Waited over an hour for one item from the store, only to have it delivered to the wrong address, and customer service REFUSED to help at all. And when I called to ask where the delivery person sent it, they told me “look at the picture” and hung up on me and refused to answer calls after that. Even though customer support confirmed the picture sent to me wasn’t my address. And the rude ass delivery person got to keep my tip!! 😭

The staff at Uber Eats are literally stealing, and no one is stopping them. People, be aware! They were supposed to refund my money several times, but they never did. They said they gave me Uber Cash, but after a day or two, I checked and saw that they had taken the Uber Cash back. I ordered food in a very difficult situation so my child would have something to eat for two days. The driver who picked up my order was an hour and a half away from our home, even though I had ordered from a restaurant only ten minutes away. When I saw that the driver was an hour and a half away and my child was hungry, I had to cancel the order so I could reorder and have a closer driver pick it up. But as soon as I canceled, Uber charged me a $98 cancellation fee — the full cost of the meal! Nowhere else do they take the entire amount of the order as a cancellation fee. Uber has fallen into the hands of thieves and rude people

Two days in a row I put my order in before 8 AM. I scheduled my delivery for a window between 12 and 3 o’clock. Both days it kept pushing back the time after 3 o’clock and then it just canceled. I need my food I live in rural area. I don’t have a way to get to town to get to the store.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Uber Eats. I was charged $7.99 for a single red potato, even though the listing clearly shows $7.99 for 4.54 kg (an entire bag). When I contacted support, they refused to correct the overcharge, insisting that the order was “accurate.” This is completely unacceptable — it’s misleading, dishonest, and shows a total lack of accountability for false product listings. I provided a screenshot as proof, yet they ignored the obvious mistake. Be careful ordering groceries through Uber Eats — they’ll happily charge you for one potato at the price of a full bag and then refuse to fix it. It’s a shame a company this large doesn’t value customer integrity or fairness.

My order was delivered to the wrong house. The house where my order was delivered was the other side of town to where my house is. Uber Eats delivery person phoned and text me via the app asking me to confirm my address which I did but still delivered to the wrong house. This was my first order with them and will NEVER use them again. Someone will be happy to get 6 free tubs of Christmas chocolates. I'm not impressed with their none delivery. As the saying goes if you ever need anything doing do it yourself. What a let down of company / service you are uber eats 😡

ya know i use uber a lot bc of work. I encounter problems almost every order but when you can’t leave the job for lunch i guess it’s awesome to have. My complaint: If it says order again. WHY IN THE FK WOULD I NEED TO RELIST SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS???!!!!!!

Uber eats es un descaro, no tienen teléfono para llamar y aparte te estafan y no te devuelven tu dinero, yo hice un pedido que por falta de lo que había en el restaurante me llamaron y me dijeron que cancelara mi pedido porque faltaba algo, yo los contacté a ellos y volví a hacer el pedido pero sin lo que no había y me llegó y ahora yo revisando mi cuenta me doy cuenta que no me devolvieron mi dinero y los contacto y mira lo que me responden estos HP

they steal your money i ordered food that i didn’t get then when the driver contacted me told me to cancel as i was not sure what to since the restaurant gave my food to someone else then still charged me for it these folks suck!!! stick to door dash y’all

Uber eats canada’s bogo offers are a scam. Their prices for food products are way too high than regular price when you actually go to the store. Although they may say that its because of the convenience you are getting to buy things from the comfort of your home but don’t they charge customers separately for that ?? Today November 10th 2025 I ordered food using the buy one get one offer and when the food was delivered it had the store menu and I was surprised to see the difference in the amounts. If you see the attached pics of invoice you can clearly see that the store/uber jacked up the prices and then offered 50%discount. I actually ended up paying for both trays. Not sure how and when these looters conscience will awake ( probably after a class action lawsuit).

My food sat for an hour before a second driver delivered it it arrived cold and stale and Below health code temperature. When I submitted a formal complaint they immediately sent back an email stating that I was unable for a partial refund. Don't order from this company you get cold food! Doordash is never given me this problem. Use doordash instead they have much better customer service. And address food related issues.

Do not use uber eats, I will never use uber eats again, they have zero customer service, no avenue to contact when an order or delivery goes wrong. Ordered food from MCDONALD'S, no call what so ever ever, driver claimed he called, waited 40mins and reported to uber only for Uber eats to say they can not refund me because the delivery driver waited 12mins, I have a buzzer they could press, but they did not press the buzzer. Scammers Refund was not done

I was a former delivery driver for uber eats, and I would deliver order on my electric bike because that the only other option I have for delivery and uber decided to disable my account not 1 but 2 for being to fast on a electric bike, instead they want me to go slow and be late on the persons order, I’ve tried several times to fix the issues but every other customer service person is the same, they dont understand this is the only way to make money and they are taking that away from me, I will no longer support uber in any manner and hopefully other drivers don’t aswell

After I gave a $20 cash tip the delivery driver requested a tip and Uber eats charged me 9.97 3 sandwiches cost $100.00 talking about a scam. No contact number is your first warning sign.

want to give zero stars but it doesn't allow. Last night I ordered a delivery macdonalds on macdonalds app but it goes through uber as delivery is by them. Over 2 hours being given maybe 7 changes of driver and changes of delivery time it was cancelled as unable to complete despite taking your cash. Before it was cancelled I contacted online uber [this was not easy to find] to be told although your own cash taken in seconds it will take 15 days to return. It's the worst experience and I will never use again or the macdonald app because I called them and said nothing to do with them. SHOCKINGINGLY AWFUL

Ordered two Popeyes meals. Wrote specific instructions that said I would meet deliverer at the door and left number to call when at my delivery location. Hour went by without any calls. Found my food outside front door of my building. Also, only one meal was delivered. Called customer service and rep called Joanna who was very rude kept cutting me off and kept asking me the same questions to which I gave the same answers. She then put me on a brief hold, came back and stated “Record shows order was delivered and left in a SECURE location. Attempted to contact customer but no answer” When I asked to speak with a manager she said “A supervisor will call you in 24-48 hours but you’ll get the same response. Nice reply right? I paid for two meals and only one was left, paid for expedited delivery and got my food an hour later because my delivery instructions were ignored; and though I left a 20% tip my $44 order was left outside my building door. I’ll take the loss this time but Never Again!

So much went wrong. My order was stolen by the first driver. Then it took 3 other drivers before I was even told that it was already picked up and not delivered to me. I get any word until almost an hour later. I wont even get my money back for another 3-5 days and that’s ridiculous. Also there is no contact number to even get this resolved. I had to use an automated system on the app to finally cancel my order and get a refund. I will never use Uber Eats again and I will tell everyone how bad Uber Eats is.
