Zero Customer Service! I have a problem but none of your pre recorded responses are a solution to my problem! I've had to cancel 3 orders this past month because it will be hours before it says my order will arrive!

Absolutely ridiculous and shameful. Never Ever again will I be ordering from this delivery service and will be forewarning other customers as well. Me and my husband ordered 3 smoothies from Smoothie King. Now normally we would use DoorDash but for some reason the app had me use Uber Eats unfortunately. Me and my husband waited an HOUR for our order that never came. I called smoothie king and I was informed that our order was picked up but that she refreshed the app so another driver would get my order. When I called Uber eats customer service and was put on the phone with Sam. I am appalled by the customer service of this place and the help. We weren’t even offered a refund instead was basically told that we are wrong and that they have the correct information. I have never had an order stolen from me nor had customer service do nothing about it. Our drivers name was Beth. Last 4 digits of her Uber eats number is 8254 just in case uber decides to take action like they should have when I called.

I ordered food last night and the driver made several stops before getting to me. My food was cold I had to put it in the microwave. I even tipped the driver. What’s the point of ordering food if when you get it it’s cold? I reported the fact that I wasn’t happy. The refunded me $2 for a $25 meal that I just put in the trash. I’ve spent a lot of money with Uber eats so now I’m about to delete this app. I am going to put a fb instagram and Tik toc post about this with pictures included and the receipt oh yeah twitter too!!! Just go get your own food it’s no worth it. It brings the quality of food down and the restaurant too!!!

Doesn’t matter how much detail and pictures you provide to explain your issue the customer service has responses they just copy and paste for everyone. Thus, never actually listening to what your issue is and never solving it. I had an issue getting a refund when the driver delivered to the wrong address and Uber never refunded my tip. Which why would I tip for the job not being done right? Customer service was only through chat so again highlighting the fact that they only copy paste their answers.

I pay $96 a year for uber one and on my Birthday I placed an order with priority delivery and the driver sat in a parkinglot for 40min it took almost 50min for me to get my food when it arrived it was ice cold and I dont feel I should have to pay for food that is cold and not edible... I have the right to dispute a charge with my bank and after not hearing from a supervisor from uber support 2 days later I did just that not uber is holding me hostage for $29 and won't let me use my membership unless I pay the amount t back... CRAZY I owned a restaurant and worked for Hilton as a hotel GM and never would treat a customer like this... then I placed an order and told because I have a $29 balance I wasn't getting free delivery and then I was charged for a meal that was never delivered because I canceled the order because I wasn't paying for delivery when I pay for a membership that should still be active... I want my mo et back and the dues dropped from my account this is a scam and uber is stealing money from people... I reported to the BBB and won't stop until this is rectified next I'm heading to Facebook to make a public post about this... I dont care its $50 I'm talking about ill contact the NEWS of i have too ot the principle of the situation and UBER are CROOKS!

I have stopped ordering from Ubereats because the drivers steal my food AND are very rude. I have had the privilege of being a disgruntled customer as well as a manager who deals directly with the drivers who are VERY impatient and belligerent to my other customers, pushing their way to the front of the line, actually knocking older patrons over!!! NEVER AGAIN

The driver needs BELAAY stole my food and my 9 year old daughter food... the next night I reorder my food and I got him again but this time he was generous enough to bring me my dinner ... I confront him and lied to my face ... please fire him ..

I never ordered from Uber eats did not want them , but my Jimmy johns after waiting 15 min after placing my order said giving to Uber. I get Jimmy johns great drivers usually. I called Jimmy johns, I'm not a Uber customer. I can't contact or tell driver anything. I asked them to tell driver to hand me order at door. Never did I'm waiting and waiting. Ordered on Jimmy johns app looked outside had to go out to dmget order. I ordered for reason gave tip and delivery fee.. at least could follow instructions spent$43 and the left my foid on ground. How does that meet health inspectors standards. Also put my closed bottles in a drink tray not made to hold picked up fell to ground . Splat rolled in dirt.had to handle food clean hands all dirty now got to eat food from wild animals and people's dogs relieve selves. Tried to contact ube get to end accept never access. Can't call them. Jimmy johns has drivers but now before in line ordering have to call to see if can deliver I don't get the problem. I'm certified in food danation. Since when is on ground outside ok with state if il. Health inspectors I don't want to pay Uber driver or use again. I liked Jimmy johns but now I don't know . Help

As a former Uber eats driver I can explain why there are so many dissatisfied customers. How much effort would you put in as a delivery driver if you were only being paid a base pay of 2.00 a delivery or at times even less? As drivers we rely upon customer tips in order to derive an income from delivering food to customers. Most customers under tip or worse do not tip at all. I would never as a driver accept a delivery offer under 10.00 and that would have involve no more than 3.5 miles of driving. That would mean a minimum tip of 8.00. Why should I use my gas and tear up my personal vehicle for deliveries that I would not break even on? So essentially the Uber eats driver platform is a bidding system with your tip acting as the bid. Most experienced drivers that I personally know will not accept low paying deliveries. Instead we use multiple delivery platforms such as doordash and grub hub, cherry picking the better delivery offers from each platform. To remedy this, Uber continously hires new drivers with sign on bonuses to entice them into accepting their low paying delivery offers. To say Uber will hire anyone breathing is an understament. Uber does not care who is delivering food for their company as long as most of it gets delivered. Most new drivers quit once they receive their sign on bonus or gauranteed pay for completing a certain amount of deliveries. Many of them will steal the customers food since they have no intentions of sticking around. Now ask yourself what kind of desperate character would drive to a restaurant, pick up food than drive to another location to deliver it for five dollars or less? I drove for Uber for more than three years a food theft by drivers was a constant problem. Why? Because many drivers feel justified in stealing the customer's food due to the low pay?

My order was duplicated by mistake. When it appeared twice, I canceled it - within ONE MINUTE. It showed on the screen it was canceled. 30 min later, one driver delivered my order. 5 min later the other order arrived. I complained to their support. They said theres nothing they can do because I received the order... yeah was supposed to be canceled. When I asked for it to be escalated, it bounced back stating the matter was closed as they gave me the resolution, whether I was satisfied or not. ...I used to order from them lot. Deleted the app now.

My food arrived cold for the third time in two months. They delivered a soda with only carbonated water but refused to refund what I paid. That’s the end of me using Uber Eats.

Service fee $26!!! And driver gets NONE!!! Nope! Insane and disgusting! Tricks you into signing up for Uber one for free delivery but once you sign up they let you know it’s only on select places. And then won’t refund you even tho you JUST signed up one minute ago.

Almost our entire order was wrong. I am allergic to dairy and there was cheese on everything. The reciept even stated no cheese or sour cream yet it was all over our food. Upon trying to contact uber eats they gave me a measly $3.50 refund on a $90 dinner that I couldn't eat my meal and the other 2 meals ordered were wrong also. Fortunately no allergies for the other 2 so they were able to eat their food. The order showed up cold and needed to be microwaved before anyone could eat.

Do not work for they will constantly stop your account whenever they feel like it four background checks in two months and oh yes we are told to check the orders but when arriving at the restaurants the orders are already sealed and we r not allowed to look at them but the way they treat there employees dogs in a pound get better treatment the support team for us is worse than customer service for the customer oh and the co of the company is to lazy to email you back

Restaurant doesn't know where my order is, Uber doesn't know where my order is, the only thing that I know is that they deducted 26 euros from my card!!! Useless customer service that reply only with pre-written messages.
