I order from Gail's soul food My total should have been $29 with tax I asked the young lady about the issue she said there was no other charges I get my food it was horrible and my total ended up being $41 bad business watch out for the fees

I WAS IN A BAD CAR ACCIDENT AND BEEN SORE, SO I DECIDED TO USE UBER FOR GROCERIES, I WILL NEVA DO THAT AGAIN EVER!!! BETWEEN THEM NOT GETTING ALL MY ITEMS, GETTING THE WRONG ITEMS, REPLACING ITEMS WHEN I SAID DONT REPLACE. NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO GET TO THE STORE TO GET WHAT I NEED TO COOK FOR MY KIDS. I WILL USE IT AGAIN !!

They will outright steal your tips and your prop 22 monies. They will make you spend hours on the phone just to get your money back. They are thieves. And almost every single address they give you is wrong! It's not the drivers fault, it's the company's fault.

I had been ordering from UberEats for a few months (previously used SkiptheDishes for years). Everything was good until one day I am missing items I paoid for in my order. When I contacted them within 5 min of it being delivered I was told I would get a credit in "Uber Cash". It's a week later with no credit added to my account. I have reached out to them multiple times but keep being told I should have contacted them within 48 hours. After explaining over and over again that I did, Customer Service continues to tell me it's my fault. Will NOT being using this service ever again. I suggest you don't unless you wanna risk losing money...

Food was overpriced to begin with A buy 1 get 1 free deal. Which I only ordered bc a nonalcoholic beverage was added which made it a better deal. They did not send the drinks . When I called the BBQs on Bklyn they claimed they sent it with the driver. Threw him under the bus. Offered me $5 for two missing drinks. What?? Always errors. Recently, my food was delivered to the wrong address . I'm tired of their drama..

Terrible customer service. I wanted to order from a local chicken place, and typed in the name. Usually, it's the first one that pops up, so I didn't even question it (I don't have the logo memorized and the name wasn't clearly labelled so I just went with it). Turns out it's a nearly identical chicken place in the same shopping center (same menu items too) so I ordered without much thought, only to realize my mistake right after. I immediately tried to cancel, only to find out the ONLY way to cancel was to go through their chat. It ended up taking 20 minutes for a representative to answer me, only for them to blame me for not reading the address (if you use the app, you know the address is not up front and center on the ordering screen, you have to click more details to find it) and then told me they could cancel my food but still charge me the full price! I told them, then don't cancel it, because I'd rather pay and get the food at least! He was very rude, blaming, and had absolutely zero solutions or remorse when I explained how frustrating this system is. I will hesitate before using this app again - I'd rather go through the restaurant's own website.

I tip well. I was using the app often. The drivers are great. The orders are sometimes wrong. But the thing that made this a bad experience is that they kept adding other drop offs on my orders. After the driver got my hot food, they had to make a delivery before they brought it to me. I deleted the app off of my phone.

The last guy was the wrong guy. He didn't match the photo and had a different vehicle. Today's guy went to the back door even though my notes say to go to the front door. He just like many of them had a Skip The Dishes Bag. This is like being a Coke Cola customer and the guy has a Pepsi bag. I'm just done with these guys.

POOR COMPANY EFFORT TO QUALIFY GOOD RESTAURANTS. STRICTLY A DELIVERY SERVICE,, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY COLLECT THE MONEY BUT DO NOTHING TO ENSURE QUALITY.. SCUM BAG BUSINESS. STOP WHILE YOU ARE AHEAD.USE REFERRAL SERVICES FIRST.

Long wait for delivery,even if first priority service paid for that. Not good at all. Drivers sometimes don't follow the instructions. Food delivered cold. It used to be much better before.

The first two orders in the past were fantastic. However, since pandemic has lifted the orders take longer than usual (even if you pay the "first priority" ), and now customers are obligated to pay a tip right at the checkout to complete the order. The new order I did recently, I saw the driver on the map driving and completely disappeared saying that the item was delivered, when it never did. I received a full refund the same day super quick. The UberEats reputation is declining. I am disappointed with the service. I will only use Uber for transportation purposes.

i PAID THE EXTRA FEE FOR PRIORITY. FROM THE TIME THE DRIVER PICKED UP MY ORDER AND I RECEIVED IT, WAS A DECENT DELIVERY TIME FRAME. UNFORTUNATELY MY FOOD WAS COLD. APPARENTLY THE RESTAURANT HAD MY FOOD SITTING AROUND FOR WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NOT TAKE ANY MORE CHANCES ON ORDER WITH UBER EATS AGAIN.

I ordered a $13 plate of Hawaiian food, deliver was $1.50. I added a $3 tip. My total for food delivery was $27. Where did the extra go to? Uber Eats! The food was cool to touch, because she delivered to someone else first. Why am I paying them extra for food that isn't even warm? I'm sorely disappointed!! I won't use this service again. She came almost an hour after ordering.

The service was relatively good until recently. Then food orders were delivered occasionally with the contents flipped to the side, spilling out sauces. However, last week a driver dropped part of my order in the yard, spilling the contents. He picked it all up and told me he'd take it with him to throw away and that I could get a refund. The company refused to refund for the food that was destroyed because I wouldn't submit a photo. I couldn't because the driver cleaned the mess up. Doordash, here I come.

Poor Customer Service at Uber I had a just started a promotion for free Uber One for 4 months to get free delivery. Then at the same time they had promotions going on for a month for buy on get one free on some items at some restuarants, and then they had a few: spend $25 save 40% up to the first $15. So, I was looking forward to buying a lot for a few months to try it out. I placed an order at Harold's Chicken Shack, and there was a delivery charge of $5.50. Any delivery over $5 is not free with Uber one. Then I saw that there was another location of Harold's Chicken Shack, and this had free delivery, I think, it didn't say if there was a charge for delivery. I had just placed the order and I thought I could cancel and reorder from the other location. I tried to find where to cancel and I clicked on a link that led to a chat with a robot. A lot of text was spewed so fast I couldn't read, then I clicked on Cancel Order, then it said I was just charged $18.50. I didn't know there was a big fine for cancelling an order, I didn't see the message, and I was rushing to cancel before the resturaunt started the order. I clicked that the problem was not resolved, and then waited for a "human" agent for ten minutes. The agent was responding by just clicking on prewritten messages saying he refused to give a refund. I said I would go to my bank and block this charge, and write negative reviews, and I was cancelling my membership. He said he had offered the best possible solution. I said "paying $18 for nothing is the best possible solution?" That didn't make sense and he was gone. Then I clicked on Problem not Resolved again and got another agent and re-explained the situation. He made many of the same prewritten comments, saying the problem was on my end. Then he conferred with his staff. He offered me $1o in Uber Cash. I said that's no good because I'm cancelling. Finally after twenty minutes of complaining he gave me the refund. My getting the refund was random chance, it doesn't mean they are nice, they could have gone either way. They think my $18 belongs to them because I clicked by accident. If they had just clicked "refund" from the beginning I would still be a member. Now I know never to try to cancel an order once placed, I've learned that lesson, but it's too late because I am done with Uber for good. They ruined my shopping experience. I would never order from Uber Eats again because there are other delivery companies. You might think you are supporting workers by ordering from them, until those workers are replaced by machines, and the customer service can also be replaced by machines, because they don't need humans to click on prewritten messages.

My food was cold. I tried to reheat but it had been sitting around too long. Nothing like a cold and soft chimichanga. The nachos (beef fajita) also cold. I complained and the chat lady said there wasn't anything she could do. Well maybe if they didn't deli er 6 or 7 before me. Unreal company. I think I'll order and pick it up myself.

I placed an order. I confirmed with the driver my apartment number. He never delivered my food. Customer service refunded the money. I should receive it in 3-5 business days. However, they can't refund the tip. Because they already refunded my money, I can no longer make a rating on the driver or reduce the tip. In my eyes that is a thief! I will use Door Dash from now on.

Nothing like paying $19.55 for fries and wings and have them show up cold. I tried to notify Uber Eats but was only able to choose from lists to let them know there was an issue with the temperature. That was it. Case closed. Yeah, I'll walk somewhere to lunch from here on out, every time. I was so excited to get the meal, I'm diappointed now.
