“Awful customer service. Ordered food said it would take 45 minutes to be delivered which I thought was long.. A hour and a half later decided to cancel. Would not refund my food. Total scam artist. Never again”

“As an UberEats driver, I do not like how UberEats treat us. They give us multiple orders, sometimes a hot order and a cold order at the same time from 2 different places. How are we supposed to keep their food at optimal freshness? And our pay is minimal, less than $1 for each km driven. I have to drive from one city to the next for $7 worth, is not even worth it. And I have done almost 50 deliveries now, only 3 people have tipped me, whereas another food delivery company pays me $30 in tips for only 7 deliveries.”

“Right after I placed my order the restaurant called to let me know they were out of one item. Rather than substitute something, I said just delete it from my order. Uber Eats denied my request & referred me to the restaurant. The restaurant was also denied. The restaurant offered me a credit on my next visit, because Uber Eats kept my money too. I'm done with Uber Eats, but will continue to patronize the restaurant.”

“might have worst delivery drivers!!! took 2 hrs for food i never got. they cant even drop food off at the right location. demanded a refund and took the delivery driver tip back(not deserving of the tip) through support. will never use uber services again soon as they send my full order refund! its bad when a person who never writes reviews have to write one due to poor handling from folks YALL hire!! DOORDASH IS BETTER”

“Uber eats was offering buy one get one free with Charlie’s deli in Portland Oregon for 1795. When I check out order comes out to $60. This is the fifth time this has happened. Have contacted attorney and notified news agents”

“I will never order. Uber eats again because they have no way of ensuring that their drivers have warmer bags and now they’re allowing drivers to stop at multiple stores. Pick up your food drop off food somewhere else go to another store while they’re still holding your food in the car and then when your food arrive Cold Uber Eats says there’s nothing they can do for you and they have no system to make sure the drivers have thermal bags or warming bags horrible policy you allow drivers to do the extended trips with do not ensure that they have the proper equipment to make sure your food gets there in an edible State and they do not care”

“Theives! I was only refunded $20 on a $60 order. My food took over a hr. My lettuce was wilted and turning brown, drinks were melted, given fries instead of onion rings. Complete order was inedible. Threw everything in the trash.”

“Ordered $90.00worth of food at 540pm, driver added 2 additional within 10 minutes me. Driver was stopped at 1 location for 30 minutes and another for 35 minutes. I called the driver very upset & said hope you are enjoying my food. Driver disappeared off the map..... arriving at the destination at 715pm . I looking out for them driver pulled up literally threw my order up in the air, called me lots of bad names & told me to do unmentional things including the f bomb numerous times. Uber asks for pictures & video audio which I had both. I am sending this review as UBer is not available at this time!!!I WILL NEVER USE UBER AGAIN !!!!!! I wish I could give ZERO STARS!!!! PEOPLE PLEASE USE DOOR DASH!!!!!”

“I ordered a two for one special deal for a pad Thai dish to be delivered to a guest’s home as they were unpacking boxes after a relocation to their home in Langford, BC. I placed the order for the special but received only one . The customer support on the chat was extremely unhelpful and appeared to be serviced from India. They suggested I had to place the same item twice on the order. However, when clicking the item, it would not allow me to add it and showed full pricing. The advertised deal was MISLEADING and must definitely be illegal as I’m sure many clients may have been cheated. They refused to escalate this incident to a supervisor or manager and ignored the request for the inquiry as to how I could submit a formal complaint. I have deleted the app, informed my contacts and family to also never to use this deceptive misleading organization. I will stick to Door Dash or Skip The Dishes as I’ve extensively used them and have yet to be deceived. Hopefully never. Ken”
