UberEATS in Farmington Maine sucks!! As both a potential user and restaurant owner, I could not be more displeased!! The UberEATS salesman offered improved sales, stickers for the doors, a printer for orders, etc, etc, etc. NONE was provided. I have spoken the sales reps numerous times and now the rep will not even return calls. Not very professional and not what I expected from the Uber company. Will be recommending DoorDash to all customers and plan to stop UberEATS as soon as the startup period expires!

I placed an order through Uber eats and it was supposed to be to me at a certain time. The driver contacted me and said they had been sitting there 15 minutes and it was still wasn’t ready so they left. I could no longer wait so I called Uber Eats to cancel the order they refused. I called back told them that I was recording the call and then I’m requesting the cancellation because the order still wasn’t ready and I had to be somewhere. , and to cancel the order, they tried to call the driver. She wouldn’t pick up, so I had to message the driver through the app in order to confirm cancellation of the order before they would even consider canceling the order and refunding my money. This is such bad business all the way around 20 minutes on the phone the second time to fight with these people to get my money back for order that wasn’t even made yet bad business will never do business with this delivery system ever again. We’ll see if I get free refunded. If not, I recorded the whole conversation will be disputing the charges with my bank.

Our delivery guy called ASHWIN didn’t even wait and took our food after taking a picture. Straight up stole our food. Uber eats won’t even give us a refund even though we have security footage of him not following proper protocols. First and last time using uber eats after friend recommendations use doordash instead. 0/5 if I could, very disappointed.

I placed an order then canceled the order about 2 minutes later and they charged me 20 dollars which is more than what the sandwich cost.

The driver gave me the wrong order. Her name is Andrea and she never picked up my call and did not have voicemail. I suspect she was high on drugs. I had to purchase the order a second time. UberEats refused to reimburse me for the first order I never received, in spite of numerous text messages and emails. They have no phone number for customer service. If I am not reimbursed by the end of the day then I am canceling my subscription.

Three orders in a row from Luong Chinese - satay prawns supposed to be 14 prawns - 13, 12 & 13 I’m a regular customer & my order usually exceeds $60 This is cheap skating No more orders Review reflects restaurant but delivery was late & driver left the order on the footpath outside & did not wait for me to get to the door- pure arrogance

The wait times are becoming increasingly long. It took an hour and a half to receive an order from a store that is right across the street from my house. They’re obviously baiting people because when I placed the order it said I should receive it within 21 mins. I use this service frequently and I tip generously because I don’t mind paying for convenience. It becomes inconvenient having to wait 2+ hours. It makes me realize that this service is not really what it used to be which was quick and convenient! May as well go and get my own things. I reached out to customer support to simply share my feedback and they took no accountability whatsoever and basically told me to be happy that I didn’t receive it at the latest arrival time. Mind you this order was not placed during peak hours, there’s no traffic at 8:30 at night, and we aren’t having bad weather. That is crappy customer service. I don’t mind ever spending a penny with this company again. Cheers to another bad rating!

Unprofessional, and rude. You can order thousands of dollars year after year but be questioned over a missing drink to the point they make you feel it’s your fault for not receiving your items. On top of that you are still held responsible for tipping and paying the delivery fee for unsafe, life threatening drivers who may or may not actually bring you your food after hours of waiting and trying to reach support. I refuse to use ANY Uber app however this is spreading to any app associated with Uber such as InstaCart. I am tired of paying a fee to just be ridiculed, questioned and charged for something I never received, just to be left to go back to Doordash to order a second time knowing they will at least show up and at the very minimum take responsibility for any mistakes made.

Beware for those of you that live-in a cold region! I ordered food and it's 30 degrees and the delivery person was on a bike. I called Uber support and they resigned the driver to another bike rider. We are 3 miles away and it's freezing! Uber support refused to let me talk with a supervisor. I will never use Uber eats again. So disappointed

I did an order. I received a call from the restaurant informing me that they had a high volume of orders and that my order would take significantly longer to prepare. The restaurant employee personally offered to cancel the order if I was unwilling to wait. This clearly indicates that the preparation of my order had not yet begun at the time of cancellation. My payment was withdrawn from my account. I contacted customer support regarding this issue and was informed that I would not receive a refund. To date, I have not received my money back, despite the fact that no service was provided

I ordered KFC last night through Uber and received a 2pc meal instead of a 3pc meal also 1 of the sides was missing being cole slaw and I didn't receive my side order of mash potatoes and gravy, there is a price difference of $4.27 between the 2pc meal and 3pc meal, my missing side item $3.40 and the combo missing a side $1.70 for a total loss of $9.37 to only be refunded $2.00, so I loss $7.37 over someone else's mistake. Going Foward Since This Is How You Do Business I Will Just Go Pickup My Own Food!!!! Save My Money Instead of Being Legally Robbed!

Every time I get uber eats, the driver is dropping off other peoples food, often even bypassing my street to do so, thus I get cold food.. I won’t be using it anymore

Uber eats sucks i pay for Uber one every month and the always late and always making a delivery before the deliver my delivery, evertime the deliver there is not a day I order and the are late.

Ashley picked up my food and never deleted my order. She decided to keep my food for herself after waiting an hour. No picture, didn’t answer phone. A real fraud that they continue to use. Then when I requested my refund, I had to call to get my tip back. They wanted to let her keep the top!! Terrible service! No integrity or accountability!

My food arrived to me FREEZING cold. I don’t mean room temp. I mean the metal container was chilly to the touch and some of the cheese on the nachos was clearly unmelted. Support refused a refund. Absolutely honkers to lose a customer over one of the dumbest policies.

Where to start? My company provided $140 vouchers for the holidays. However, when trying to order, I am met with an error every single time. And good luck opening a support case and getting that resolved. So I have $140 sitting in my account that expires tomorrow. My company has reached out to their support and have been met with no assistance whatsoever. Imagine having a client pay thousands of dollars for a service and then not delivering the service. Use DoorDash or PostMates or just walk to the store before using Uber.
