I ordered a food delivery and when it arrived there were items missing. Contacted Uber twice and both times they have refused outright to either provide the missing items or refund me for them. Spoke with the restaurant themselves and they advise me that I have to speak to Uber so I tried again with the same result.
In the real world this is called theft as I don't have the items but they have my money! Disgusting
