I would leave a No star review if could! First time we have tried a food delivery, we decided on uber eats. Worst thing could of done! The "delivery" was at least 20 minutes longer than we were told ( which was fine... things happen and we understand we are receiving the food without going to pick up) But the food Never showed up!!! we put a refund request in which uber refunded (Great) But They have Still charged the cc for the drivers tip!!!! There is No way that we should have to pay someone for something we Never received!!! Why Uber eats thinks that it is okay to still charge cc when the driver did not do their job! No way should they be paid for not doing the job they are hired for!! Will never use again! Highly doubt that uber eats cares about the overcharging for non performance...... But will let people know that even though you will not receive the food that you pay for, But it will Still cost you Some money even though you Never received the food you ordered! People should Not receive money for non performance!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. After being an active member even prior to Uber One. Uber Eats denied a refund when my order was 2 hours delayed, and pass their own allowed time for delivery. They credited $11 in uber cash on a $57 order. 1. store delayed the order, 2. for over an hour I watched on the app their driver missing every turn making a 20 minute drive into an over an hour trip. I cancelled my uber one membership, not using again. Cudos to their "help" when I asked to speak to a supervisor their rep kept spamming the same scripted message and ended the chat. App also uninstalled.

I’m sure this is fraud!! They tell you a near delivery time …. Then you pay…. Then they don’t find a driver…. So your food sits in the restaurant for an hour… then when you eventually get your food it has to go straight in the bin as it would be dangerous to eat it! Uber Eats are the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with… Their customer services are the most inept I have ever dealt with. Uber Eats do an incredible disservice to the restaurants that they deal with… And I don’t think they care about the damage they’re doing to restaurants.

Driver admitted he tried to deliver to the wrong house, kept the food, and refused to bring it to the correct address. Customer service is terrible and refuses to see the problem with this. Will never be using them again

Worst food delivery service around, charge for food even if it doesn’t show up and uber eats refuses to give a full refund. Use anything else but uber eats, complete joke

My past 2 orders have taken over 1 hr and a half to receive. And the food is cold! I am noticing drivers are Dropping 2 deliveries in one run, so the 2nd one delivery is late and Food arrives cold. This is probably due to the new Priority fee delivery. What used to be one pick up and drop off now has multiple deliveries so the wait is longer. Food isnt any bag to keep it warm either.

Just a heads up driver by the name of Daniel came into hotel and first started staring at me then five minutes later he said I’m a driver with a drop off then he said are you confused I’m like no I’m not but you seem to be he provided no information no room number no name do I can’t help him with just that then he stared again at me he creep me out please talk with him about he is creepy.

My order was stolen and all you guys did was cancel it like that fixes anything 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m still hungry, the driver gets a free meal, and y’all call that customer service?? Do better. This is getting real incompetent.

So I ordered to the wrong address so rant th food outlet and they told me to cancel and re order which I did, food arrived but I was charged twice, I rang food outlet and told them nd they said is it pending which it was, next time I checked I had been charged. Uber would not refund as it was after two days, the uk government should change their terms or ban them from the uk.

My food was delivered absolutely ice cold I didn't get a refund. To most normal people this is essentially stealing. The only thing that will make this remotely better is a full refund. I and any one in my family will never use your service again. I hope to see all of you in the unemployment line. Good riddens.

Uber Eats has become extremely disappointing. Whenever there’s an issue with an order — wrong item, missing item, or damaged food — support is slow and usually refuses to compensate properly. It feels like they don’t value customers at all. Uber One is also a complete scam. You pay every month but still don’t get reliable service or fast support. Switched to Instacart for most deliveries because their service is way better, faster, and they actually fix problems.

Terrible experience, They refused to send me the policy, Had the delivery person walk with my food in freezing weather, If i had know this i would’ve just done it myself, The help line is the worst customer service i’ve ever dealt with by far.

Uber eats is the worst out there . Waited 2 hours for my food . Uber doesn’t let you cancel because the restaurant is preparing , then 2 hours late because of driver issues . In the end you eat cold food and not fresh anymore and 2 hours late and you need to shut up and eat because they not let you cancel.

They left out my desert and driver didn't inspect it before leaving the restaurant. It was a MOD Pizza and a small desert so you know. Not really mad about him not checking the paperwork before he left the restaurant but it,'s BS Uber Eats holds my money for 3 to 10 business days and makes interest off of it then returns it to me, this is fraud period.
