Uber Eats is horrible and as far as I am concerned stole nearly $80 from me! The driver never delivered our family dinner and when I alerted the company, they said there is nothing they can do because their driver marked the order as delivered. They do t make drivers take photos to prove delivery. They just take their word. In that amount was a tip for this loser who never delivered my meal. Ugh! Do not ever use Uber Eats for your food delivery. They have the WORST customer service and don’t own their own mistakes. They are a corporate rip off! They take advantage of everyday citizens and don’t even care. I could not even get the name of a supervisor. Complete scam!

Restaurants are always forgetting items paid for or hugely messing up expensive orders and over eats does NOTHING about it .. I've paid alot or money for orders missing so much and Uber Eats just says sorry .. I'm done using them .. you want to charge what you charge you better make sure that order is correct !! Over 10,000 reviews and a 1.1 rating .. tells you something doesn't it ??

Orrible servicio James lo bolvere a usar los driver muy groseros tardan una eternidad te entregan tu comida fria y con muy mal aspecto la cara grosera muy mal servicio si no quieren trabajar en esto no lo agan muy desilusionada de los choferes miy groseros no lo recomiendo.

I ordered food for delivery from a restaurant 3 miles from my house. No fee was quoted but I saw total cost of $95. For the 3 meals in ordered including tip the Tamar was $60. That means uber was charging me $30. I tried to cancel writhing 5 minutes of ordering and Uber said I couldn’t.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Our driver never made it to our address. He took a picture of our food on a retaining wall, not even in front of a building and then I received a message saying it was delivered. I was texting him the whole time telling him he was at the wrong place. He canceled our order and said that I was unreachable so we don’t qualify for a refund. Below is a picture of the message. They sent me sending me on a scavenger hunt for my own food.

Oh let’s see here. I placed an order through them and the product was never delivered. They did not have a signature, picture or any of the likes, in fact the merchant had called and said we are canceling the order. Why, they couldn’t find the address, wow really? Every other delivery person finds it. Now uber charged me and is now unwilling to give me my money back. They claim I didn’t call the same day (which I didn’t) who cares I never received the product. Uber you messed with the wrong guy.

Every time I order I have to message the drivers and give them directions to my actual address. Because "Uber Eats" GPS is absolutely trash and sends the drivers to the wrong address Every time. I have complained to Uber Eats atleast 20 times and I always get the same response "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you, I will make a note of this for you Sir..

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very frustrating experience with Uber Eats. I placed an order and realized within two minutes that I needed to modify it. The app wouldn’t let me edit, so I called the restaurant directly — they confirmed they had not started preparing my food and advised me to contact Uber. Since I couldn’t reach Uber Eats quickly, I cancelled the order and planned to reorder. Despite this, Uber Eats still charged me and later claimed the restaurant had already started preparing the food, which was completely untrue. The restaurant themselves told me otherwise. It took Uber Eats over six hours to respond, only to deny my refund with a copy-paste explanation. This feels like dishonest business practice — keeping customers’ money for an order that was cancelled within minutes and never prepared. The lack of customer service, refusal to resolve the issue fairly, and the time it took to even get a reply make this a terrible experience. I will seriously reconsider using Uber Eats again and recommend others be cautious before trusting their cancellation and refund policies.

Second time took hours and still didn't get our food. Trying to communicate with our driver was a mis. Had to text not call since he did not speak English. Ok but hours and buildings have numbers. Called uber and they said the driver did everything they could to gets our order. What! And on the app showing a picture where it was left. We don't know where it was. But clearly this driver needed help with directions and numbers. I am starving. Now have to go out and get dinner. Not very convenient at all. Frustrated, irritated and hungry. Not good. No photo no food to show.

Absolutely terrible. The fact that a customer is forced to determine a top amount before the order has even been picked up is ridiculous. Uber employs people that are barely legally employable. It is such a scam and they should be held to a higher standard than they currently are being held.

Delivery driver couldn’t be contacted because he couldn’t speak English. I was charged almost $60 for a small ice cream. He forgot 90% of the order and hung up every time I tried contacting him. When uber eats tried verifying what I was saying by contacting him, they couldn’t because he didn’t speak English so they didn’t refund me

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I strongly recommend using ANY OTHER delivery service than UberEats. I understand orders can go wrong but they offer ZERO easy ways to correct it quickly. And gladly hold your funds even without the food you ordered having been delivered and hold you hostage by ONLY offering a credit and force you to be a future customer when all you want to do is DELETE the app.

TERRREEIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I literally placed my order a few hours early because I literally made this order for me and my boyfriend for dinner. And I’m going to be home in literally four hours and now the food is going to be unrefrigerated for four hours and I just spent almost $50 on dinner and I tried to update the order so that it got delivered later on one minute later and they said they would charge me the full amount! They didn’t even give me the option for a credit and the restaurant didn’t even prepare the order yet. But the AI bought was confident they were. I called the store. They weren’t. I called customer support. I told them about this and after everything they hang up on me. Needless to say my order is going to be delivered four hours early and there’s nothing I can do about it! I’m an Uber one member I will not be an Uber one member anymore(:

I ordered from a merchant it was the wrong location I immediately started calling merchant to no avail only getting answering service so I immediately cancelled order I never scene any warning that I would not receive a refund so I ordered from correct location next thing I know Uber Eats charged me for cancelled order and added a tip on to the payment and once I contacted customer service they informed me that because merchant received orders a refund would not be available so I reached out to the merchant the merchant stated that they never received my order and they said upon speaking to Uber Eats customer service they assured them that they never received an order from me so they needed to give me a full refund but Uber Eats kept my money and lied about it do not and I repeat do not order food through this app oh and to top it off they blocked me from calling I can only speak with a bot

This is not the first time this is the 10th time in a year ubereats is the worst website to order food on what they don't tell you cuz they have no technological experience when you call in is it you have to use your mouse to scroll up and down to order your food today was the last straw couldn't remember how to order the stupid representative did not help me she hung up on me after all I did was ask her what to do to order my food thank you so much for being there for your customers!!!!!
