I have ordered Ubereats a few times, in my delivery settings I have ring boor bell please when you leave my food outside. Never do the drivers ring my doorbell and I always get the notification that my food is at my door late, if I am paying an extra $8+ dollars to use the service my food should never be so cold that it's uneatable. Our last order was so cold we could not eat it....the drivers need a lot of work and they need to knock or ring a damn door bell.

The delivery drivers have been great, very friendly. However they promised me a refund of just $4.51 which I never received and its been weeks but according to their records they refunded me so they refuse to make it right. I told them I will be going back to Door Dash after my 30 free pass expires and they didnt care if they lost me as a customer over this eben though ive been ordering twice a week. Door dash would have given me credit for my order immediately and with Dash pass i only have to spend $12 instead of $15 with uber to get free delivery.

Horrible customer service. I ordered food from a local restaurant. It was never delivered to my door but I was notified that it had been delivered. I called the delivery lady and she said that she probably left it at the wrong door. She told me to walk up and down my block and look for it. I said, "I'm not doing that." So, she hung up on me. I complained and got a refund for most of my money, not all of it. I tried to email them to tell them about the details but never found a way to contact them. This is totally unacceptable. I am looking for other options and I will conclude that the $3 that they kept is the cost of a lesson learned.

the delivery person was an older lady. She had instruction to knock, leave the food at the door and the tip would be under the mat in a certain spot. She made such a commotion outside our building it let us known she was there. She wearing her mask under her chin and didn't knock. The food was cold when we finally got it.

Usually they're quite good but today they changed delivery drivers 3 times and when it got to the estimated delivery time they cancelled my order for no reason

I loved this app at first. It was so convenient, and especially for someone like me who is unable to drive. However, I have had bad experiences with this app one too many times now, the latest of which has seriously put me off. Last night, I put in an order at 6:30pm and was given a delivery ETA of 7:15pm. Anyway, just before 7:15pm rolled around, I was told there would be delays--that's fine; no problem. The delays became longer and longer. At 7:30pm--one hour after I placed the order and 15 minutes late of the original ETA--my order was cancelled. You can probably understand why this made me angry. Firstly, I didn't even know that UberEats had the right to cancel orders. This seems like extremely poor customer service to me and shouldn't be allowed. Secondly, I wasn't even angry about the fact that the order was cancelled, so much as the fact that it was cancelled 15 minutes AFTER the ETA and ONE HOUR after I placed the order. This is extremely short notice and completely unacceptable. I am someone who gets very low blood sugar and I really would have appreciated the notice so that I could have made alternate food arrangements. This is the equivalent of walking into a restaurant, placing an order, waiting for an hour, and then being told that you won't be getting food after all. No-one would want to return to that restaurant ever again after an experience like that. Knowing that UberEats have the right to cancel your orders at any time, I am not going to be using this app if I can avoid it. I may use it in 'emergencies' (e.g. if I am unable to leave the house) but I will be getting my partner (who does drive) to pick up our food orders whenever possible from now on. Very disappointed, especially for an app that I initially loved so much. I always tipped my drivers at least 10 per cent. I was hoping for the same sort of courtesy in return, but I guess actually doing the job they're paid to do is too much to ask.

Your service fee is ridiciluous! 10% of the order subtotal!! + delivery fee!! This is the only reason for my review. I knly order from you when you have 40-50% discounts available. Only with these, my order total comes to a regular price.

This happens every time we order through UberEats, and no other food delivery service. We input our address, and my husband then tracks the food once it's picked up. And the driver gets turned onto a street 2 blocks east of where we live. Every. Single. Time. He then calls the driver and can usually get them directed to our address, but it's a hassle. We've had to do this after the first time we ordered and our food was left on some random house on the wrong street that we never located. And each time we check to make sure our address is input correctly, and it is. They seriously need to fix their mapping system for their drivers. We aren't even living in a new development, it's been here at least 15 years.

From the customer service process to the quality of delivery drivers all the way to unsafe/unsanitary restaurant options... I’m not sure which has gotten worst. Since this pandemic, I have run into TOO MANY delivery issues; none in my control outside of simply not ordering through UberEats all together lol. Nonetheless my final straw was finding a fly buried in my side of yams and being told that, they wouldn’t issue any type of refund because of prior price adjustments for orders that Included: a delivery partner eating my food, raw shrimp, undelivered orders, etc. I have been asking “to speak with someone via phone,”but all responses, following my question, did not contain any acknowledgement of my question at all.

Deleting my account the price for convenience is getting a little ridiculous.. I've paid for rush delivery almost every time "insanity" and got the same 30 - 40 minute results. In this case that would be number 7 and twice order was left at the wrong door. Morning Orders are Guaranteed to be pushed back minimum 2 hours, and order was left at the wrong address twice there are big bright numbers on the door no one seems to give a Sh** about. I don't blame the drivers whom i never give a hard time to i blame the company for not preserving quality after such a booming start they've had. I who don't usually think like other people would've bet my bottom dollar UberEats would have thought of a way to better their service during this Covid time we are in, but they have gone down the opposite way just for monetary gain. I will not be ordering from the service again, I'm a drop in the bucket but hey.. I'm disappointed....

I accidentally entered wrong address. There was no way to correct it even though I realized the error immediately and tried to contact them repeatedly with the correct address. They wouldn’t respond, canceled my order and charged me for the food! Horrible customer service! There seems no way to fix this and get my food or my money!!

Ordered a mcdonalds burger with no lettuce and no pickles. When it arrived it was full of them. When I complained the refund was just £2.80 ! The shop did not take any responsibility.

I ordered uber eats and I work at an upscale salon this all of this is in the description ( it’s a salon with the name included) I told them I want my food in my hand and about 1 hour passed and it stated that my food had been delivered. No one came inside or called my phone. So I report it was never delivered. As the day is coming to a close I’m cleaning the salon I go to take the trash my food is at the back door sitting on an insect trap.

I am very frustrated with this app. I'm a driver. And every time I turn off Uber x the app automatically turns it back on and gives me request that I don't want and it lowers my acceptance rate which is not my fault! I tried to speak with someone but they didn't know how to help me they just told me how to turn off uberx which I already know how to do that, but the app automatically turns it back on and give me request I do not want I just want to do Uber eats delivery!!! Please get this fixed!!!

I like doing Uber eats as a driver but I am extremely upset that when I put on that I want to do Uber eats ONLY!!! the app switches and turns on uberx and gives me those requests that I didn't ask for and it affects my acceptance rate even though it's not my fault!!! Multiple times I've called them and nobody knows how to help me, they just show me how to turn off uberx which I have explained multiple times that I do turn it off all the time and as soon as I get online. But there app automatically turns it on by itself. No one can help me, no one knows how to fix this! I've even asked for a manager and they just say that they are unavailable, which I think is BS!!! It is very frustrating!!! And while I'm driving!! So far that's the only issue that I have with the app! Please fix this!!! I'm seriously thinking about leaving this company and going to another company.

I’m upset. At the end off my taco mac delivery user said I have to pick up my food? Why have a delivery service for families to pick up. Plus I accidently tipped 20% and I had to get my own food since upper customer SUPPORT SUCKS. NO ANSWER .... get your own take out don’t trust Uber eats or door dash

Ive experiences missing menu items on 3 separate orders in one week. Unsure as to who checks final order.. restaurant staff...Uber driver picking order up or both BUT someone is falling down on the job. It’s just unacceptable to us!!! Uber does refund for missing item however, the bottom line is someone does not get their entire order. Frustrating to say the least.

I use to order with uber eats quite often. The food would usually be cold and I’d have to heat it up. I also spent a lot of money on an order and the food was disgusting from a restaurant I am use to going to. They refused to give me a refund and said to rate the company in their app. I will no longer be using uber eats service because they do not care about their customer.

The quality of your food could be trash, you send them a photo and still they don't issue you a refund. $48.00 spent and not even a 10% refund or explanation. I'm done with crappy eats.
