Stop delivering food and keep to the taxi service. The absolute worse customer service ever.

"I'm beyond frustrated with the absolute disaster that was my food delivery experience! The driver didn't show up, didn't communicate, and just marked my order as completed without delivering the food. I waited outside for over 20 minutes, wasting my time. When I called the driver, there was complete silence. And to add insult to injury, the company is refusing to refund me, claiming the driver followed protocol. Unbelievable! This is ridiculous. I demand better customer service!"

The drivers they use are worse than horrific. Sushi arrived mixed up like a fish stew, then pizza from Debonnairs arrived 1 hour late on “priority “, cold of course. Nobody seems to check on those drivers and they do whatever they want, accepting many “priority” deliveries at once or playing football with your sushi platter

I always get cold food, drivers saying that I have arrived and haven't just so I can go outside where as my instructions say meet at the door. Tonight I put in an order its taking 2 hours to get here and the driver is making an extra stop. This now becomes a food safety issue....uber does not require for them to carry thermol bags. Trying to talk to costumer service..... sigh, told me that they are on time. Worst delivery and costumer service out there!

They actually stole money from me. I worked about 3-4 hours got tips and did not give me anything. Honestly it was the worse and unfair practice I have ever heard of. They don’t do well on the delivery side I asked them to knock on the door and they just dropped off the wrong order. I’m not petty so I don’t really care that much. But beware they have shady people working here.

Delivered to wrong address AGAIN!! Please folks, try door dash instead. Even though the drivers include pics of the wrong house, their customer service will still give you a hard time getting a refund. I even had to request a refund of the tip I included.

I tried to change my order and according to the help section I had to cancel the order and resubmit it. I tried to cancel the order less than 5 minutes after I made it and the message was that the restaurant had ALREADY prepared it. Minutes later I got a message from the restaurant that they were preparing my order. So obviously the order wasn't ready when I originally tried to cancel it. I was told that if I tried to cancel it at that point I I would be charged for the entire order.. obviously the helpline was lying when they told me that the order was already prepared

I ordered my food on Friday evening and the promo did not work. I was charged in full on my credit card. Within 10 min, I called the restaurant to cancel the order but they did not. Then I cancelled the order at my end but still I was charged $40 in full. The customer care did not refund the money. It’s looting the customers. I wasted my money without food because the promo did not work.

I have orders with Uber eats DOZENS of times tonight I Ordered and My food says it was delivered but never actually was even though I was suppose to provide the driver with a PIN number and it’s been almost an hour and I have had NO response from support. I will be canceling my Uber eats and never using Uber again. I wasted $50 on food for my family for Uber to do nothing

It's unbelievable how Uber Eats, a well-known company, has found a way to scam its customers. After this experience, I deleted the app and will never use it again. I received a charge of $57 because I needed to make a change to my order. It's been a while since I last used the service—previously, I ordered a couple of times a week without any issues when needing to modify an order. This time, when I tried to change it, I had to cancel my order. By the time I spoke to someone, they informed me it was past the five-minute window, so I was unable to change the order. As a result, order was canceled, ended up being charged without receiving any food. I couldn't purchase anything else because I was literally using the last of my money.

Ordered groceries and tobacco from Sainsburies Penwortham. No tobacco was in bags. Rang the driver he told me to ring customer services. Rang Sainsburies an obnoxious manager told me to ring Uber They then send me texts saying the issue has been resolved and thanks for the tip. I have lost £54 on tobacco that never arrived

I erased this app for me and all my kids we used to order here every week, but this people are getting ridiculous. Their driver left my food someplace else. They did not want to refund my money over $200. I am never using this people again they are horrible.

I got a meal that was contaminated. A feather cooked into the food. Due to fear of further unseen contaminations I could not eat any of the food I asked for a refund with picture proof and they refunded me $5 on my $30 order In the order there were only 2 things when I asked for a full refund they said that is not their policy. So I wasted in the end $25 on inedible food. I will be disputing the charge with my bank next.

The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received. They just tell me to go to another link to request help then close my chat, ignoring my responses. I’ve asked for an email to complain and I just get ignored. For such a large company it is absolutely disgusting behaviour. I have been shopping and seeing that grocery shops have discounts on items available but when I put them in my basket it is full price and no one will help. This is a review for the company and customer service not the drivers.

Uber did not honor advertised discounts and special offers. They delivered to the wrong address last time and refused replacement or refund.
