My orderer was delivered late, and 2 items were then left inedible. I was given a credit for the being late and when I asked for a credit for the food was told I was already given a credit. The credit didn't even cover the cost of one of the food items. We pay higher fees and delivery cost, more for the food for it to be this poorly managed. When I spoke to customer service they were no help and kept stating I was already credited. Not even to my card but on their app so my only choice is to use the service again.
