I rarely have issues with uber eats. However, when I do, they resolve the issue almost immediately.

I have used them many times and many times I would say most times not only do they (the company not the drivers) rip you off but they play games and the food is delivered super late or cancelled after 1 hour after the promised time. If you can pick up the food I would just pick it up.

Never order again. They even don't know how to locate your address. My first order was delivered in wrong address. Try to call them back , a crack head was answered the phone. Actually I never recommend Uber eats for my friends and families. Just stay away. Do not waste your time.

Nearly every time I use this service for a meal, the driver takes in 2-3 more orders along with mine. It happened again last night-I ordered a $200 meal…she had 2 other orders too. I received my cold food order 1hr & 45 min later. This is unacceptable. Uber should force a timeframe on when drivers accept an order & when it’s delivered or their pay is affected.

Uber driver delivered to the neighbor's house. The wrong house number is literally in the photo he took. The ghetto neighbor's stole our groceries claiming they don't have them.

DO NOT USE this!!!!!!!! Delivery drivers are a bunch of foreigners who don’t understand English. My order was never delivered and wasted over a hundred dollar. They give no refunds even when it’s not your fault.

This company needs a new system. Their customer service (which I am pretty sure is not based in the US) have zero responsibility. They will close the chat on you after repeating the same apology over and over again. My food was tampered with and they rufused to give me a refund or credit, so I canceled my membership. Get a new CEO!

The driver was on the phone with me as I gave her specific directions! The idiot still delivered never delivered it to our door! Then I used the app to contact her and she never picked up! I even called 813.564.8316 the number she called from. Still no answer. If you guys charge me because this one idiot couldn't follow specific directions, and your system failed to put me in contact with her I better not be charged for this or I'm contacting my credit card company. Please fix ASAP! Order #00888

I reported that the driver left my order at the wrong address and was basically told it was my fault because the instructions were leave at the door. That’s crazy. I got a bunch of scripted answers and no resolution. Poor customer service. At the very least I should have gotten the tip and a partial refund if not a full refund.

I order a product that said 3ct meaning three. It arrived late and I only received one. And the customer service number flat out tells you they don’t take calls anymore. And the delivery fee is x4 as much as the actual item

Paid $57 for a Burger King order and only got $25 worth of food. I was missing the majority of my order. All I got was a drink I didn't order, a burger I didn't order, medium fries, and two cheeseburgers. Uber eats denied a refund even with photo proof. Extremely disappointing and I will be trying to escalate this further.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I’ve used Uber eats three times and twice I’ve had to cancel an order and still got charged for them. The first when I was in contact with the driver and gave him the correct address and he still couldn’t find me and marked it as delivered even though it wasn’t an Uber eats refused to give me a refund since he marked it as delivered. Tonight I reach out to them immediately to cancel due to an incorrect address and was still charged and refused a refund. Do not use Uber eats ever! It is a shot in the dark on whether or not you will get your delivery and if the food would be correct.

First time using it and very dissatisfied. Food arrived an hour late, cold and not edible. I was given $9 for my $35 order. Scam of scams.

I have been using UberEats for a few years now but recently their service has deteriorated so much that I am trying to get their attention in hopes that they will do something about it I wish they had their own complaints section The main complaint is that their delivery is so slow that after 2 hours waiting, the only options I have are cancel the order or pick it up myself They must have a better way check the status and at least offer to find another driver

Go figure. I ordered my food at 3:30PM and the delivery time says 4:52PM. That’s a joke. I don’t think they’ll make it at that time. So like an hour 22 minutes before I get my food and i tried to cancel they said they’ll charge me $18.50 for a $23 meal. So I get $4 back LOL. Is there regulation on this kind of business?

I've ordered a lot through Uber Eats. They have gotten SO BAD. They do nothing for you if the order needs to be cancelled for any reason on their end. So it will be their fault, and all they will do is let you cancel the order and not charge you. Imagine waiting and waiting for an order that ends up NEVER arriving and they just say whoops sorry about that we will not charge you. And that's it. The chat person will just leave the chat and you don't have an option to talk to someone helpful. They will just keep repeating themselves. I persisted and finally got a small credit to my account. My head is spinning right now with how bad the experience is. I could not recommend this company any less. If i could give zero stars I would.

Food took 1.5 hours and then was missing items. Uber did nothing to resolve the issue and I highly recommend using other food deliver services. Mistakes happen but you need to be accountable for them and refund people for poor quality and service.

Every restaurant on instalation has Uber eats as delivery, and every restaurant delivers to me except that Greenville Michigan Taco Bell. Their drivers have an option to pick if they want to deliver or not, and 9 times out of 10 they will not. I am so sick of ordering tacos, waiting 2 hours and then have them cancel the order.
