Its bad enough your food comes to you in terrible condition bit this fool here he stole $50.00 worth of food and uber don't want to give my money back said they hire anyone he stole my food.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not care about their customers at all. No resolution to an order being over and hour late and coming cold and stale!! Go with door dash instead. Over zero compensation and took then DAYS to get back to me.

Uber eats is a very sorry excuse for a company. I order through Firehose subs which uses Uber eats and on Nov 1 2025 I place my order the delivery driver showed up with the wrong order I ordered one salad and what he gave me was a bag full of food 3 sandwiches 3 bags of chips and 3 bottles of soda. I immediately informed the driver that the order was incorrect and could he please go back and get my order, He looked at me and stated no I am not going back so I asked him you got your money for delivering my food correct and he said yes but still refused to go get my food. So he basically stole my money and the peoples order that he tried to give me and I ended up having to go get my own food. I reached out to Uber eats and they asked me for the order number and the store I ordered through I gave them the information they asked for and lord and behold of course that can’t find my order. Imagine that, My advise is to stay far away from this company and their drivers they are a bunch of thieves stealing our money and stealing food. BEWARE I am filing a formal complaint with the better business bureau because this is so ridiculous! If I could give less than one star it would be definitely and huge 0.

My order was very late, contacted Ubereats helpline, they gave credit of £5.17 as a sorry for delay. The delivery guy arrived much later after that. His behaviour was weird. Asked me to take my food bag from his bag. Kept his distance like he was going to catch something. When I took my food bag, I realised it was not my order. I had ordered from Chai wala, he came with Popeyes. He would not take it back and just walked away. Got in touch with Uber online help. Far as they were concern the driver said he delivered and there was nothing more they were going to do, order did not get replaced or refunded. They are cheating you out of money.

The food was cold and the chicken was tough like it’s been sitting there all day. The fries were soggy. The only thing hot was the gravy on top of the mash potatoes. I am very disappointed. Never again

they keep the delivery and service charge whether the order is correct or not! they have a limit to when you can get a refund. this company only cares about profit this company is one of the worst i’ve ever had to deal with. they forget customer service this will come back and haunt them! STOP USING UBER

My recent order of £53.38 through Uber Eats never arrived. The driver delivered my food to a completely different address, and when I called him, he said “it’s not my problem” and just left. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. The restaurant even called me directly and confirmed they contacted Uber Eats to approve a full refund. Yet, Uber Eats closed my case saying the driver “tried to contact me and left the order in a safe place” — which is completely false. I called him, not the other way around, and there was no delivery at all. Uber Eats’ customer support refused to help and kept closing my case without resolving it. Very disappointed — I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience showed zero accountability. If this is how they treat customers when drivers make mistakes, I’ll think twice before ordering again.

Uber eat company is big scam in uk they are not customer care number to talk when u go throw app they will not respond u i had so many issue with food but last one German doner east ham they send me beef doner when i have order chicken one all the illegle delivery person working with uber they dont feel same for what they are doing

Today 11/4/25 I ordered through uber eats and didn’t get my food 2xs the first time the driver didn’t spoke any English and delivered my food somewhere else. The second time I reordered my food and the second driver came knocked 2xs when it states to leave food at door. Driver ended up taking my food with her and stated she delivered it. Can’t get in contact with anyone. This seems like a company that is just scamming people out. Allowing criminals and non-English people to work for them. If it was a 0 I would put 0

My groceries were delivered by Razwan, but several items were missing from my order. I was really disappointed because I expected everything I paid for to arrive. The driver didn’t mention anything about missing items, and I had to check the bags myself to find out. I’ve since reported the issue, but this experience has made me lose confidence in the delivery service. I hope they improve their accuracy and communication in the future. These uber drivers rake items out of the bags. I rang the store Al Halal on 146 woodhead rd Bradford BD7 they gave me the name apologised and said to come pick the missing items up. Uber eats need to look at who they are recruiting and make sure they are trustworthy.

I paid almost $50 for my food from Popeyes on Sublett in Kennedale,TX. They sent me old cold chicken, greasy mac & cheese, left my red beans & rice off two of my orders, and Uber eats acts as if it’s my fault for the inconvenience. They credited me $2.00.. I will NEVER ORDER anything through Uber Rats again! This was my 3rd time. Everyone it’s always something with ordering through this servicer!

Charged me twice for one order now my bank account is in the negative . I didn't find out until my job sent a message saying that my bank rejected the deposit and I went to check and yea so now I have to wait 2-3 weeks for my paycheck in the mail ubereats is so bs I'm done using them

I placed an order with a promotion, and I saw my receipt, and it said the total was six fifty three or something.And then I would should add my tip. I live in a townhouse and I noticed I my correct address.So I sent the driver a message that I lived in unit e and I kept waiting and waiting.And then I got this message that he was at unit a, well, he did turn up at my door and he spoke not one word of english, not one.And I was having a problem because my receipt said fifteen dollars and something.And yet, I agreed 26 dollars and fifty eight cents.It's a total mess.A total mess. Will never order from uber.Eats again everIt's they're, they're done I mean, it wasn't just one mistake.It was one right after another.On a very simple order from arby's.

If I could give a review of less than 1 star, I would. I texted the driver twice to confirm my address as the pin system would not acknowledge the correct address. I received a text acknowledging my address correction but the driver delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted the driver to ask about my food, they simply texted back to me the address where the food had been delivered. No apology and no response when I requested they go retrieve the food and deliver to the correct address. Uber eats did provide a partial refund, but kept an $11 dollar service fee as well as the 15% tip that I had foolishly added when I made the order. So, never again. They provide terrible service.

I am very hesitant to ever complain about a company that I feel is putting forth an effort to serve the public. But Uber eats has tipped me over that edge. I live in New Mexico and we have door dash here. I have never yet had an issue with them after maybe 8 deliveries. HOWEVER, the very first time that I hire Uber Eats for my elderly parents who live in another state, the food is NEVER DELIVERED! It seems that they have an almighty pin system that tells them that when the pin is entered by the person ordering that all is well and there could never be any conceivable reason for a refund. They don’t care that your elderly parents don’t use smart phones and the only pins they use are safety pins. So I watched my phone that day and I see Jason our driver on my parents street in his car and I enter the pin. Then the food never shows up. Did Jason deliver to the wrong address? I doubt that because they know most of their neighbors and they would not be dishonest and accept something that was not intended to be theirs. My guess is that Jason probably received the pin, ate the food, kept the generous tip and just kept on driving. Even worse is that the HELP people at Uber eats are anything but helpful. I received the same canned response, auto populated I’m sure, several times before I phoned them. They would not budge on anything, even though their driver never sent a picture of the delivery and did not hand deliver as I asked on the order. Meanwhile, my parents no longer trust this crazy system and I don’t blame them. My 97-year-old dad waited at the door for the driver for an hour when I gave him the delivery time. He was pretty worked up and upset over something that should’ve been a treat for them. There are several of us children that live out of state and we were planning to do this on a weekly basis. He no longer wants to be a part of it. What a sad story. Uber eats you could’ve made this situation so much better by listening and understanding the frustration that we felt. People make mistakes, but this is totally unacceptable. We have a very large family and you have lost the business of many people. Is this worth the seventy dollars that you refused to refund me?
