TERRREEIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I literally placed my order a few hours early because I literally made this order for me and my boyfriend for dinner. And I’m going to be home in literally four hours and now the food is going to be unrefrigerated for four hours and I just spent almost $50 on dinner and I tried to update the order so that it got delivered later on one minute later and they said they would charge me the full amount! They didn’t even give me the option for a credit and the restaurant didn’t even prepare the order yet. But the AI bought was confident they were. I called the store. They weren’t. I called customer support. I told them about this and after everything they hang up on me. Needless to say my order is going to be delivered four hours early and there’s nothing I can do about it! I’m an Uber one member I will not be an Uber one member anymore(:

I ordered from a merchant it was the wrong location I immediately started calling merchant to no avail only getting answering service so I immediately cancelled order I never scene any warning that I would not receive a refund so I ordered from correct location next thing I know Uber Eats charged me for cancelled order and added a tip on to the payment and once I contacted customer service they informed me that because merchant received orders a refund would not be available so I reached out to the merchant the merchant stated that they never received my order and they said upon speaking to Uber Eats customer service they assured them that they never received an order from me so they needed to give me a full refund but Uber Eats kept my money and lied about it do not and I repeat do not order food through this app oh and to top it off they blocked me from calling I can only speak with a bot

This is not the first time this is the 10th time in a year ubereats is the worst website to order food on what they don't tell you cuz they have no technological experience when you call in is it you have to use your mouse to scroll up and down to order your food today was the last straw couldn't remember how to order the stupid representative did not help me she hung up on me after all I did was ask her what to do to order my food thank you so much for being there for your customers!!!!!

It's terrible service. I was waiting for 1 hour and try to contact the deliver. He said he's on the way and right the way I got charged from Uber included tip. I was waiting for another 15 minutes. Nothing happens. No order deliver but got charged for tip after all for a bad service ever. It costs me energy and time. I never never order through this app again.

I’ve never experienced worse customer service from a company. Uber Eats makes it very clear that all they care about is taking your money—once there’s an issue, you’re on your own. Every time I’ve had a problem, whether it’s missing items, wrong orders, or charges that don’t make sense, the “support” process is a complete nightmare. They hide behind scripted replies, refuse to take responsibility, and make it nearly impossible to get an actual resolution. Instead of fixing the issue, they stall, deflect, or just close out the complaint. It’s obvious their priority is profit, not customers. A food delivery service should be convenient, but dealing with Uber Eats ends up being stressful, frustrating, and expensive. It feels like they bank on customers giving up so they don’t have to refund or resolve anything. I would not recommend Uber Eats to anyone who values fair treatment or accountability.

They sent a coupon 40% off groceries upto $50 when I ordered from Walmart total $120 including tip and everything. When I received the order they refunded me the $120 instead charged me regular price $178 I called the customer service‌, She was very rude and useless over the phone. Did not help at all. It happened twice. Ao No more uber eats!

Beware of buying gift cards for uber eats - they may already have been redeemed by any random person and you won’t know until you try to redeem it. Uber will do nothing about it - so it seems like they’re getting paid twice for the actual gift card amount.

Just experiencing how useless Uber Eats customer services. I canceled my order after 1min I ordered because I wanted to reschedule the delivery time. They took my money and said they can't refund because the restaurant has accepted the order, and it's not fair for them if they have already prep the food?? I told them it's after literarily one mins I ordered there is no way they have prepped the food.. they couldn't even try to call the restaurant. The girl one the phone just lecturing me not to cancel next time.. WTF... so I had to call my bank to stop the payment. Meanwhile I canceled my membership with Uber Eats right away! Such a scam!

I ordered from Jackd doughnuts and didn't receive any of what I actually ordered Uber don't care that I didn't receive what I actually ordered Jacks decided that they could just give me whatever they wanted to give me and take my money just because it was being delivered. I will never order through Uber eats ever again

Uber Eats is by far the absolute worst delivery service there is. Terrible customer service based out of India. So communication is nearly impossible. Just the same runaround every time. Never a refund like amy other service that makes a mistake or has an issue. Complete waste of money. Don't honor specials. And even when it's listed on THEIR site expect you to okay double. Then contact them for a refund. The dumbest customer service answer there is. Use any other delivery service besides Uber Rip You Off Eats.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have had several issues with this app. The last one being. I ordered 2 bags of a certain granola from The Fresh Market. The total came to $24.60 after all fees and tip were applied. Instead of them just canceling my order, I was given a replacement of something else (that cost way less than what I paid) and items delivered. Not only was it a different brand, but a flavor that I am allergic to. I contacted UberEats customer service several times only to be told all times that I am not eligible for a refund. I asked why not, no one could give me answer. I took the products back to the store and was only able to recover $9.16 of the $24.60 that I originally paid. I am so sick of this app stealing my money because this is exactly what it is and the second a class action lawsuit is brought up against them, I will be the first in line. This app and my account with Uber will be deleted off my phone.

I have had several wrong order’s recently and UberEATS appears to be penalizing me for it. Today I ordered a half dozen blueberry donuts from Dunkin’ Donuts. They sent me a small bag of blueberry munchkin donuts. When I went to report this to UberEATS they refused to accept the mistake. I have photos to support incorrect and missing food items and they will not even let me upload them as evidence. I will be disputing these transactions with my bank along with this review. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. There is not a person to be had to explain these instances and it is ridiculous.

Do not choose uber eats, everyone needs to boycott them. They have no customer service and will not be able to help you if your order is cancelled or does not come

food arrived cold after 1.5 hour delay. driver made 2 stops before delivering my food. if you want your food hot they want you to pay for 'priority delivery' Isn't every restaurant delivery a priority? $70 order they gave me $11 UE credit... I am deleting app and I will never use Uber Eats again!

I ordered $60 worth of Food for my blind Aunt the special instructions to hand her the food She was waiting at the door and nobody ever knocked. Nobody ever called me. They just left it at the door and she never got it. I called three times they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I wasted 60 bucks. I mean the whole point was she can’t see so handle her food and that she even had a pin number and they’re just like robots when you try to talk to them Done with them

I placed an order was not given the correct order price and when I went to cancel got charged anyway. Tried to talk to someone kept getting the computer generated answer so no one I could speak to outside of AI very impersonal and terrible customer service!!!!

I did a delivery and very unhappy with their system, it needs to be change, how can they give a customer a fare price of $2.27 total including tip when I had to drive 11.48 miles to drop off , only because I had to pick up another order in same place 😡, which as matter of fact the other order was 14 items to a hospital and I have to drive 2.12 miles for a total fare of $4.27 at least gave me $3 tip but fare was $1.27 . I’m using my car wear and tear, miles, gas and my time, the customer that gave me $2.27 they don’t have any consideration that I was doing her a favor to drive all the way those miles, she should of get her car and drive to pick up her food but it’s not convenient so use a delivery person to take advantage and give us a penny for it and get their food in their comfortable home . I couldn’t even know how much it was before I accepted it because they send you just an amount and I thought it was only one order and before that one I had another one close by which I accepted it since I saw it was ok but they merge all 3 rides, Uber use that first ride as part of the ride. It’s not acceptable, not fair and it doesn’t justify the 11 miles to drop off. It sucks that we are not able to see all the information about the ride when they merge it. Uber eats give the customers that opportunity to even lie at first and say they will give a certain amount and then when they get the food they are able to reduce it, having delivery all received and deliverer gets less money for that drive, miles, time and gas, it happened to me twice so far and it makes me angry 😤. They should change the system so once order is given and accepted at a fair rate then lock it up so drivers are not able to loose and be use by the cheap and advantageous customer. Also trying to connect with an agent in Uber and their system sucks , send message and AI keep asking over and over what’s the issue after send you a note about it to read , which it DOESN’T HELP at all. Not able to have the option to speak with someone while I’m driving and issues don’t get fixed at all. I think They use all those tools just to avoid to listen to our complaint and fix our issues, sending the same robot message : we are here to help you , what can we do and blah blah blah . It’s so frustrating and tiring, a waste of time and my money also.
