ordered steak ‘n shake and my driver was not careful with our food at all, and when i took my shake out of the drink carrier it exploded everywhere. apparently the picture i took of the mess on the floor was not good enough but i couldn’t take another since i had already cleaned it up. never got my refund

I ordered 5 tacos from S2 Express Grill they were buy 1 get 1 free so I should have received 10 tacos. When my order was delivered by a young man who couldn't even speak english. The plastic bag had a tight knot in it and when I opened it I only had 4 tacos in my bag. I will not be ordering again can even trust that my food would be ok!! Terrible!!!!

I ordered a food delivery and when it arrived there were items missing. Contacted Uber twice and both times they have refused outright to either provide the missing items or refund me for them. Spoke with the restaurant themselves and they advise me that I have to speak to Uber so I tried again with the same result. In the real world this is called theft as I don't have the items but they have my money! Disgusting

Never received my order. After refunding my money, UberEATS then removed the amount of the tip from my bank account to give to the driver, Mary, even though she never showed.

UberEats are thieves. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. There was an issue with my order from iHop. One item was incorrect and one item was missing. When I reported this through help, I received a message saying that “This order is not eligible for a refund”. When I asked why I was not getting a refund for not getting what I ordered, again I was told that “This order is not eligible for a refund”. In what universe can a company just rip someone off like that?

I had to give it one star to write this review. I ordered from Dairy Queen about 6 miles away. When the food arrived the blizzard was still in good condition and frozen but the chicken in the chicken strip basket was hard and cold like it had been sitting quite a while. It was inedible. When I asked for a refund they wouldn't give it to me. I wouldn't order with Uber Eats. Try another delivery service.

The drivers are usually good hard working people. Tech support agents are rude and hang up on the customers. This company needs to be banned from operation. Worst customer service I have ever had.

This is ridiculous. There only job is to follow simple instructions and my food has been delivered to the WRONG address twice now. They delivered my cookies to the wrong address when I specifically put the correct one. Unacceptable. Very disappointed

No stars but you have no choice. Do not use this company! They have delivered to wrong address the last 2 times I ordered so I never got my food. Try to connect to driver and no answer but some voice mail in another language. Their app will refund your money but not the tip they want to give it to you in uber cash. I don’t want uber cash because I will not use them again. If they can’t hire a competent driver who knows where they are delivering to why? Basically they suck and customer service is worthless. do not waste your money! Door dash

The last 2 occasions I have used Uber Eats have been quite terrible. My penultimate order, an item was missing and I was refunded which is fine. The last order, the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong address on my road and vehemently said that it was that house number when all of my other Uber Eats deliveries have been able to make it to the correct address fine and I was told to go and pick it up from the house myself. Once I get it, there's an item missing and a new item instead of what I ordered. I once again went to support as the order was wrong and in this instance, cheaper than it should have been and I got a response saying about that there have been multiple refund requests on my account (which is true as either Uber Eats, the driver or the takeaway can't get the order right on both occasions) but giving me no chance to respond and closed down the support while I am currently down on money in comparison to what I have ordered. That order will be my last through Uber Eats as I have since decided to cancel my account with them. Would not recommend at all.

The app is too good with their offers and affordability but their customer support is a hell. They don't know what they are doing and how to resolve an issue. They are only their to mislead you as every time different representatives attend and give you different solutions and at the end all in vain. It's only gonna confuse you and give you stress. So please don't rely on them for anything.

The google link and app mistakenly placed an order for a restaurant 150 miles away! As soon as we realised, we tried to cancel on the app but it wouldnt let us. I called the restaurant and explained and they cancelled the order. Ubereats are claiming the goods were prepared, they were not. They also claim i collect the goods 150 miles away!! No human customer service just repeat automation of policy. . over £80 out of pocket. Surmont's to theft.

Was forced to use Uber don't eat thru a restaurant app, after the tracking showed the driver taking 17 min Togo to the restaurant and sitting at the step picking up order it changed to oops we need to find another driver. Called the restaurant and my order had been sitting for 45 min and no one came in to pick it up.

I have the wrong order delivered and they did nothing about it and tonight, they called and said the restaurant did not have the items item so ordered and I asked them to cancel then and they told me I had to call. I could only get a chat, and then they charged me . I called the restaurant and they said the driver must have scammed me and took the food!! I have cancelled my account. I will never use them again.

I ordered twice through uber eats today. And i feel like having multiple stops assignments is wrong. Especially when your order has ice cream in it. That was the 2nd time the 1st time food came in cold i threw it away because it took over 1 hour to get delivered.

This company charged me after canceling an order i received becuase there app did not work the customer service rep took a picture of my ID without my consent and charged my card for an error on there end again without my consent I will never use this compamy again. I will be reporting them to the BBB horrible service.

After depositing into what I thought was a legit platform, they locked my account and refused all withdrawal requests. Customer support was no help at all. They charged me $28.39 for a $10.64 order. When the driver arrived, I asked him did he get my $4 tip, and he said they paid him $15. According to their app, Uber One was a free 4 week $0.00 delivery fee, and they still charged me $3.49 plus $1.49 plus some other tax. Then to top it off, my fries were cold and stale like yesterday's fries. I will never order thru Uber Eats again. #Ripoff.
