First time Uber Eats ordered, if I could give negative stars I would. It's always great after a long week of work to splurge on a meal so we don't have to cook. Imagine my surprise when the driver STOLE our meal. I figured something was wrong as the fourth, yes fourth, driver tried to pick up our order. Then Uber Eats cancelled the order. No notice, no apologies, no explanation. I called Carrabba's to ask and learned that the order was picked up on time by the first driver. It took until the 4th calling Uber for them to realize the food was stolen. No contact at all. How nice it was to have to hit a drive thru at 10 pm....thanks Uber Eats! You such. Don't waste your time using them. It's a joke.

Really bad experience. The am a 70 year old disabled woman. I accidentally put the wrong order in for a Chinese delivery. I cancelled right away with the restaurant, the driver,Instacart. I was directed to Uber Eats and no real customer service or phone number. I was charged the full amount of the dinner, as well as 18$ for cancellation.

Always gets our orders wrong, and food cold! They pick-up 3-4 orders at a time and that's why the food is cold AND they mix up the orders. I will stick to Mr Delivery, and never use Uber Eats again. Absolutely disappointing!!

Uber eats took my money canceled my order because my driver sent me a message in a different language I wasn't able to understand it he never came to door never rang my ring camera just canceled my order kept my money this company are thefts

Driver picked the order rather quickly. Then went and sat outside my building for 35 minutes with the order. Received cold and soggy. Uber refused help and well the delivery driver looked a little strung out. I ask for a refund, there was no way I was eating that food. They refused the refund, I trashed the food and paid for it

What a horrible company with too many crappy employees. I have spent good money here but that means nothing to this "business". I've seen their reviews and most of them seems one star. People are getting sick of the hellacious service. People don't like to spend their hard earned money then be ignored. Time for this giant to fall. Or they really need to clean up their act. This "service" is a joke!

Sick of fake waiting times for food from you blokes. Say 10 min wait on app and ends up at least an hour. Ludicrous for the amount it costs for delivery. Fix you game you pricks

I do not appreciate the fact that I cannot speak to a live person for customer service. My order was incorrect, The live chat never even came on there was a message telling me that the issue was already resolved, and I have not received any results so how was it resolved. If I'm spending money with this company I should be able to speak to a person.

I live in a condo building. The driver had the nerve to place my dinner on a bench in front of my building. I did not receive any notifications that he was on his way nor did I receive any calls from him stating he couldn't get into my building. When I went down to pick up the dinner, it was stolen

I’ll be deleting this app for good. There is no accountability. If the driver ruins your food, they blame it on the restaurant. You don’t get a refund AND the driver still gets tipped? The whole app is trash. You don’t f*ck with peoples FOOD!!!!!

I have had quite a few things go wrong with uber over the span of maybe 6 months or so. After so many issues and their unwillingness to honor their mistakes or the mistakes made by the restaurants that they are in business with, I quit using the service. I had, late deliveries, cold food, wrong items and very poor quality food. It had been awhile and they had a good deal of 40% off on a 30 dollar order. I thought I would give it another chance but once again I was so disappointed. The delivery driver's skin was yellow and he looked sick. They sent chicken teriyaki instead of beef. I don't like chicken and the gyoza was dry and hard. They said sorry but can't offer any solution for the poor quality or service. I will never, ever give them another shot. I also encourage people to use door dash as they are champion at resolving any issue. I sent photos and was trying to access to show the poor quality and the chicken instead of beef but can't find them?

UBER Eats is fraud !!!!!! stay clear of them my card was illegally charged for a tip i did not authorize, called for a refund and i was told its not possible !! how come a refund is not possible ?? for an illegal deduction ?? uber eats lacks accountabilty bunch of thieves

This company lacks accountability and blames everything on the merchant and do not properly refund your money back to your account for mistakes. I do not recommend the company bad business. also, they overcharge if you’re honest.

Customer service is a front and useless They do not resolve issues They have it there so they can look good The customer is the last thing they care about I would not want their driver to handle my food

Uber eats has the worst customer service I was charged 105.81 for an order the restaurant or uber don’t even know canceled they let the charge go through my bank talked to my bank and was told uber had not sent a cancellation or refund for that order so talked to uber they said they were done on their end deal with my bank so if you cancel or they cancel check your account

This company is the worst in customer service. I placed a large $200 order and the driver never dropped the order off, nor did they provide a pic with proof of delivery. Several "chats" via app with "customer support" they tell me there is nothing they can do. When I was notified order was delivered, and was not there I contacted support and they connected me with the driver. All the driver could say to me was "No English".....he could not tell me where he left order because he doesn't speak english! I guess that is my fault! I am definate that the driver kept the order for himself as I did see someone stop in front of my house but never got out! So driver had a great dinner and a $25 tip to boot!!! I am contacting my credit card company next.

I had this issue 4 times out of the last 5 order. The food was delivered after 45 mins of collection from the restaurant. It was cold as a rock. When I contacted the customer service, all they said was we will contact the restaurant and look into it but that’s it. I don’t care if you wanna contact the restaurant. Your delivery driver took 45 mins to deliver my food and you are not doing anything about it. Refund me or even offer a discount on next orders. I have been an uber one member for the past 2 years. Cancelling everything and deleting the apps today. You guys destroyed a really nice working company. I would give 0 stars if I could.

1) The order took 1 hour 2) The order never arrived at my address. I provided exact location, pinnned my house and even provided a photo of my front door 3) delivery driver proved he did not delivery by providing a photo that was mapped and taken over a mile from my house. 4) This is theft and a refund and further compensation must be provided immediately.

Specified I had a pea allergy and my dish arrived full of peas. I took a bite that did not contact a pea and my throat swelled so I kept my epi pen handy. I had to throw away the dish. Have been getting apologies from robots for 30 hours when I genuinely intend to press charges and robots won't provide that information. I'm not letting them screw me over again, between them and Uber, and especially not when they literally took my money to poison me.

First time I’ve ordered theough uber eats.. Opened the pizza box and a large cockaroach ran on our table. Disgusting.
