This was the second delivery of food that was marked as delivered but I never received my order. The driver sent me a picture of a construction area and marked it as delivered. I called the store and they told me the food wasn't returned 😒 I reached out to Uber customer service and was told it wasn't "eligible for a refund". Total scam. The drivers aren't held accountable and if they mark it delivered good luck getting a refund.
The only route was to dispute the charge with my bank which I did so right away.
