Their app sent my delivery to the wrong address. I've made numerous attempts to contact the driver. He didn't speak English. Their customer support was non existent. Kept sending g me automated messages "thank you for your order". Mo live support available. And they charged me for "returned items". Horrible service, ugly app.

I ordered 1 pizza but somehow another pizza appeared... So i placed the order only to find a huge amount deducted... I emediately cancelled the order but I was not given any refund... They said the inconvenience fee was exactly the amonnt I paid for the both pizza apparently. Deleted my account details emediately.

Worst company ever. They get the order wrong and take no blame. No reorder and the chat waste your time with foreigners that can't help. Leaves you hungry and wastes your time.

I ordered groceries. Received damaged vegetables, received different bagels and sandwich was not even close description, size from picture. I have questioned customer service. Customer rep said pictures is for just illustration. If I want to complain, I have to contact the store to complain. Refused to discount or refund. Gave me $1.16 for bananas and peppers.. They are just a joke.

After a long day working paid for priority delivery only to chase up 4 different drivers who cancelled my order 1.5 hours later! The restaurant confirmed they had picked up food ages ago. The chat was useless automatically reply thanks for your feedback ahah! That's it

I understand things go wrong with orders but I am shocked that when you order through UberEats, they decide to not refund for an item that is inedible. I order a dinner for 4 people from Stonehouse. We had not problem with the delivery but when we opened it, we were a little disappointed with some aspect on the meal but brushed it off an until we got to dessert. One of the four dessert (sticky toffee pudding) was as hard as a rock. My daughter tried to use her spoon and then I picked it up with my hands to tear it but it wouldn’t even crumble, it was a rock. When talking to the restaurant they said sorry and to contact uber directly for a refund. Well they said. “We’ve reviewed your account and considered many factors when coming to this decision. We’ll be unable to provide any adjustments.” I asked them again to review the issue but same response, like an automated AI response. I won’t be going through UberEats anymore if I can help it, because I have never raised any issue before, other than not receiving items when getting groceries.

Company is absolute trash. Every time I use them there’s something wrong. Food missing. Drinks forgotten. Last one was a $100 order and pictures clearly showed all drinks missing. Only half the order actually made it. They refunded me $3. Never again. This never happens with Grubhub as they have way better policies in place. Uber eats is the bottom of the barrel.

Uber charged me for an order and it was never delivered, order was made at 11:05pm and it said order completed at 11:14pm, Uber refused to follow up with the restaurant and said they will not refund me, I contacted them several times and they refused to refund or follow up. And this is not the first time, several times the delivery person would forget to get my drink or desert and Uber would not redund me, but this time its the whole order 24.39$ + 4$ ordered from Dominos pizza. It was a very frustrating and humiliating experience I will not be dealing with uber or instacart again! Not even uber rides! Worst customer service! they will charge you and never deliver your food! Fraudulence and negligence and poor customer service.

The experience was fricken awful! A grocery item was unavailable, the driver hadn't left the store, so I had time to replace it. Uber Eats has NO WAY to remedy this! You can't change/ alter the order, communicate with the store, view the communication summary with the store OR ask for help. This is BY DESIGN according to facebook, Reddit and Twitter, and Twitter. Goodbye Uber Eats. Hello Doordash.

I ordered some Burger King. A number four which is a double bacon cheeseburger medium fries medium soda. What I got was a double hamburger plain. There was no ketchup. No bacon no cheese. Nothing I try to get a refund and they told me that I wasn’t Ellie before a refund I uploaded the picture of the hamburger, and they still refuse to give me a refund.

Nonexistent customer support, truly unbelievably bad. Previously used both Uber and UE very regularly but will never use either again based on how bad the customer support experience is.

They won't refund orders for missing items, tried multiple times and they refuse and hang up on me. Stay away, use DoorDash instead

I cancelled my order just a second after an order and Uber eat didn't refund me my money back , they said that the restaurant already Start my order which was $ 56 , I don't know how the start preparing the order in a second, I won't order through them again and I removed their app .

We used uber eats today in eindhoven netherlands...was pathetic experience as delivery came after 2 hrs..there is no customer care number and just list of options in customer help which did not aid the cause...

What is up with uber delivery nowadays !? 1-1.5 hours just to deliver the food that is 10 mins away..! Too many stops along the way even if you pay for priority delivery. Seriously !

I paid for priority delivery, but the driver had a stop along the way. Then they were missing 2 items from my order and Uber says “thank you for the feedback we will try to do better” sort of response. But no refund or clear understanding of what Im saying.

I ordered food from Nothin’ But Soup on Uber Eats, they advertise that they’re open till 11:30 PM and the restaurant waited 35 minutes to tell me that my order was canceled and didn’t give a reason. They don’t even answer the phone. What a crappy, unreliable, inconsiderate Restaurant.
