Customer service sucks, food arrives late, cold and hard and can't get a refund. Drivers are rude, Uber eats customer support sucks bad!!

If I could give you a 0 star I would. Your service is terrible and you hire people who steal food and then you don’t give the proper refund. I’m deleting this app and sticking with DoorDash.

There is zero support staff, no number to call or have man to connect with. I did not get my $40 order. Your chat bot giving me $5 in Uber Cash isn’t a refund or replacement. I just wanted my order. Instead they robbed me and gave me $5 for my next order.

Very late all the times, Drivers don’t respond to calls or texts. When order is late the system won’t let you leave a review.

They not dependable. Drivers cancel orders often leaving customers stuck if they are on a limited time.

I’ve been a loyal Uber Eats customer for a long time, ordering almost daily or weekly, but my last experience left me very disappointed. I updated my delivery address before placing an order, yet the system still sent my food to an old address where I no longer work. When I tried to cancel, I was charged anyway. I reached out to customer service, hoping they would understand, but instead I was treated rudely, constantly cut off, and dismissed without being heard. I ended up paying for food I never received, even though the mistake came from Uber Eats’ system not initiating the address change properly. The policy and customer service response were both extremely unfair. Because of this, I’ve stopped using Uber Eats altogether and now use DoorDash and SkipTheDishes instead. Their platforms feel more reliable, and I don’t feel mistreated as a customer. Uber Eats needs to improve its app so address changes actually save properly, and most importantly, train their customer service staff to listen and treat customers with respect. Loyal customers shouldn’t be punished for technical errors they didn’t cause.

Terrible company will never do business again listing places that arent even in close proximity to my home. I unsuspectingly chose one where even if I tipped the 40 dollar order total would of been tough to pick up. Instantly cancelled less than 5 mins, now I have to dispute it with my CC company.

Worst Company Experience – Robbed by Uber Review Title: Worst Company Experience – Robbed by Uber I will never use Uber again. I ordered through their app, cancelled within one minute, and yet 30 minutes later they still charged me. I called customer support, and they told me it was “policy” and that nothing could be done. I called the store directly, and they confirmed it was Uber’s fault. In the end, I was robbed of $40 with no solution, no accountability, and a customer service rep who seemed perfectly fine with that outcome. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve deleted every Uber app from my phone, and I will never use them again. They clearly value money over people, and I’ll make sure to share this experience every chance I get.

Horrible! Restaurants that fill orders wrong or are just horrendous refer you to UberEats which is impossibly to get a hold of. No longer will be using my them for any delivery, including the restaurants themselves.

My meal arrived missing an item. There isn’t a person u can speak to so I immediately reported it through my order. They responded next day and told me to follow up with restaurant. I didn’t pay restaurant, I paid uber eats and told them to reimburse the $4 item. They wanted a picture so I sent them a pic of bill and empty containers.. can’t send a pic of an item that never arrived. They reimbursed me $2 and closed the ticket saying it was resolved. I opened another ticket and said not resolved cuz u didn’t reimburse the amount u took for an item u did not deliver. They said sorry more than 48 hours can’t help u. I tried again and same response. Completely unethical, stay away. Taking money for things u don’t deliver is fraud.

We ordered AT the restaurant and made a mistake. Restaurant told us to cancel and reorder, so we did. It was a 2-for-1 offer on Ubereats, or we would have just ordered from the restaurant. Uber eats double charged us. They had terrible, terrible customer service when we contacted them and couldn’t give me any advice, solutions, anything.

We did not get our 2 orders of food so we wrote to uber eats , they said we would be refunded but they refunded us less then half our money, thieves!!!!

I waited for an hour for the restaurant to close and not get my food. Absolutely horrible customer service. If they have no way to deliver your food they should tell you in advance.
