I drive for Uber Eats. I had two separate orders and traveled over 20 miles for each. The pay was 50 cents per mile. The customer for selfish reason did not tip. When I contacted Uber Eats they were like oh well. No reimbursement was offered. I would recommend door dash to deliver

I ordered my food today, never delivered. I called the restaurant because I thought they would deliver the food themselves. Was told they contrct 3rd party on the weekend. I called the driver he kept hanging up and then he blocked me. Im out $36.00! because of people with very low character, and no shame that Uber Eats allows to work for them. NEVER EVER WILL I TRUST UBER EATS AGAIN- Im telling everyone I know.

NEVER ORDER. My card was used to place an order I canceled as soon as I seen the transaction pop-up on my phone through my account. Food was never delivered nor made I asked for my money back. They never gave me my money back and said there’s nothing that they can do scammed by Uber eats.

I ordered from a restaurant that was 23 miles away and yet it took the driver an hour to deliver it. The food was cold the fries which were supposed to melted cheese was only a sprinkle on the top. The delivery driver was yelling so loud on my porch and then again when she was buy her car my neighbor almost called the cops on her. When i reached out to uber they tried to tell me that they do refunds on cold food even if it was the uber drivers fault. Finally he said he would refund my money after him telling me twice he couldn't do it. Then the cherry on the top was them crediting the tip on the uber app and not on my debit card. Im over these delivery apps especially uber. My business is done here

Order never delivered,asked for help ,ignored and now is well know in my city that UBER support people stealing food from customers,will never use it again, the company is not serious.shame on you.

Uber eats has ripped me off 4 times in two weeks . Almost 100.00 in total. When u contact them they dont seem to care. They blame the drivers the merchants but I spoke with a merchant the merchant dont receive payment either . Uber eats are thieves I would not recommend. Everything they say and do is automated. Nothing seems to be their fault. To them they take zero accountability. They blame the customer , the driver , and or the merchant . I dont want what happened to me to happen to anyone else . Food has been missing , incorrect , never picked up for over and hour. I contact them they tell me to cancel then change arrival time to suit them so they can say a customer didnt give enough time . This has happend 2 times in less then 2 weeks. YOU never get a caring person who actually helps. They say the merchant gets the money I found out the merchant also takes a loss. Something should be done about this. How many people have this happend to? Its sad. My whole principle is to not have it happen again to others. Please be cautious in canceling they will not refund you. They expect you to pick it up. It does not matter to them if your food sat for 1 hour or 2 . They blame anyone and everyone with no accountability. I give them zero stars but that was not an option to write the review .

I had a driver that was so upset that he had to (I guess get out his car to do his delivery ) that he came into my place of business aggressive - yelling - throwing our food bag on the table . Saying I’ll never do this again ! RETRACT MY TIP and stormed out of the building . It was a location full of consumers and the behavior was more than unprofessional! When I tried to complain about the driver (they almost make it impossible) everything is a chat with low response time . I received only an apology. I asked to do JUST WHAT THE DRIVER YELLED and retract my tip - and they didn’t even offer to do that . Needless to say , I canceled my membership. I utilize uber eats probably 3x a week and they couldn’t even resolve the situation or offer to refund (atleast the tip ). I’m not in the game of getting yelled at by a delivery person that was upset that he couldn’t find our location . (Even though I was messaging him the whole time on how to locate us ) We pay delivery fees and other unnecessary fees AND WE TIP good and the service states “To your door” I would say, not just the drivers disposition was garbage , but uber eats overall by not trying to resolve my experience aside from an apology that unfortunately IS NOT ENOUGH. Thank you Timothy for disrupting my place of business over having to do a Job you signed up for

Placed my order. When it was delivered, it was someone else's order. Gave it back to the driver. Never received my food. Wrote telling Uber Eats what happened. Heard nothing. Submitted it again, and was told it had already been resolved?? Have not had my money refunded. Paid for nothing and basically told to get lost.

Uber Eats has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I ordered from Portland Burger here in Portland specifically because the app clearly advertised a two-for-one deal, but when my order arrived, that deal was not honored at all. Even worse, when I tried to get a refund or any kind of resolution, I was basically stonewalled and told my money couldn’t be refunded. The whole experience felt misleading and unfair, like the promotion was just bait to get the order placed with no accountability afterward. Between the missing deal and the refusal to make it right, this left a really bad taste in my mouth, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the lack of customer support.

Past couple times I have ordered through Uber eats. I have gotten a notification that my delivery driver has to make another stop before coming to me with my food. Every time this has happened my food has been freezing cold and sometimes hard and or rubbery. With the amount of fees that you guys make people pay is not possible that I have to throw out this much food. I can't microwave everything. And I'm not paying $25 to microwave something.

It happened quite frequently that the food order was repeatedly delayed: arrival 10:30 PM -> 10:45 PM -> 11:00 PM -> 11:15 PM -> 11:30 PM... and then... the order was canceled. This is the biggest rip-off company. I've never ordered from them again. Absolutely outrageous!

I paid for priority delivery. I watched the driver deliver another order first which resulted in my food being soggy. I asked for a refund for the fee and Uber Eats customer support lied and said I got my order first and refused the refund.

Warning everybody who’s ordering food from this app if they tell you that you’re gonna get something free decline it because we ordered food from them and they offered some free chicken fingers and end up making the bill higher than expected which is very unprofessional and should never happen to anybody

Very disappointing experience. The driver was delayed for a long time, did not respond to messages, and customer service was not helpful at all. My order arrived extremely late with no proper explanation. This needs serious improvement.

I placed an order for delivery and realize that they placed the order with a location that was literally an hour and a half from my home when there is a location 20 minutes away because they were featuring the farther location. I canceled my order within 17 seconds which they confirmed and yet I was still charged for the order and then they refuse to continue to place the order back through and deliver the food although I was charged for it!!!
