I will never order from Uber Eats again I bought fish from Fortino‘s which on the package says $30.39 an Uber charged me $63 when I tried to talk to customer support about it. They told me that everything was right and they weren’t gonna refund me anything I understand there’s an up charge for using Uber Eats but over double to buy fish. I will never use Uber Eats again not for rides not for food.

DONT ORDER FROM UBER EATS!!!! I sent in an order and it was brought to me. I was missing an item. I contacted Uber Eats through the Instacrt app as that is where I ordered from. I started on Friday after my order was delivered and on Sunday there is still no help for my missing item. They wanted a copy of the receipt because they couldn't see or find it. It took 3 calls before I got an email that would let me send the copy of the receipt. Then they emailed back and said We see you received you order so we can not give you a refund. I did that's want a refund for the order just the missing item. (and yes I called the restaurant and the manager said they have a lot of trouble with Uber Eats deliveries and Uber Eats customer service.

My order was supposed to be a fun early morning delivery from Dunkin. It was supposed to make our Friday morning easier too. NOT. The driver took 1.5 hours, I tried to cancel but the app wouldn't let me. I had to leave to take the kids to school, and the driver tells me he finally made it to my neighborhood. He marked the food as delivered even though I never saw him or the food. I NEVER RECEIVED my order. But Uber still made me pay for it bc THE DRIVER marked as delivered..even though I spoke with him on the phone. It's a joke and the 3rd time I tried it. It hasn't worked for me. The one time I did get my food it was an hour late and cold and the driver looked very disheveled and gross. Never again. My bank wouldn't refund bc Uber wouldn't let me dispute it further. This company is worthless.

Was in contact with the driver via message tried to call several times they never picked up I seen the individual was using Google translate tried to inform urber eats representative but I was told I had 8 minutes to resolve the problem couldn't receive a refund I'll never use the eats side of urber again be aware

U suck. Placed order for the wrong location immediately called the location they had no problem canceling it called Uber eats they said there would be a cancellation fee I said okay what's the fee full price. Fu. Got rid of the app and them

I am frustration over poor reliability and lack of accountability from Uber customer support when orders was cancelled right away due to incorrect delivery. I was charged $35 for cancellation and they said that the merchant was the one that charged to contact the merchant. After contacting the merchant came to the conclusion that they never charged anything it was Uber. Contact Uber customer support again they it was all BS he was telling me. Their response: I suggest next time if there are issues with your order, please reach us immediately instead of canceling your order. We can't process a cancellation with no charge, most especially once the order has been accepted, though support may be able to assist you further, so we can find a workaround. Sat, Apr 04 at 5:24 PM I hope I could do something but as of now, I can't provide any sort of compensation for this order but don't worry, if you face any kind of issue in the future, please reach out to us immediately and we'll help you with the best possible resolution. I had a very disappointing experience with Uber. I was charged $25 for an order that was never delivered. I reported the issue, but since more than 48 hours had passed, customer support refused to issue a refund. This policy is unreasonable—customers should not be charged for services they did not receive. There was no accountability, no proper investigation, and no attempt to resolve the situation fairly. I would not recommend using Uber Eats if this is how they handle failed deliveries

Please do not order from uber eats I have just placed an order for over 120 dollars and the place is like 12 minutes from my house the driver picked up the order 57 minutes ago and I am still waiting and the delivery time keeps going up I call the customer service and the guy tells me that all I can do is wait now am getting a brick of ice instead of fresh food and there is nothing I can do about it Empanada monumental your food is great but uber is not helping your business I think you need to part ways and to all these people out there please let make our voice heard let's stop ordering on uber eats or uber drive let make a campaign together uber out we are the voice we can make them go out of business

Really disappointed by Uber,used to order here like really often and now im waiting for more than 2 hours,the driver was by my door we met and guess what? He didn’t pickup my order from the restaurant,it was supposed to come later but it never did and tried to call Uber messaged them tried them all but nothing,so i paid for an order and never received it and it shows delivered at my order,and also spoked to the restaurant the confirmed he never took the driver never took our order

The very worst company to deal with, completely dishonest and impossible to get any sense out of. Screenshot every part of your transaction because these rogue operators will change prices and fees and add delivery charges and remove promo offers after payment accepted. They are even so corrupt as to date receipts in the early hours of the next day so promos don't apply. Every complaint is dealt with the sickening passive aggressive opening statement of "thanks for reaching out to us ". They are hateful scum

I've ordered 6 items at Asda through UBER EATS. They were supposed to have been delivered this morning between 9-10 am. I received only 3 items around 12pm (it was delivered to the wrong location due to driver ignoring the notes and I had to wait the "neighbour" to bring me over my delivery) and the other 3 items are still missing. I ordered bread and ham in order to eat and not starve during my long shift, during which I cannot go outside shopping. BUT I AM STARVING because UBER EATS did not deliver my food due to incompetence and is doing nothing to fix their failure. I've been waiting for the delivery till now and Uber is not helping solve this situation nor are they compensating me for their fault. They just replayed: "make another order"and gave redund for the missing items. I CANNOT EAT THE REFUND! I NEED MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED in order for me to EAT. I had to do an order over £25 in order ro not have to pay for delivery but I still had to pay fees. Uber is not trying to help me get my delivery, want to steal money with new fees and is not compensating me for their mistake nor for leaving me starving for already 5 hours due to this situation was still not resolved. I've never had so poor service until today. If I could go shopping, got compensation or credit to make up for their failure or didn't have to pay more fees, I would have placed another order but like this, I feel that I am being punished for their failure which is not fair on me. At this stage, I DO NOT RECOMMEND UBER EATS due to the bad costumer service and failure to delivery my order.

The more money this company makes the worse it gets for drivers and for users prices are ridiculous and will you guys charge and give your drivers pennies gas is five dollars a gallon you guys steal the tips from your drivers and I have proof! I don’t recommend this app to anybody you guys should check other apps such as DoorDash Instacart go daddy and other ones

I ordered dinner from Chuys for me and my husband, the order was delayed because the driver had two other deliveries to make and we were last. When my driver arrived and dropped off the order, it was from Mas Fajitas and belonged to someone else. I contacted the driver and she said the other person accepted our order, I asked her if she read the order before delivering to be sure the right order was being delivered, she hung up on me, like it was my fault. When I tried to submit this to Uber via the App, the app froze on me. The food that was delivered was Shrimp Fajitas or something me nor my husband would eat. There was only one dinner in that bag and we had spent $58 for two dinners and a queso. When I finally got through to UBER, they denied my refund because I didn’t have a receipt or proper picture of the food that was delivered. We had provided the picture of the Mas Fajita bag that was dropped off and a picture of the items in the bag. There was no receipt and we didn’t take a picture of the actual food inside the container. So we are out $58 and had to run to Whataburger to get us something to eat and spent another $30. This is poor customer service from the driver and customer support. If they would look at the driver history they could see she had delivered the wrong items to someone else with the pictures that they have to take.

Cancel order with no explanation after hours of waiting. Customer support line is worthless. DO NOT USE EVER IF YOU WANT FOOD DELIVERED.

I placed my order with them , they don’t delivery my food and refund my money , a code confirmation was not confirmed and so they delivery my order without my permission and the wrong adress
