Lately orders are taken/stolen by the delivery person/account HOLDERS , when items are missing Uber refuse to believe the customer and DO NOT REFUND the amount nor get any replacement
We have UBER ONE and cannot get the same level of customer service we used to
Sometimes we rely on Uber and the online offers are appealing,seems slowly people will stop using this service and go to the stores directly
