Don’t EVER order from UBER EATS. They don’t have a phone number. I ordered a pizza from Papa’s PizzA in Galveston, which is amazing! The Uber Eats Driver got lost. I sent her directions, to no avail. Then she text me she couldn't find me and to cancel the order!!!! There is no number to call Uber Eats. When you call, a recording says they no longer take phone calls. You have to Chat. Useless. After I explained everything. They told me they Would Not refund my money!! I can't be more serious, Don’t go through Uber Eats all the restaurants directly. I would have given them 0 stars but that was not a option.
