Worst food delivery company in existence. Food arrived cold and took twice as long as it was supposed to. Customer service refused to give any money back. Will never use them again.

I’d give a zero if I could. Worse customer service experience made worse by completely ignoring emails. The order was cancelled directly with the merchant first since it was routed to the wrong location. The merchant confirmed he would not make the order and advised us to cancel through the app which we did. Contacted customer service and keep getting a response stating that since order was already prepared so they could not cancel. This is completely false. The response is pre generated and doesn’t address the concern, can’t speak with a live agent. Bottom line, this is theft. I will never use their service again and will discourage others from doing so. Reached out through chat and email and most remained unanswered or with the “sorry, we can’t cancel since the order was prepared”…

Made my first order ever on Uber Eats today and my Big Mac was missing. Tried contacting Uber Eats and all they say is that they’re working on it. They finally get in contact with me and ask for a picture and I’m like how do I take a picture of a missing item? Now my coworker is left starving and our lunch break is over. Very disappointed in both Uber Eats and McDonald’s. #ubereats #mcdonalds #wearestarving

Terrible service.. Was supposed to get a refund and I never received... Order arrived 1 hour late and I gave it back to the uber eats driver cause everything was cold and soggy! Stay away from them and use door dash and skip... Better service and pricing!

I am appalled by this delivery service. My family and I paid for food that never arrived, and the delivery person never called or responded when I tried to contact him. Claiming an order was delivered when it clearly was not is nothing short of a scam. If the driver had actually come, leaving the food at our door would have been simple - but we received nothing. This is not an isolated incident; recent reviews show the same problem happening repeatedly. This company is taking advantage of its customers and then trying to cover it up with generic excuses. I strongly advise caution - this service cannot be trusted at all!

I was refunded when I didn't want to be and still charged full then when I tried to get help no one would help me I ended up having to call the merchant who was very understandable and was able to receive a refund. The Uber eats help line was incredibly rude and frustrating. Do not use.

A dasher name Ashley was handling my order and their mapping system looks really confusing she didn't even know my location.She is the dasher she suppose to know.She never delivered my items to my home.When I called one of the representatives of Ubereats said a refund is owed to me but when I looked at the chat the person believe the dasher instead of me.The dasher didn't deliver my items because she did know my location and they want to keep $65.34.They just customer forever.

Uber eats are a bunch of thieves. The restaurants and the drivers work together and claim they waited or tried to make contact with you but they never do. So they just steal your food

My order never arrived. I was tracking it and the app said it was delivered and then my order disappeared from the screen. When I finally reached customer services I was told my order could not be traced to where it had been delivered. Very unreliable service Do not reccommend!!!!

Poor service, paid 10$ for driver tip a d nobody accepted it. Had to pick it up. For ANOTHER 10$..... that's right- PAID more to drive there and pick up my own food! AI bot sucks

More recently have doubled taxi fares whilst wait times have gone up…food delivery is no better keeps swapping drivers and ultimately end up with cold food with the most pathetic customer service who just give generic responses and refuse to refund…might be time to give up on them and boycott the company completely so they change their ways

Uber eats sucks , has some one who works in hospitality the service is horrible , driver stole my food. I called CS and sent 15min on hold for the agent to hang up my call while I was speaking I hope this company goes under for the way they treat customers

We use Uber several times per week. Today our good was delivered to Wells Fargo bank !!!! Instead to our house. I called the Uber driver - does not speak a word in English nor understand anything. Can’t even say which WF branch he delivered the food. Uber has no live person, just the worst AI. “Uber system” decided that we are not getting the refund. If I can give negative stars I would do it.

I had possibly the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. TL;DR Placed an order at one price with discount code. Was charged more than double that amount. Customer service have refused to provide a resolution and no longer reply to my polite requests for my complaint to be escalated. Search the reviews here and on trust pilot for "discount" and you'll see this has happened to lots of users. I placed an order for a grocery delivery with a £15 off voucher that they have been ramming down my throat for at least a year. I finally decided I would give it a try. My basket was filled and the final total with the £15 discount and the promotions on the products came to £12.61 (Or somewhere in that region). I confirmed my order and thought that would be the final payment amount or possibly with a slight adjustment if any items were unavailable. After the order had been delivered the total had more than doubled to £26.34! With the £15 discount applied! All of the individual promotional discounts had been disregarded despite all of them being shown on the order confirmation page where the final total was £12.61. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed the total would be adjusted once the money had finally come out of my account. That did not happen. Each time I contacted them I got a different person and they each sent me the receipt and marked the problem as "resolved". I've kept at them to actually investigate my problem rather than disregard and treat me like a simpleton who can't read a receipt! I will be cancelling my Uber One membership and never using Uber Eats again. I advise other people to do the same. Seek out any of their competitors as they are all better than this mess of a company.

I had a justifiable disbute with concrete evidence which I was suppose to receive a full reimburstment. But, my experience with Uber Eats customer service who represents the company as they repeat policy word for word. It was frustrating, disappointing, and not resolved. I conclude that Uber Eats lack intergrity and is dishonest. And, they sole goal is to keep your money regardless of the evidence of they made an error. I want Uber Eats to be investigated because I am positive that many others has had similar experiences. I will be willing to be on a class action law suit against Uber Eats. I now Rate Uber Eats 2. It has been a convenient resource yet they have abused their monopoly franchise which is sad.

Contacted Uber Eats regarding a current order. We ordered three meals, an appetizer and a bowl of soup. Each item was marked up $10-$12.00 above the restaurant menu price. I understand your a business and need to make a profit but that's extreme price gauging!! I contacted customer service twice and both times they could care less to assist me. Never again. Customers beware

Absolutely awful customer service refused to cancel an order that I placed mistakenly with a restaurant too far away. I called the restaurant myself three minutes after I placed the order and they stopped making it, but Uber eats kept trying to send the order through and sent two drivers there to pick up my order, even though that it had been already canceled I had to call Uber eats directly and even then they gave me a hard time. Never again. GrubHub take my money.
