“We ordered ubereats delivery for dinner because we didn’t want to drive with the amount of snow on the road. Our dinner obviously arrived cold because our delivery came by bicycle. They do not have a temperature policy so they basically could care less. There should be a NO BICYCLE DELIVERY policy when the weather gets cold. Very disappointed. It also took forever with their customer service. Long waits between notes. Terrible service in every way.”

“We have recently experienced an increase in rude and aggressive behavior from some Uber Eats drivers. Unfortunately, it appears that Uber does not sufficiently screen its drivers, allowing virtually anyone to sign up without proper checks to determine their suitability for the role. This lack of oversight negatively impacts restaurants’ reputations, as some drivers mix up orders or, in certain cases, even remove items from orders. We strongly believe that Uber should implement a more thorough hiring process, including interviews and background assessments, to ensure drivers meet professional standards.”

“THIEVES!!!! I ordered food 40 minutes before a restaurant closed!!! Uber Eats did NOT send a driver. I called the restaurant 15 minutes before they closed and they informed me that my order was ready but no one has picked up. I called again 2 minutes before they closed and they instructed me to cancel since Uber Eats did NOT pick up my order and they needed to close. Now, Uber Eats is charging me an almost $15.00 cancellation fee. THIS IS ROBBERY!!! Why should I have to pay because Uber Eats could NOT fulfill the service they offered?!!!!! Then I waited almost 30 minutes for a customer service rep who was extremely unhelpful and had the nerve to try to instruct me on how I need to speak to him!!! Who the hell does he think he is especially when the company he works for is stealing my money!!! THIS IS AN OUTRAGE and I will NEVER order from Uber Eats again!!! And until I get my money back, I’m going to be here and on every media outlet to expose them!!!”

“First off 0 stars isnt adoption unfortunately When you order something and they ask if you want something g to replace and aren't given an option and it takes you 20 minutes to cancel then when you finally talk to someone they charge you for a delivery fee for something they didn't have you weren't given a replacement option other than one said that's what you were getting”

“On Friday December 29, 2025 we did not receive our two orders of large fries, extra cheese and and unwanted mayo on one sandwich from Charleys. We called our driver who said he was not responsible for orders being wrong. I tried calling Charleys on 19 but the phone number doesn't work. I will never use this app again. Uber eats just is a rip off.”

“Rip-offs diver cancelled my order and insured me ill get a refund in 3-10 calendar days, I've waited 14 days later i finally got ahold of someone through fb messenger, and was told its too late because i didn't request a refund because 48 hour window, I'll never use their service again!”

“On the last three occasions that I’ve ordered from Uber eats the driver, takes on multiple orders to deliver, which pushes my delivery back by an hour at times. My food comes back cold or my ice cream is melted because the delivery drivers take on more than what they can take.. I will be looking at other services to use in the future due to this complication has come up.”

“So I'm a Uber eats driver and yesterday I toke a job driving 40 minutes out of my way. Showed up 20 minutes early just for Uber to cancel the order. I called to get compensated just to be told that there was no such order ever in their system. So I'm out 20+ because of Uber eats lies. I'll be moving on to a different platform never again while I go out my way for Uber eats.”

“My last 3 orders took over an hour. Food was cold! This last order I had ramen being delivered on a bicycle that took 1.5 hours. Uber Eats used to have fast delivery now they are careless about the delivery times with food that is not edible. I just can’t order from them anymore. Sad they used to be reliable.”

“i work in a restaurant that uses uber eats as the delivery service and they’re useless. usually late, and last week marked an order as delivered when no one picked it up and ‘couldn’t’ give us a phone number or adress to deliver it ourselves, and last night someone put an order in through them and AFTER the person paid they claimed they couldn’t deliver it but because they paid through the uber eats app they got our tip despite doing absolutely nothing. we’re currently trying to find a new delivery driver because those people are incompetent.”

“Uber eats charges way more than any delivery food companies. Their system was hard to navigate and customer service is really hard to reached out. You have to dial many times as you could to contact them. Lately, I was charged of $41 to my order and to my panic I went to cancel it, however the food order has been received and preparing. I contacted the merchandised and ghey confirm that they did not charged me or no payment received by Uber. With this being said, I conclude that they are charging you for themselves. Due to this I am not happy and satisfied with their service and cancelled the service.”

“The driver took an hour to deliver my order, wasting $39 worth of food and offered $10 off my next delivery. The driver sat at the restaurant for half an hour after the order was ready. So disappointed. We eat out all the time. Uber Eats won't be getting my money anymore.”

“I ordered burger king last night on uber eats the whopper had onions which I didn’t order that not order because I’m allergic and who puts bbq sauce on a whopper but anyway I still have the entire order I paid $25 plus tip and when I reached out for a refund they refunded me $4.91 lol I’m deleting this app now and definitely posting this on my page that I have about 5k ppl on smh I would NEVER uber eats again. When you call you can’t get nobody ppl work to hard to survive to be taking ppl money. I’m going live a 5pm and this will definitely be the topic!!!! Please delete uber eats just go and get your own food trust me this app is not worth it at all”
