What is up with uber delivery nowadays !? 1-1.5 hours just to deliver the food that is 10 mins away..! Too many stops along the way even if you pay for priority delivery. Seriously !

I paid for priority delivery, but the driver had a stop along the way. Then they were missing 2 items from my order and Uber says “thank you for the feedback we will try to do better” sort of response. But no refund or clear understanding of what Im saying.

I ordered food from Nothin’ But Soup on Uber Eats, they advertise that they’re open till 11:30 PM and the restaurant waited 35 minutes to tell me that my order was canceled and didn’t give a reason. They don’t even answer the phone. What a crappy, unreliable, inconsiderate Restaurant.

I ordered from Uber Eats and the food never came. However, they claimed it did. The driver never sent a picture and he blocked me when I tried to call him. Then I had to go through three different Chat representatives. They tried to claim my food had been delivered, and then admitted that the driver’s picture was of another order on another street. They FINALLY refunded my money.

They said the deal was to buy one, get one. I bought one pizza assuming I would get the same pizza for free. No it was 30 pizza, I contacted uber eats, and they told me i was supposed to put two pizzas on there, to get the buy one, get one free deal. I told them it didn't say put 2 pizzas in the cart and 1 will be free! you buy one Pizza. You'll get 1 free. It didn't say buy 2 pizzas, and one will be free.

Uber eats is terrible. 90% of the time your order is incorrect, which is just crazy to me considering they charge you like 3 times the price e of what the restaurant actually charge. Then when you get the wrong order and ask for help half the time they tell you there is nothing they can do. There is no customer service and the business is terrible.

Weird charge on my credit card for $175 and no receipt emailed to me as they do with every charge. Their “customer service” is a joke and you can’t email or speak with anyone on th e phone. Apparently my account is linked to another user, which I never authorized. This is my second horrible experience with ubereats and I’m done with them! I’ve never had an issue with SKIP. When their is an issue, they have excellent customer service and get the issue and a refund processed very quickly!

Uber eats is a thief. I accidentally ordered two family meals instead of one. As soon as I paid and realized it, I canceled the order immediately. On my Uber eats app It said that my order was canceled. I re-ordered one family meal and was charged for that. One family meal was delivered. I was charged for the order that was canceled and for the order that I received. When I contacted, Uber eats, the customer service agent said that there was nothing that they could do because the order was already processed. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there was not a manager available to speak with. She said there was nothing I could do since I already placed the order even though it was canceled on the app. I was charged for two meals I didn’t receive. This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had from a food delivery service. I usually only order from DoorDash, but this restaurant was not available on DoorDash. Whenever I have any issues with DoorDash, they immediately credit me back whether the wrong item was sent or if an item was missing. I will never order from Uber eats again.

We are disappointed to report that UberEats has been withholding our sales revenue since 2024. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via email and phone, we have received no response. As a result, we have now engaged legal counsel to recover our funds. We find this situation unacceptable and disgusting!

Worst food delivery service ever! They cheated me out of a bogo deal today with Hudson Grille. The chatbot customer service is a joke. They are scared to actually speak to customers over the phone. Do Not Use This Service for Food delivery. You will be sorry.

I will never use this service again! My driver marked on her end that my food was delivered and it was not! The original person who called me and stated he was at the restaurant picking up my order ended up taking my food, marking on his end to change to another driver, and when the lady went to get it, she was told it was already picked up. They have to do better and hire qualified/honest employees.

Impossible to reach an agent. Hours later my order has not arrived and apparently restaurant lost it, but I can't cancel unless I agree to be charged for something I didn't receive

Be wary of Uber Eats fraudulent “Priority Delivery” option. When I questioned multiple representatives on the chat feature, all confirmed this option was available to have the driver deliver an order with priority and no stops made after pickup. As evidenced by the screenshots below, my driver made multiple stops after picking up my food. My order was cold and soggy after being held for approximately an hour before delivery. My simple request was for Uber Eats to remove the “Priority Delivery” charge. Even with the attached proof, my request was denied because they couldn’t see that driver was in “batch delivery”. This is a blatant misrepresentation in order to pocket more fee’s without actually fulfilling their promise. To say I am disappointed with their integrity is an understatement. This is not a customer focused business.

Uber Eats are thieves and have horrible customer service. The delivery person arrived at my door with someone else's order. I never did receive my order, but they refused to give me a refund. From what I've heard from other Uber Eats customers, they have been denied refunds for orders not received.

Im giving one star because that's the lowest you can put in. I ordered from Nothing Bunt Cakes in Cedar Park Tx. The driver got to the business before they opened and canceled the delivery. I had prepaid a $9 tip, that was not refunded, this is the same as stealing money. I called the driver and he didn't speak English. No offense but when in the customer service business you need to be able to communicate with your customers. I will never use this service again. I will share .y experience with my friends and family. Money taken with no service provided!

They delayed my food delivery and kept pushing it out for almost 2 hours. Apparently , they had given my driver other orders to deliver including mine which caused a huge delay in my food and I had to cancel and they refused to refund me or give me a location to pick up the food from

Uber Eats is excluding some of my local restaurants from its 40% coupon promotions. I asked your Facebook employee about how to resolve this yesterday, but was blown off. And now today that person is ignoring me. I don't know if it's the same employee answering this page from day-to-day, but the 'page' has a lot of 'likes' for places in just one location (that of Chicago), so it almost seems to be a personal user's account instead of a face for Uber Eats. Anyway, I don't know if Uber's Facebook employee is just having a bad day, but taking it out on the customers like this has earned you this negative review, and I am considering cancelling my account.

Did an order from McDonald’s. And McDonald’s didn’t put an item in the bag. So I reported it to uber eats and they say they couldn’t refund that item! I just paid for something I didn’t receive! Uber eats you’re a joke! I’m going back to DoorDash. At least they make their costumers happy!
