ok keep treating people like you’re too good to deliver when it’s your job! What if you tried to swipe your card and every place rejected it how would you feel? At the same time it just makes the blessing for the driver that cared a lot better she will be getting a $60 tip for her travels!! But she will be the only driver I ever tip again and that’s a fact

I have to place an order before it tells me there is no driver in the area. Why can’t it tell me that before I go through the trouble of placing the order.

I ordered food and my driver was lying that he doesn't know where my house is I will never order again at this place. But the good thing is that they will refund your money as fastest they could.

They said 25 to 35 minutes. Now it will be more than an hour for first delivery. What do I have to do to get reliable time for delivery?

I applied a coupon on a grocery order. A day after the delivery, I received the receipt with the total price adjusted for the exact weights of items delivered, and the coupon had disappeared (although the coupon conditions were still met after the adjustments); the whole price was charged. A refund was issued after I contacted customer service. However, I should not have to notice the issue myself (or otherwise get overcharged by $45) and spend 20 minutes with customer service just to pay the price that was agreed on.

Advertised Promo for Buy 1 Get 1 Free Meal at one restaurant but Did Not give the free meal… excuse/reason was given by Uber; however the customer was the one who suffered the loss. IMO if it’s advertised it should be honored. And Please Make it Easy for customers to give feedback! I had to search everywhere to find how! Restaurant food & delivery were very good. Uber, Please Improve.

This stuff be irritating me, first off I don’t understand why they don’t have a number the bot don’t do nothing but repeat it self and doesn’t help me with anything. Then I just feel like I spend tm money on this app for the people that choose to pick up my order to constantly play with my food and then crazy thing is they be so money hungry that i have to pay a cancellation fee for somebody who either wants to play around with my money, food, and time.

I was quite happy using UberEats until I had a terrible food delivery. Customer service was absolutely diabolical.

They screw up orders way too often. Restaurant claims the courier picked it up, courier has no idea, no one on Uber’s chat answers.

To expensive and you have ato jump through hoops to complain. And you only get part of your money back. They keep bad restaurants on list.

They included a section for allergies but in many cases the restaurants don’t activate the button and they also don’t include MSG as an allergy and I’m highly allergic to MSG. Ubereats needs to make restaurants more accountable. I’d rather have quality instead of quantity. The prices and fees UberEats charges for the low standards of quality is not acceptable.

My daughter made a mistake and sent my four digit code because she thought out order was outside. The driver never delivered our food. Tried to complain to customer service and they refused to refund the money. Make sure you receive your order before closing out the transaction.

I ordered food from Panda Express yesterday through Uber eats and the Uber eats driver delivered the wrong order from Grubhub instead of the food from UberEats. I complained because the Gtubhub order had already been cancelled a while before uberEats order and was not the same exact order. In fact, I paid more for the uberEats order and ordered additional item that I didn’t receive. I complained and they did nothing about it. I sent them a picture of the receipt and they still did nothing. This was ordered through their Postmates company app. These people love cheating people out of money.

Ordered a pizza, left special instructions for only half the pizza to have pineapple on it. Got the pizza, opened the box and was met by pizza fully covered with pineapple.

I’m tired of ordering food and the delivery driver has a stop before me, because once my food is here it’s cold. You guys need to change that so drivers only have one delivery each instead of doing two at once.
