“They have the worst delivery in the world. They should not allow people to pick up more than 3 orders.. who's want to eat cold food after paying $20-$30 dollars for food then you complain and customer service does nothing at all I am done with them”

“I ordered Culvers and was missing an item. I let the driver know it wasn't here, but he had me double check, when I did and went out to tell him, he was gone already and now I am dealing with no refund, only $2, but I paid $6. Make it make sense! I do NOT recommend Uber eats!!!!! Horrible service!!!! I even tipped the delivery double, and it was the worst! Never again!”

“Uber Eats is a terrible business and they are thieves. I placed an order this evening. I received a message that it was delivered but it wasn’t. Waited 30 minutes to chat with customer service but finally Googled their customer service number. They said the driver tried to notify me — had my phone on me the entire time and received no notification or call from the driver. They said they would not reimburse me even though they couldn’t actually verify that the driver tried to contact me and even though I didn’t actually receive an order I paid for. I paid $30 for absolutely nothing! Do not support this despicable business.”

“I’m pretty sure they just removed my one star review that explained in detail how they randomly switched my order to one that is several cities away from me even though the restaurant I ordered from is still open? Horrible wretched company and app. They still charged me after I canceled since I am unwilling to drive 45 minutes when the store 5 minutes from me is open and accepting orders”

“Uber Eats is terrible- placed an order at 8:30 to be delivered by 9:10pm. Then notified it would not be delivered until 9:50. Wanted to cancel the order for being so late & told I would still be charged. This is the 3rd time uber eats has messed up. This is why I use DOORDASH! Never again!”

“Order took over two hours to arrive and food was cold. No option to refund. When you click ‘Help’, it just gives you some automated passive-aggressive explanation. No actual help or customer service. Then, when I thought about it, this wasn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience with this app, far from it. Won’t be using it anymore.”

“Kfc arrived cold. Uber tried to blame kfc when it was clearly the delivery driver at fault. Gave a £4 off our next order voucher but we cannot not use it as I won't be touching the company again. Customer service is rubbish”

“They are a joke I ordered McDonald's one meal was 10.69 and the other meal was 10.29 I was charged 3 dollars and change for taxes and 5 dollars and change for delivery I will never use them again I don't have these problems with door dash”

“First time using the app and created a duplicate order in error. Cancelled as soon as I could find a cancellation option in the app. Was still billed for the duplicate order but was never given the option to still receive the order since I was paying and additional $39 for it anyway. Customer service sucked when I reached out. Wouldn't answer my question and they disconnected the chat. No wonder their ratings are so low.”

“I would always order Uber Eats when my car broke down, never had any issues until one driver decided to pick up multiple order causing mu delivery time pushed back and she canceled my order after picking up my food and told me to re order and they would automatically refund my money which they did not”

“I order 3 things from taco bell and I never got it for the 3rd time becuz they kept on changing the delivery person. I cancel my order and they still gave it to someone else. I will never order anything on this app ever again.”
