Third time we used Uber Eats. We were waiting for our delivery and suddenmy it was marked as delivered with a photo with a door and the foodbag in front of it (not our door though). But there was no delivery at our door and the doorbell never ringed. I immediately tried to contact customer service which is a complete shitshow with all the automated bots. Now Uber Eats claims the deliver had been waiting for us and we cant get our money back.

Literally the most annoying app I’ve ever had to deal with. If you’re going to order with them just don’t. Save yourself the headache your better off paying for a uber to the store and getting your own food yourself. Membership has been cancelled today and I’m uninstalling this app .

Drivers are far too greedy. I like to tip a small amount in the beginning and when my food arrives to me untouched I give $10 cash when they arrive. Recently haven’t been able to get a single driver to come to me. I’m a truck driver so I’m incapable of going to just any restaurant due to the size of my truck. Uber needs to find a new system or go all together. Never using them again. Spent 3hrs waiting to find a new driver. If yalls drivers reject orders more than 5 times per day fire them.

Awful. Ordered at 5:30, still waiting at 6:30. Still waiting and starting to get impatient, need to sort their standards out!! Contacted place of order, and they had it ready to go. We paid priority delivery (SCAM) and so uber eats are the ones at fault.

Food never arrived. Waited two hours and driver stole the food. Was told it would take a full 3-10 days for a refund and no extra compensation. Horrible customer service and will never order again.

I ordered a baguette loaf and 2 broccoli cheddar soups from Panera Bread, I received only the baguette loaf and was charged 26.89 dollars. I get no assistance from Panera or Uber for their error. I would give significantly less than 1 star for U er eats. Would recommend using door dash or any other food delivery service.

I have lots of charges that I didn't authorize. They are charging double i never get a refund from all of those charges i will just call my bank tomorrow. Ubereats are scam they are stealing money.

I have placed many orders through Uber Eats, but the service is getting worse over time. Today, I ordered 10 grocery items through Uber Eats, and even after 1.5 hours, the order still hasn’t arrived. I contacted the delivery person, and she mentioned that Uber assigned her multiple orders at the same time. While I understand this may not be her fault, the overall experience is extremely disappointing. Uber does not seem to consider the urgency customers may have when placing orders. Additionally, I had an Uber One membership until about a month ago, and honestly, it does not provide the value it promises. On one occasion, my friend and I had the exact same items in our carts, yet I was charged more despite having Uber One. This makes the membership feel misleading and not worth it. Overall, Uber’s service quality has declined significantly, and it no longer feels reliable or useful. 👎🏻

i work at a restaurant that uses uber eats as the delivery service. at 8:20pm i noticed there was an order still here that was supposed to be delivered at 7pm. the delivery drivers name is Lovepreet and he had marked the order as delivered despite never showing up to the restaurant. i called uber eats and was told there was nothing they can do because it was marked as delivered despite never being picked up. i asked if they had a phone number or address so someone from our restaurant could do the delivery as this will put a bad rep on our restaurant despite us having nothing to do with the delivery service. the person on the phone spoke to me like i was a child and claimed to not have a phone number or address. i am extremely disappointed and annoyed. and some person went without the food they had ordered due to the incompetency at uber eats. i also highly doubt they couldn’t find the phone number or address, the person was probably just being lazy.

it was only midnight and me and my friends were drinking so obviously we didn’t go out and drive to get anything, we were like lets “doordash,” I went onto doordash and for some reason the taco bells were open but it wouldn’t let us place an order for taco bell, so I decided to try uber eats which I’ve never used in my life as a diehard doordash user, and it let me place and order for tacobell on ubereats, so this experience was much needed and so necessary and we’re so thankful for it!!!!

Very upset I just started Uber eats and had a customer report me for an order I never picked up its ridiculous how is that my fault their Uber eats gps app had a glitch and rerouted where I could deliver to one customer not the other one. People fail to realize mistakes happen not always the driver fault we spent gas through all type of weather today give them what they want whoever did that to me on girard Ave in Philly owe me an apology it wasn't my fault making me look bad just starting i have a family to feed shame on you food was still at restaurant.

If only I could give them minus 5! Order food on Uber Eats on Saturday 13/12/2025. My order never arrived. Driver was parked at the wrong location, he called to say he had arrived. I was tracking the App I could see he was not near my house, tried to give directions over the phone he then hung up and blocked me. Sent numerous texts, called several times. No response. As I continued to track the app he returned to the restaurant. Apparently on the app it shows that is where he delivered the food. I then contacted the restaurant he did not return the food. Uber Eats support was unhelpful and left me frustrated as I had to pay for food I never received and my family hungry. I was told by Uber Eats I’m not eligible for a refund as driver waited outside my house for 11 minutes? At which house because he never arrived? I am beyond disappointed by the rude service and lack of support. The driver’s lack of respect and stealing my food!!! It’s surprising that Uber Eats could not locate where the driver was moving as per App and the texts I sent regarding the location he was at when he claimed he was outside my house. Appalling

Awful awful experience and customer service. Supervisor refused to give us any refund/compensation for our two hour wait to get our order. Food was cold and incorrect and they couldn’t care less. Never ordering from this horrible place again. DoorDash treats their customers with respect and is better all around.

Food delivered almost 2 hours after it was prepared because they couldn't find a driver. When they finally found a driver they had him make multiple deliveries before ours, making our food get even colder. Then you can't get past their AI customer service chat to file an actual complaint. Will never use again!

Delivery person has posted the pic of car instead of the food he delivered. I don’t see the food at lobby and I tried connecting Uber Eats support and the bot responded that am not eligible for refund. How is this my mistake . Please don’t use Uber Eats , complete waste of money

I have to agree with many of the comments below,this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would never invest in Uber based on how this company operates. The way orders are handled makes it clear that Uber prioritizes efficiency for itself over customer satisfaction, and that’s not a sustainable model long-term. To be clear, this is not the driver’s fault. Delays happen because Uber directs drivers to make multiple stops instead of picking up from one location and delivering directly to a nearby destination. That operational decision is on Uber, not the drivers.

We gotta stop funding uber. We as the people that give them money have to stop this nonsense. I’m going through a situation with them as we speak. There’s no driver in my area and i just want a refund to order something else. Maybe it’ll get delivered here faster. Idk but at least take care of the people that pay you. The customer.
