Unless you pay for priority they'll skip you even though your order drop off location is literally on the way. Changes from 20-25 min all the way up to 45v min

Terrible, never use them. Wait an hour for food then told to meet driver downstairs. No one shows up then connect to driver and he hangs up on me. Their solution is a credit for the food that never came good luck eating a credits

The support line is absolutely awful. you basically have to beg the company to get an actual person to help if something’s going wrong. it’s an awful company but honestly most of the delivery companies are. i wish there was an ethical delivery company that wanted to compete.

I was hoping I’d find a food delivery service that actually did its job, but I’m just disappointed. I ordered my dinner last night and it came with a free sub so I got the turkey when I opened it, it was spoiled, it smelled awful. I looked up the two phone numbers to call Uber eats but neither one of them accepts calls. So I went to the app and tried to do a chat. It tells me to choose which order I’m chatting about, but when I try to choose it, there’s nothing there to choose so that doesn’t work. And then went another way through a manager and it told me to enter my four digit code, but it never gives me a code. I tried nine times. I’m afraid Uber eats the scamming people

Drivers get stuck in traffic, super long and delayed and then bring you food that soggy or milkshakes that are hot and melted and then they say that because it was delivered they don't want to give you a refund. Or they deliver to the wrong place and take a picture of the food sitting on a table in the wrong place, and then they say that the food was delivered. Yet it never gets in your hands. I had food sent to a big hospital. There's a south building and a north building. God knows where they delivered it, but they didn't follow the instructions that I gave which was to come to the north tower and go to the sixth floor. Never got the food and made a complaint and they told me it's not qualified to get a refund. Go figure. I will never use them again.

absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced from the corporate end of uber. I had my card stolen from me and used on uber. they at first were being helpful untill it came time for me to provide information and proof of the transaction. they couldn't wait more then 3 minutes for me to get the info they requested before trying to push it off on my bank. and then loging off of the chat. that's the other thing. where the hell is a phone number to call and dispute this charge!!!!

Terrible customer service. Got off work, ordered food from a restaurant 15 mins away. I didn't want to drive anymore after working 14 hrs and I didn't have much to eat at the house. Well 2.5 hrs after I ordered, I got my food. It was very cold, hamburger bun was soggy, nuggets were gross. I don't blame the restaurant because they had the food waiting. Even though my order arrived after the "latest arrival time" (it arrived after midnight) Uber Eats gave me $14 credit back, I contacted support wanting a full refund as the food wasn't edible. They offered an additional $15. I then reassured I wanted my $65 back. Then they reverted back to "we already gave you $14 credit back on your account and can't do any more". So I backpedalled and requested the additional $15 they offered on top of my $14 already refunded. Now they are stonewalling me and I'm screwed out of $51 for food I couldn't even eat 2.5hrs after I ordered. I will never use Uber eats again.

I made several complaints about an… I made several complaints about an order not arriving last night, the food still didn't turn up. Then it was marked as completed by the system! Still no food! I tried ringing the restaurant 8 times and the number dialled out Uber now won't refund me my money

The delivery driver called my place of employment crying and said I was rude. I explained I usually collect my food in the foyer this was the only words ex changed. The delivery person has since left a full page negative review on my company's website I have witnesses who have stated they observed no rudeness. Only the change of food and a code. I hope the young delivery driver is ok!

This is my first and last time using Uber Eats. Not only did I receive the wrong order and late arrival by the deliver driver, when I call for assistance the staff is absolutely awful. The delivery got lost and never answered his phone. Provide delivery instructions, he struggles to read instructions. When he arrived, it was obvious that the driver did not speak English. When I got into my home, the driver gave me the wrong order. So I contacted their help support to request for a refund. I was given a partial refund and offered to provide the difference of the amount charge as a credit. The difference of the amount was the tip amount. So essentially I was still being charged for the delivery tip. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. As a corporation, Uber Eats has the responsibility to provide a service if the service is not rendered, the customer should not receive a partial payment. The customer should receive a full refund of the same method of payment.

Uber was great. Now app tells customer 15-30 mins and it ends up being an hour or more. Deleting app going with door dash for customer service. See ya bye!

I ordered food, and within two minutes cancelled it due to the arrival time. I would have been home by the delivery time. Then I went on a trip out of the country, when I got back I saw an email it still charged me for my food I cancelled. And because it had passed two days before I complained they would not credit me or give me a credit. I use Uber tons! But because they did not do anything about it or understand the situation I will no longer support this business.

I am a delivery driver with Uber Eats! In the past if I had an issue I could call an agent and even speak with a manager if I had an issue, but they have basically taken away any way to for their drivers to get support! Anytime a trip got cancelled for anything not of our fault I could still at least receive some type of compensation in most situations, but now they absolutely will not do anything for you but cancel your delivery, and on top of that the cancellation will count against you as your fault!! They absolutely do not care anymore!!!

Beware and check your bank statement--Uber Eats likes to double/triple charge for orders. I just checked my credit card statement, and they recharged me 2 times this week for an order I placed and paid for 2 months ago. Of course, their Customer Service representative says he cannot help and there is no supervisor available. Only via email chat.

Absolute sad and sorry customer service. The restaurant called and said they didn’t have what we orders. I cancelled the order and Uber Eats charged me the full price. How is this legal and fair. NEVER AGAIN
