I think its unfair to downgrade a driver using customer ratings after an upgrade has been completed . A friend worked hard to earn gold within about 3hrs of being active over some days only do get downgraded back to green and 80point yesterday without any opportunity for proper feedback from driver . She even got subtle threat of deactivation of account today without highlighting what needs to be improved upon. That's not good for progress development .
