Order some items on uber eats from Go Puff. The delivery person said it was delivered, but it wasn’t. Notified Uber Eats about the matter and the only thing they stated was a refund 3-5 days. This isn’t the first time that I had an issue with Uber Eats.

So I just cancelled an order as I believed the restaurant was a "ghost restaurant" as people called it, I cancelled my order right away and was charged to full amount for the order. I spoke to someone and said I would like my money back in full if this is in fact a fake restaurant. I got "transfered" immediately and the response to was 6-12hrs. I don't think I will get my money back at all and I think this so illegal and sketchy off a business to do that.

Ordered from a restaurant on March 22, some items were missing. Uber support asks to send picture of missing items and not telling me how to take picture of missing items. They denied refund and not even responding to my inquiry even after several follow ups

I ordered a couple of days ago and I found hair inside my food. I send them pictures and they refused to refund me. This is unprofessional and inappropriate response as it raises concerns for the health of the customer and hygiene risks. I am going to report them everywhere I can if they don’t resolve my issue.

All I can say I worked uber eats. McDonald's stops breakfast at 1030 am and when working as a driver uber should know that. Nope they don't, so when you get to the restaurant to pick up the order and the restaurant said that they aren't serving breakfast anymore and THE DRIVER HAS TO CANCEL THE ORDER. Uber eats puts it against the driver. So that makes the look bad not uber

There was a delivery person parked outside of my door to deliver food to my neighbor. The driver parked in a fire zone which is marked by signs and red curbs but he parked there anyway . His music was blaring and I asked him to turn it down and he turned it up and flipped me off and drove away. I tried to complain through Uber Eats and they said that they could not help me unless I had my neighbor's phone number which I don't know my neighbor's phone number so I couldn't do anything. So I'm leaving in a review here their drivers are unprofessional.

I placed an order, the agent refused to follow the delivery instructions. He sent a picture saying item was delivered, however I did not receive it and the company refuse to give me a refund. Very poor customer service

Every order I have had the food was cold, stuff was missing. No one is there to help. Drivers take your order then drop it until it's time for the stores to close. Smh now me and my boyfriend is starving bc they haven't even gave the money back.

I ordered from Chipotle in Minneapolis St Paul at the airport for delivery to Hilton at the airport. I put in the hotel address and somehow it self populated to Lynchburg VA. When I tried to call I couldn't get through. So I canceled within 5 minutes to order from the right Chipotle I was charged 27.17 for canceling the order to order it again at the right restraunt . U was going to just go pick It up. Chipotle was 2 miles from my hotel. I feel like they took advantage of me. It still shows the Minneapolis address on my phone but it says order was for Lynchburg. Never could talk with anyone. So I'll never eat at Chipotle or use Uber again. That was the 3rd time I have been took advantage of they never emailed me confirmation and they didn't have time to start the order.

When using uber eats You lose control of your order and your money. If you're order is wrong uber eats will not refund And even if you choose to go to the store to get your order fixed, the store will not honor it. Because you went through uber eats... It's like basically giving your money away and hoping for the best

Uber eats refused to refund $61.00 for an accidental cancellation. I wanted the order! I reordered and paid for food order but was charged $61.00 for canceling and chatted with customer service saying sorry can’t refund the cancellation charge!

The delivery driver did not speak or read English so he could not find my house, even though I order 2+ times a week and never had an issue. The driver canceled my order and I was still charged. When I called customer support they refused to refund my money because it was more than 48 hours. I only waited that long because the charge was pending and I was wrong to think that Uber would do the right thing and not charge my card. I have removed the app and they have lost a loyal customer. Sad.

I love the coveiance of ordering food. But I have been charged multiple times when no order was placed. Then about a week later when there are charges for $9.99 , when nothing is ordered. Not acceptable. Xxxxxx

I had missing items and cold food. I spent $27 they only refunded me $4. They could have at least refunded the full amount for the items I Didn’t receive.

I ordered chicken and ribs from the local bbq restaurant. I received a message via the Uber app that the restaurant was out of both chicken and ribs and gave a phone number to call. I clicked on the number and the person who answered said they were not the best person to talk to but that I should go to the app and cancel the order. I did as they advised and was charged $57.82!! Multiple attempts to explain this on their so called “ customer service” chat did not resolve the issue and at times even the chat bot was rude. The took my money, provided nothing in return and, acted as if it was my fault.

I ordered a BOGO offer for pizza. When the pizza arrived only one was there. I contacted customer support who ?(after waiting 5 minutes) said I only ordered 1 pizza. I relayed that the app does not allow you to only order 1 on the BOGO. It automatically adds 2. Not to mention that they plaster you with reminders about how much you are saving. For over an hour chat reps came and went as they said that they had resolved my issue. No offer of promotion or refund. I asked multiple times to speak to a manager and they flat out said no. I told them this was a terrible experience and that I would like to cancel my Uber One membership, which they happily did. It seems that they don't want me as a customer, good riddance.

First Hi my name is Sean Collopy and i have used Uber eats for a week now and today I had a very horrible experience first my order got delayed and then my order went through two drivers and dashers and the customer didn't offer anything to make up for. I had to then go in my PJ's to grab my dinner and my order was cancelled and i was spoken to rudely. This was highly unprofessional.
