This is the worst experience I’ve had. I placed an order and the entree I wanted ended up being unavailable. I had 10 minutes to decide if I wanted to cancel it or add a different item. There was still 6 minutes left, I didn’t want anything else from
The restaurant so I went back hoping for my option to cancel was still there and it wasn’t. It was gone. I do not believe it is fair when I still had 6 minutes to decide. The only thing left was a brownie and sprite but I still got charged a cancellation fee of 8.10$. I called support, they said they couldn’t give me a refund and hopes that I understand. I politely said I don’t and would like to Speak with someone else. He said that a supervisor would tell me the same thing and I said that was fine I still would like to speak with them. I was not rude, I was not cursing. He told me that my issue was resolved and that he will have to hang up on me and he sure did. Not sure where this guy is from. But his name is Walter. No help what’s so ever. Worst customer service ever.
